Don't think twice if you need your truck worked on. These guys rock! Had some work done awhile back and had an issue with it 8 months later (not because of them. Their work was solid) and asked if they would check it out for me. They didn't hesitate and had me in quickly to see what was going on. We concluded it was the same item and they replaced it no questions asked. We may have discovered what's causing it but they took care of me anyway, and I'm so grateful for that. These are stand up guys and I recommend them to anyone . To the owner, thank you again!

I'm traveling and had truck problems. They fit me in and did a great job. Would recommend them for sure. Did not try to help me spend more money then was necessary.

Charged ridiculous prices for shotty and incorrect work. Took my car in for a diagnostic and ended up dropping 700$ on a part replacement that wasnt even broken. Do not recommend these people what so ever.

David and Shelby are the best, they are amazing at communicating they take good care of my car and I trust them with what they recommend. Good, honest people.The prices are great.Definitely the best thank you guys so much

I went in with my 2018 Ford fiesta. I was traveling thru the area, 6 1/2 he's from my home. Pools came thru for me when the Ford dealership couldn't. I highly recommend this business to all. There truly is a special place in heaven for you both! Thank you being there. They say the best form of advertisement is word of mouth.... I will be saying your praises forever! God bless you ! What an AMAZING experience with this shop. Got stranded 1000 miles from home with a freak accident that took out my radiator on my Duramax. Every other shop in the area was 2 weeks out, these guys took us in right away and hustled hard to get us out of the door ASAP.Amazing communication, More than fair price on parts and labor. Super accommodating and friendly. They know their Diesels and will work hard to get you back on the road ASAP.Highly recommend them and will stop by next time I'm passing by just to give them a high 5.

Needed my duramax worked on before a trip and they were able to get me in the same week. Work was done in a timely manner, cost less than the estimate, and my truck isnt leaking oil anymore. Communication through the process was better than probably any other shop I've worked with! Super nice people. Would definitely bring my truck here again!

These guys are amazing. I had my transmission fail out of nowhere and here in klamath there was no one willing to even consider working on an infiniti transmission. The team at Pools auto handled it without a second thought. They worked with my Carmax warranty, sourced my hard to find transmission and even had patience through delivery failures. I can't recommend them enough. They did great work on a car that means alot. Stellar service is hard to find now days so it's much appreciated here.Service: Transmission

These guys killed it! My driver side mirror came clean off down to the door, and these guys gave me a new electric controlled mirror for the best quoted price around, and took them under half an hour. Super easy to schedule too. If you don t like talking on the phone this place is great bc they will text you for scheduling and details.

SUPER HELPFUL!!! We happen to break down on our way to Reno snapped the serpentine belt and ripped out the power steering pump.. POOl AUTO and DIESEL saved the day!! They towed back to their shop, very kind and honest people explained everything to us and fixed us right up. Would so recommend for any auto or diesel needs.

We had a catastrophic belt failure and needed to be towed to Klamath Falls on Labor Day. Pool's was able to get us in for an emergency service, we're incredibly helpful, and very reasonably priced. I am so grateful!

Diagnostic turned into 715$ later. Truck running worse after they ask to buy truck for a low ball 1,000$ And I say no. Then original problem still wrong and they are refusing to work with me! Never again. Out a truck and job due to no transportation over this and had I not took it there I would still be driving truck and not out cash.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
