This is the place that never disappoints! They have an amazing staff with the GOLD STAR going to David. What a mensch this young man is.He is personable, knowledgeable, witty, fun, intelligent, capable and unfortunately leaving in a few months.Sigh.But for now he is totally rocking the Mothership and providing us lucky customers with FIVE STAR SERVICE! I can t say this for the morons at Jiffy Lube down the street. What a group of total troglodytes they are. If you want the bend over special JL is your place.Want to be treated with respect AND get value for your dollar? I have been driving the country for a month and waited too long for this oil change.Two lanes and 3 cars ahead of me. Outstanding, that I think it took less then an hour or right about an hour. These guys are friendly, good and fast.Not typical I would write a review about an oil change but they were just great!!

First time at Valvoline Oil Change and I was pretty impressed with their under the hood inspections. They check tire air pressure, top off fluids, air filter, and even check all the vehicle's lights. The guys we're very courteous and pretty fast. I'll be back!

Fantastic service on my Subaru Outback. Very knowledgeable and quick, they even let me know things that were done incorrectly on my previous oil change. Didn t try to upsell anything, applied a better coupon than the one I brought in, and replaced my oil plug for free. I ve had nothing but bad experiences getting my vehicle serviced in the Klamath Falls area (including the Subaru dealership) and this Valvoline location blew them all out of the water. I ll be a return customer from now on!Service: Oil change

Friendly and quick, if you can find a time when the lines aren't too long. A synthetic change is quite a bit more expensive than it used to be. It cost me about $100 for a grand Cherokee.

Waited a total of 1.5 hours for a oil change. The tech didn't even know where the district was and had to be shown by another tech. Spent $103.49 on this service to have oil dripping all over my $100,000 truck & now in my driveway. Also didn't get my windshield wipers replaced liked I wanted. Will never use this company again!

Quick and friendly service. Went in for a transmission flush and they showed me the fluid in my transfer case also needed changed. I like how they show you the fluids they take from your vehicle and put them on a sheet for you to see. Mine was clearly dirty. They also have the best rates in town

In 50 years of driving I have never seen such a place! Have had over 600.00 worth of service done all 3 times was done incorrectly! One even causing an accident! Oil never filled. Rude management. Was told they would do something then lied saying they never said they'd compensate me for anything! One more time my car is 1 full quart low on oil! They need to slow down and do the jobs correctly! I will never use this business again! Beware

Employee came to my car every 15 minutes to inform me of any changes in wait time, which was appreciated. Staff was friendly and sociable and informed me of all options available in regards to my coupons and oil choices. Wait time was minimal considering the number of people ahead of me. I'll be back.

Tried to get oil change today. Regretfully there were very busy. They came out to talk to me and said it would be an hour and half wait. Apparently they were waiting on a part for another truck already in the bay. They were going to have to start shuffling is around so they could all the cars through one bay. They were nice about it but there was nothing "Instant" about it

The usual for a quicky oil change. Friendly employees, good turnaround time, etc. My problem with them is charging me an extra $25 because my vehicle is an "RV". It's the same size & engine as a 1-to Ford pick-up truck, and takes up no more room than one. The guy in the pit who drains the oil has no idea what the body configuration is. It shouldn't matter. Oh well.... another $25 down the drain...Service: Oil change

Awesome friendly staff here. Knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. Cost wise, it's a little on the spindy side. But it's quick and easier than doing it yourself. You don't have to find a way to get rid of the used oil. They also change out the oil filter as part of the service, Not extraAs to the cost. It more then makes up for the simple fact you can go in and top off your oil and fluids at any point. And I don't think there's a limit in how many times you can go top off. That in itself is worth it when you burn though oil between oil changes.

These guys were the most professional, experienced, and highly skilled automotive experts. They took exceptional care of my 2002 Porsche, making sure to properly maintain my vehicle. I will definitely always take all of my vehicles here from now on.

I will never go anywhere else for an oil change! Justin was magnificent! He was professional and kind and I could tell he has a super big heart! Slight wait (about 45 minutes) this time. Usually the wait isn't too bad. Very helpful staff and double checked all fluids and topped them off. Staff is friendly and helpful with questions and great customer service

First time. Went in Friday morning, so no line. A quick 15 minutes and out. The guys did miss a burnt out brake light, but Great otherwise.

Great job on the oil change on my RV. Very busy but speedy work. Had to back my RV out though when the oil change was done no problem though.
