The website let me schedule a time they weren t open, but someone called and arranged for me to come in earlier. Great price and same day service. Best option in Klamath Falls and would use again.

They don't cover manufacturer defects Jeff's the tire center manager doesn't know anything and is very bad at customer service and relations I will never purchase another tire from Walmart tire center in klamath falls again after today visit and being denied my warranty and being sent back on the road with a defective bad tire and being put in a unsafe situation Jeff if anything happens to my vehicle or I get in accident because of this defective separated tire I was sold this king I had a 50k mile warranty just to find out from Jeff i don't and he doesn't care i just soent 125 on a junk tire he sold me I have purchased 2 other sets of tires in the past without any problems but now I must find a new place to buy tires since they are not covered under warranty

Klamath falls walmart auto destroyed my car and told me I would have to DRIVE my destroyed car back up to them to PROVE it was them who overfilled my engine!!!!!!! I will never ever use walmart auto for anything ever in my life and will recommend to all my friends and family and every living person on earth who will listen to go to any other place on earth before walmart auto!!!!!!

In short: As a mechanic, I highly do not recommend this shop. Could have damaged my engine and/or turbocharger.Went there 3 days in a row for them to tell me over and over that they're understaffed and closing 3+ hours early. Finally today, they can get me in but they don't have the oil or filter my diesel truck needs but, I brought my own filter and oil. They take another 2 hours changing the oil and I check the dipstick, the tech overfilled (not slightly either...) and spilled oil around the engine block & filler neck, which I cleaned up immediately and asked them to set to the proper oil level. Waited another 30 minutes for them to do that and it's set on the low end which is acceptable but I'll add some later. Pretty careless and low quality work. It took 6 hours out of my day..Overfilling the oil significantly can cause engine/turbo damage. If I didn't verify the work and just drove off, it could have totaled my $40k truck... And I'd have to sue them. I'm an aviation mechanic and thought it would be worth the $30, but I'd rather pay triple that to be done in less than an hour without having to take it back in or clean up the oil mess the technician made. This was a lot of headache and terrible experience for a simple oil change.Service: Oil change

The assistant manager informed me that a tire change would take at most and hour and a half. Instead I had to cancel and ruin my whole day. After 3 hours he had 1 tire done. When I mentioned reviewing it, suddenly 3 people could get together to fix my car. 3 hours for 1 tire how are you a mechanic. Lying to customers how do you have a job. And disrespecting a veteran how are you still alive. People like this make me sick to be a veteran. This review is being posted to bbb and yelp also. It is my hope this rude human gets fired. Walmart may be terrible but they don't need veteran discrimination added to their list of issues. They don't need false advertisements and the definitely don't need a mechanic who can only change 1 tire in 3 hours. When asked for a name I was told I'm not allowed to have it by hailed. A rude disrespectful little girl and denied the corporate number. At this point I'm ready for a lawyer and an easy payday.

I was impressed by the young lady who waited on me. Very professional, very knowledgeable. She helped me save enough on the tires I purchased to pay for an oil change. And got a better quality tire than the Goodyear's I had planned on buying.

I had wire coming out of a front tire and they said the other front tire had 1/64" too much wear on it for them to change the OTHER tire. So they wanted me to drive on a clearly unsafe tire because I couldn't afford to buy two.I am disabled and have stage 4 heart failure and my wife is also disabled, but we had to jack up the car out in to he parking lot and change the tire in the heat. So I could "carry it in"..maybe it's for the best because last time they cross threaded my lug nuts and I had to get new studs.Verdict: Last resort!

The employee I delt with was polite he was a 5 star employee. He is to good for Walmart. The rest of my Walmart experience that day was full of the standard BS that I would expect from this store.

Walmart Auto Care Center where I live is a joke. A very bad joke. I went two days in a row to get an oil change. Both days they closed hours before they were supposed close. I had to go to a different business to get my oil changed. It was really really frustrating. Our local Walmart is terrible. I can't bring myself to even go there anymore.

We got a flat tire on a Sunday while on vacation. Jackson was amazing, promptly took care of our situation with details to options we could do. Completed the task very timely and with great professionalism.

Although there was a sign in the customer waiting area stating no food or drinks were allowed, they allowed me to eat my ice cream while I waited so it wouldn't melt.I recently took my rig back in for the free torque after 50 miles and they got me right in and done.

Being a Walmart delivery person I get my oil changed quite often and they are super fast super friendly and definitely go out of their way

The only place in town open the service of vehicle on Sunday. And those words really are sincere coming from me due to the way I really feel about Walmart. But for the auto center I have to say thank you so very much for being open on a day that I sincerely needed you.

Good price on a good 12v battery, I'm running 12v and solar charging, started out with Interstate batteries, now running the Maxx edition from Walmart, decided to add a couple extra, at these prices why not, don't want the batteries to low to kick furnace on when it's 6� out, and all you want to do is stay in, then you'd have to go start the generator Out Side! Thank you Walmart for a good product with an affordable price, keeping us warm thru these chilly nights.....

Said a valve stem replacing would be $2.50 per tire then charged me $15 for a flat repair even describing in the details section that the flat was a valve stem leak.Service: TiresService: Tires

If you have a chance to run into Jackson while he is working I highly recommend him as he will go above and beyond to satisfy you and make sure you have a great experience.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to they have the worst customer service people ever. Went to pick up money twice from my son AMD could not good it she had reported it as fraud.wish I could ember her name she short with dark. Hair and works day shift. And every time I go to deliyptbere no one to help for ten to twentho mi,,I would suggest. Anyone to pay extra and go to Fred. Meyer. Or drive to medford. They should surely do an employee sweep

Pulled in shortly before closing with a split tread on my rear tire, got in quick even though there was 3 other cars ahead of me. Car was finished before I got my shopping done.

Wal-mart auto care is only good because it's cheap. It usually takes a very long time to have anything completed. Oil changes will be done far quicker at a oil and lube business. They do an ok job with tires, but you may be there for 3 hours.I bought 2 new headlamps and wanted them installed so that the lights were adjusted properly (directional). After 30 minutes with three guys standing around the front end of my truck, they came in to inform me that the front end would need to be taken apart to replace the bulbs. I googled it and found that they sold me the wrong headlamps. I also found out how easy it is to replace them.I can say that Wal-mart has a great return policy. I switched out the wrong lights for the correct lights. Then at home I replaced both headlamps in a matter of minutes with just a screwdriver. That should be enough to sum up the Wal-mart auto care center in K Falls.

Salesman was very helpful and nice and the tire a purchased was cheaper and better than the other places I got estimates at and they worked at a very timely manner.

Whichever tire person put my new tire on stripped 'rounded the lugnut' and cross threaded the nut onto the tire stud. How hard is it to do the job properly?!?We won't be back.

They won t put tires on your car if you have too many exposed wires inside. Even if they are just laying there and not actually doing anything. That s not the Klamath Falls I know. Ridiculous.

Very unhappy customer service representative, was not helpful in any way. I understand if you want to be a thug, but maybe leave it at home when you clock into your job at Walmart.

THE KLAMATH FALLS AUTO CENTER IS AWESOME. I TRUST THESE GUYS!!!! THEY DO AMAZING WORK. I GET MY TIRES HERE AND OIL CHANGES.

Needed an oil change & hit something on the way that popped my tire! Walmart only goes up to a 20inch tire on repairs & mine is a 22inch. So they put my spare on for 5bucks & changed my oil, total 55$ l, full synthetic on a Cadillac Escalade will be back for all future oil changes!
