Very friendly kind and helpful service. I ordered all 4 new tires and got them mounted and balanced. I needed a ride back to work while they had my car was not an issue, they got it done very quickly. Great job will continue to keep coming back for future services.

This is a money-grabbing tire shop. There was a nail in the tire of my semi-trailer truck, and the tire repair fee was $558.I slept at flying J the night before, and during the vehicle inspection this morning, I found a nail in one of the tires. I found this place nearby on the map (I am not in an emergency Call for help). I waited 3.5 hours after checking in. The bill at checkout was $558. It's just a money grab. I'm at Love's, and the TA is usually $75--$80. I suggest friends who need tire repairs to ask about the price.An insolent manager, when I asked how long I had to wait, replied: You don't have to wait, just leave!I saw the response from the owner.If you are willing to help your customers, please give a reasonable price.I will stop paying this credit card payment.Waiting for your reply.Thanks

Bearing on my trailer got bad and I stopped here to have it replaced. It took only about an hour (including parts delivery time) to have it fixed. Now I m back on track with a repacked axle.Would definitely recommend this shop.

This place has been absolutely amazing to me. They have done quite a bit of work on my vehicle and have always been cost effective. I will continue going here for all my mechanical needs that they can fix for me

We were on a multi state road trip, and our emergency brakes wouldn't release. We were totally given first class service with no appointment, they got us right in, fixed the problem and wouldnt take any money. Everything about this shop was tops, from the friendly staff, the immaculate restrooms, the comfy waiting area and the steller mechanics!This is where you want to have your vehicle serviced, thanks!

I commute along this road twice a week. It was a matter of time to find myself in a situation of mechanical duress. Once it occurred I knew roadside assistance would have me cared for in terms of getting off the road, however I had no clue where I would take my vehicle in La Grande. I just Google searched a mechanic and they popped up number one, I had an account with them in Boise and the issue was a wheel bearing and more. I felt some relief at know I would have a company that I knew that I could call. They did a phenomenal job, I paid a fair price on the work performed and they turned a bad situation into a beneficial one. I am forever grateful to this company and the La Grande staff. Excellent form.

I've used Commercial in La Grande for a few years now and have no complaints. I'm so thankful that I purchased my tires from here. Today my tire blew out on the freeway and they came to my rescue. Thank you for saving me and my 5 year-old from being stranded. Three OSP passed me, where they know there isn't any cell service and none of them stopped to see if I needed help. I had no choice but to drive on a flat for a few miles. So who you gonna call? not the police! Call Commercial, they will treat you right!

The front desk guy (maybe assistant manager) was very rude to my family. Made assumptions and statements which had no bases in reality. Frustrating and disappointing. Likely will go else where for service.

Hit something on the road and put holes in 2 of my semi trailer tires. Parked on the pad and they quickly found the issue. Unfortunately couldn't repaid due to the size and locations of the punctures. 2 new tires installed and back on the road!

On a road trip and ended up gettin a small puncture on our vans sidewall, pulled in there as a walk-in and they had us fixed up in 15mins. Super friendly staff and excellent service.

We originally went to the Baker City location for Commercial Tire, everything was going well and we then brought our car in for the normal tire rotation and oil change. They did not complete the tire rotation, we then had an issue with the tires not even a year after having them two of the tires needed to be replaced, with the car being all wheel drive you cannot just replace two, you have replace all four. Because we did not complete the tire rotation the manager communicated to us they would not honor the warranty because we did not complete the required tire rotations.We went back to the Baker City location and tried to deal with the manager there. This was not a pleasant experience what so ever. After being ignored for over two weeks we called to get it resolved to find out the manager who we had been dealing with was fishing. At that point I was to say the least a little upset, I called and ranted to the Commercial Tire in La Grande. From the second someone picked up that phone we were heard and they were apologetic for what Baker City's store did. Customer service, top notch, the gentleman let me rant, explain my situation, rant some more, discuss options, rant even some more. I scheduled an appointment to get it completed, we went in, they completed the work and did not charge us anything. This manager called corporate to get it resolved for us, hands down this was above & beyond what we expected. La Grande's location is the only place I will go now. The customer service at this store from answering the phone, to speaking with one of the mechanics to the manager were TOP NOTCH and I don't have the words to properly show them how grateful we were, they went above and beyond and I would never go anywhere else!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Extremely disappointed in my experience. Made a 10 am APPOINTMENT for new tires ($1700+). Was told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours and they d call when it was finished. 2 1/2 hours later I show up to find my vehicle untouched. Seems they had a problem with another customer and decided I wasn t important enough to be even called. No apology was offered. They won t see one dime of money from me. Pathetic.

Called For Roadside Service, Told Me About 7hr Wait. No Problem, Marcus Calls Me Back 4Hrs later to tell me that they won't do the call Because there is no Phone Service for Payment. I offered to give payment before service, And they would not do repair. My Driver has been waiting already for 4hrs.

The best customer service I have seen, and I have worked in hospitality for many years. I wasn't treated like a business patron. I was treated like a valued member of the community. I limped in with a flat tire and finances were a concern to me at the time. I left with a fixed tire at no cost to me. I say again, I left with a fixed tire at no cost to me. Commercial Tire is my company.

This is an excellent business with amazing staff! We were traveling through the area, pulling a travel trailer on the way to see our son, who we haven't seen in over a year due to covid, when our alternator went out. These helpful people went out of their way to squeeze us in and get us back on the road with a friendly smile and an honest price! Everyone who worked there was not only kind, but willing to stop for a quick conversation to know our story. In just a little while, we were back on the road, headed to see our son! We are very grateful to Commercial Tire!

I have taken both my rigs to commercial tire and have received the best customer service experience then I have at any other tire place, they go above and beyond to help you understand your vehicle's and the products you are putting on. Marcus is very helpful and honest as well as the rest of the crew there.

I dropped in without an appointment and Lily at the front desk was super courteous and helpful. A technician was able to help me almost right away, and he even went out of his way to print out a diagram that helped explain what was going on with the truck's alignment and took time to make sure I understood (thanks, Ben!).

This shop is run and staffed by honest hard working friendly people. I have been going here for five years and the Mgr, John C., never ceases to stop going above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. He was taking some days off over Labor Day weekend, and came down to the shop to help me. I can't say enough good things about this man or his way of running his business. Thank you John, for everything!
