These guys (and gal) were amazing to do business with from day one. Having to navigate car accident claims/repairs is stressful enough for someone, the Smith Brothers team made this process go SO smooth and my car looks great! I would recommend to anyone!!

I never thought I'd love my car again but when I turned the corner and seen her rear end, my heart raced and I had butterflies in my stomach! Smith Brothers did an excellent job on bring back her beauty! I highly recommend them, not only for the fine job they did on my car but their customer service was the best!!!! Amazing customer service! These guys are honest and they do everything for you I'm so happy I found them. Well it's been a year now and check out the paint job they did! 2 stars for this business. Still they had excellent customer service.

I drive a blue car and had to have my front bumper replaced, the paint looks great and their service is amazing. Extremely helpful, accountable, and kind. Trust them with my vehicle again.

Very poor communication. I live out of town and they have continued to lie about information on vehicle along with adding damages that were not related to accident. Will not be returning for service.

10/10 Recommend Smith Brothers10/10 Don't recommend hitting deer.Impressive service and work!Smith Brothers came highly recommended from friends.Communication is always a plus for me and great communication will do wonders to build the delicate business, client relationship.Erika stayed in touch with us throughout the collision repair process after our accident, was able to answer questions knowledgeably.They were able to add a custom grill to our Ram truck during the process as requested.

We've had to use Smith Bros twice for the same car that my teen daughters seem to confuse with a bumper car. Anyhoo, their work is top notch and easy to use through our insurance company. Car comes out looking brand new. Can't recommend them enough. Highly impressed, great staff too.

I used this company years ago (2014), they were incredible then and still are today!They took care of my husbands truck very quickly when he wrecked the side of it a few months back. Today they fixed up a sagging door that the wind ruined today for free. Ordered my touch up paint they I will buy when it comes in!They know where I will go again when I get into by accident!Service: Body & Trim

Where to start? Obviously the most important piece, the finished product, was honestly better than new! How is that possible? Honestly the detail job they did was nicer than the one provided off the lot. Wow! This place was amazing all the way through. When getting hit by a deer for the first time and having to have a vehicle repaired, I had no idea what to think or where to start. To top that off it was in my brand new less than a month old 2020 vehicle. I was very worried what to expect with a new vehicle equiped with so many sensors etc... They came highly recommended and it was absolutely fitting. Right from the start they immediately gave me piece of mind and you could tell they were very skilled and knew what they were doing. Their communication and thoroughness was impressive. They were easy to talk to and get a hold of. The process was as quick as possible and painless. They are able to provide rental cars directly through them truly making it a one stop shop. They go above and beyond with all the little details. They truly provide an unmatched customer service! God forbid if you ever need work done on a vehicle you don't need to go any further, take your vehicle here if you really want it done right!

A couple of people recommended them and I see why. My vehicle was damaged after hitting a deer . They handled the process with my insurance company and did a great job restoring my car! MUCH THANKS to Jr. and the rest of the crew!

Very happy with my camaro repair, and John and Jr very easy to work with, outstanding shop with extensive experience. Not cheapest with reason, hope I don't need their services again but if needed will positively seek theirs. Encourage anyone in need to talk to them.

Smith Brothers was recommended to us by a friend, and I'm so glad we listened! They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. Along with the car accident damage, they removed some small dents that were in the vicinity of the accident damage, then they cleaned the inside of my vehicle! I loved that I didn't have to worry about a rental either, they had it waiting for me when I brought in my car.I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any autobody work on their vehicle!Service: Body & Trim

John and the guys at Smith Brothers have worked on my vehicles for years and have consistently done amazing work. Very experienced and capable stalk, including ownership. Be patient, your vehicle is in xlnt hands. Very happy with finished work down to the screws. Work areas not noticeable. Fit and finish superb. Highly will recommend.
