After a great experience getting my tire/wheel package ordered from TR I was bit cautious to find a local Installer to handle the final details. I came across Turn Thom but was a little worried to use them based on 'old' reviews about inaccurate pricing and customer service issues. Regardless, I gave them a call and spoke to Jake and he was helpful getting me set up. On the day of the install the first bad weather of season had just started. The roads were a mess. Jake and his team had me out the door in less than an hour. The Tire Rack package looks amazing. The install is spot on. Turn Thom is under new management and it shows. The Installer was thoughtful enough to also bag each of my wet/snow/muddy old tire/wheels into bags so I didnt have to deal with a mess in the car. Little things like that matters. Will definitely use the Tire Rack and Turn Thom combo again - experts from the beginning to end.

Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Got us taken care of quickly and within our budget, and we are so grateful! We will definitely be back when we can afford a new set of tires! From first hello to the wave goodbye, we really felt like we mattered! Thank you again! =^.^=

Really good spot for people on a tight budget to get car repairs done because the no credit check loans they offer for repairs. I finally got my tyres replaced to all match for a good price and only had to pay $40 and then pay the rest $400 or so within 100 days.

Great place!!!! Friendly staff up front and the guys in the back are great too! I've had breaks done, engine work and about 5 sets of tires. Definitely my go to place.

I should have known my experience would not be great after I was charged more than I was quoted, but I needed my tires swapped out so I just got it done. After I got in my car, I quickly realized that the tires I paid to have disposed of were conveniently placed in the back of my car. I drove back the next day to have them disposed of them and that is where things began to go downhill. I told the front desk that I had four tires that I paid to dispose of that were in the back of my car. He told me to drive up to one of their bays and someone would unload. I waited and someone told me that I could take them out of my car and place them on the rack. I paid for a service that was not performed, and I was overcharged. Not to mention I guess I m their shop assistant now since their techs seem to be incompetent. Avoid this placeService: Tires

The people at the counter were very helpful although used tire pricing elsewhere was cheaper. They are a great place to get your car serviced. Just not the best price of all places

Traveling through with our 5th wheel that had low tire. Phone conversation was great! They met us in the parking lot when we pulled in to tell us where to go. He was waiting for us out side with the equipment. Quickly fixed it! Super friendly and so helpful! Thank youService: TiresService: Tires

Their customer service was excellent. Went in for a tire change, didn t account for the old tire disposal when budgeting. They were so kind and didn t make me feel bad when they helped me out. Definitely will be going here again in the future!Service: TiresService: Tires

They were quick to help and get competitive pricing for my vehicle's needs. They even stayed late so that I could pick up my car because I popped my bike tire on the way to their shop and had to walk another 2 miles just before they closed. Their mechanic that worked on my car was also willing to explain some terminology that I didn't understand. So, overall, great service, friendly atmosphere, and professional work all around.

Worst tire experience of my life. I called ahead to see if they could talk to me about my trade-ins and if they honored price match and they said they would have someone available right away and yes they price match. First thing Jim said to me as I walked in the door was "it's gonna be a few minutes" in a disingenuous tone, not "hi" or "welcome" or any friendly greeting. I could look past this if it was actually a couple minutes but it took an entire 30 minutes just to call me up to the desk and talk about what I was there for. After an hour of "checking his prices" Jim went on to tell me that the price for my tires installed was over $1000 for my little Kia. That was WITH two sets of almost new trade in tires. I showed him the price match value for the tire and he said they couldn't even buy them for that price. With fees and install and alignment the price match was $535 for 4 tires not including any trade in tires. Then he tried to offer me a low grade substitute tire for $485 installed INCLUDING MY TRADE IN And said that was the best he could do. Although they explicitly stated in my phone call with them that they would price match any offer. DISHONEST DISCOURTEOUS, AND SLIMY. I will never go here again and I will never recommend to anyone I know.UPDATE: first, I want to expand. Jim didn't seem like a rude guy by nature, his lack of customer service seemed like it stemmed from being overworked; he had a million things going on and seemed to be overwhelmed a little. Customer service is important but you have to take care of your employees. I don't feel it was Jim's fault but rather his employer.Second, I went to Basin Tire immediately following this interaction and asked them what they could do. They don't do price match usually but I thought I'd see what they could do. Without me asking, they beat the price match I had found just with their base prices. They also took both sets of trade-in tires from me and gave me a fair trade-in value. After all was said and done, I paid $85 dollars out of pocket for the exact tires I wanted. Quite the difference from $1000 to $85. Thank you Basin Tire for fixing my day.

Please explain to me how you can inspect brakes, then order parts to replace. Complete job that took 6 hours. Let a 19 year old girl drive away. Only to find out from another STORE 2 days later that you used zip ties instead of bolts, broke a sensor and felt that was safe to dive my daughter drove 3.5hours home. Are you kidding me. Someone better explain to me why this was safe? WHAT IF SHE GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT? What are you going to say to me?Service: Auto brake repair

Didn't care for the estimate that I got in fixing my power windows in my 99 Buick Regal, I feel that they seen a Mexican woman and OVER PRICED ME!! and they charged unbelievable amount just to do the estimate!! Looking for a reputable mechanic shop is HELL FOR WOMEN!!!!

They were extremely excellent, got me in and out super fast. As a female traveling in the snow with just my pooch.... They were awesome! They fixed the problem so quickly! I highly recommend this team! They are the elite team

I've been going here for oil changes since moving to klamath falls, so I know there's usually a wait to get any service done. First come first serve. There was a customer who came in after me (no appointment and they even told him it would be a 45minute wait since there were cars in front of his) and they put his car up on the rack before mine...and I'm still waiting. I understand waiting, but this is ridiculous.

They quoted me a price but I needed to wait a few weeks. When I came in they still honored the price and even told me about some financing options for future ease when I told them about all the headache from trying to get some tires around town. Even though I went in for just a tire change they still did a full check up on my car as well.They are definitely our new family mechanic.

They always do a great job. People are always friendly even when you can tell they are swamped. They take time to listen to what I wanted/needed. They worked with me to get the financial assistance. Amazing place to go. Remove 2 rocks from breaks. Got 2 sets of tires and had work done on car by them.

Great service, great people. They have fair prices and are knowledgeable and professional. Even came out to my car when it was snowing heavy to put a diagnostic device on my car. They take pride in great customer service. I recommend them to everyone needing anything done to your vehicle.

Honestly, so far I haven't gotten any work done yet. But they inspected the brakes and suspension on my Jeep doing a thorough check on the front end and locating the transmission leak. Also gave me some good information. Very helpful and friendly. Just waiting on my stimulus / tax return to start getting the work done.

The owner Chris is wonderful! He went above and beyond to help our family! His staff are welcoming, friendly and provide excellent customer service! Prices are very reasonable. We were treated more like family than customers. We highly recommend Turn Thom for any of your tire needs or any services they offer. Thank you Chris and Team!!!!

Went in with a flat tire and Chris did a full inspection. He advised me and let me make my own decisions about the repair option. I ended up going with new tires for the long term solution. (Yes, most were already in need of replacement.) They are covered with a great warranty and excellent customer service. Chris gave me a discount and made everything affordable. Thank You guys for getting me in right away and treating me so kindly.

I brought my 2008 Honda Cr-v in for diagnostics and maintenance. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but that is due to the Thanksgiving surge so it is understandable. Overall great work, amazing customer service, and fair prices. I will continue to bring my vehicle here.

Been using Turn Thom for a while. Jim always gets me a good deal on tires and the guy that does the alignments always gets it in and out.... Straight as an arrow.
