I live right down the street, I recently bought a remaned alternator from there. I got it in my 97 Ford ranger 4.0. Turned out to be a bad alternator. I took it back into have them test it and they informed me that they did not have a tester. They did give me a refund so I walked across the street and bought a new one and it works just fine. It drove me crazy trying to figure out what was going on assuming they gave me a good one. Wasted a couple days of my time and drove me nuts.

I called in looking for an ATV airfilter, gave the year, model and make of my ATV. I was told they could get one in and quoted the price. Great. Then picked it up and there is $10 shipping added which they did not tell me about, but i bought it anyway. The airfilter was not the correct size.Returned it the next day in the original box, but only got a refund for the part, NOT the $10 shipping. Was told shipping is non-refundable (even when they order the wrong part). For $10 of "non-refundable shipping" Baxter's lost hundreds of dollars of my future business.

they refused to deliver to a stranded truck driver 3 miles from their business. 1 piece of hose and a few gallons of antifreeze. they supposedly offer free deliveries for businesses

They close early. Needed some stuff there and had my wife stop by on her way home at 550 and they already had the doors locked. Very frustrating.
