Quick and professional, between the insurance company and prewitts my vehicle which was a non-drivable after the accident was in and out in just under a month. They made my car like new. Even if it took a while. Called me all the way through and gotmy insurance to basically spend as much as the car was worth fixing it. Thanks team!

They do the best job of any other place in town! Katie took care of everything with our insurance company, both my husband's Dodge Ram truck and my Volvo were superbly fixed.

Great service, communicated the whole time and helped me deal with the other person's insurance throughout the whole ordeal. Did more for me than my own insurance did! Will definitely go again if any bodywork is needed.

Brought in fender flares to Dave for my Jeep. He told me that I needed to have them soda blasted before he would prep them for paint. So as a woman I did as he asked. After picking them up from the soda blaster, I took them back to Dave and he told me that he would call me back with an estimate. So we called back and talked with Katie and she said that he would call us back and never did. I feel that he took advantage of me as a woman. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If he would have been honest and up front about doing the work instead of trying to tell me how to do the work and called back like he said he would, we would not wasted all this time and extra money. Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Dave.Service: Body & Trim

I should wreck my car more if they are going to keep making it look better and the interior cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I only needed parts of my car fixed. When I came to pick it up, they went above and beyond and detailed the whole car, inside and out. Don't know if this is standard for bodyshops which I highly doubt, but my car was perfect. Thank you. I need to remember to tip the body guy with dinner. He did amazing.

They got overspray on my husband s car and hubby showed them and the detailer that came out told us it was sap from a tree but it was not plus we don t park near trees and my husband knows what overspray is. Detailer said he d go in and ask the owner/manager what they should do. Owner/manager came out and said it was not overspray and my husband told him it is and explained to him he knows about overspray, the guy told my husband he was stupid and couldn t do anything for him and to get an actual detailer to call him and tell him it s overspray. We went to a detailer and the detailer confirmed it was overspray and we called prewitts with the detailer right next to us and the front desk lady asked to talk to the detailer and we said he s right here and she asked for the detailer to call and hung up on us, very rude over the phone. Detailer called prewitts to confirm it s overspray and he still didn t believe us. Prewitts is very rude and don t help when they know it was overspray. Would not recommend.

Have had to take a couple of cars to them. A darn deer .... then a woman talking on the phone rear ended me. They do a fantastic job!! You can trust the owners.a really nice family.they know what their doing.

Refused to provide an estimate for body damage without first taking apart the vehicle. (Which means they will charge to out it back together). This company plays games to ensure you must use them for repairs. Risky, shady.

Very open and honest with the price, time frame, and work. Returns with information promptly, and felt that all the work was reasonably estimated. Best auto repair in Klamath Falls.
