My husband went inside yo bug wiper blades for our daughter's car. One of the employees was so nice to pit them on for us while it wad snowing and cold outside. Thank you so much young man.

Tried other auto parts stores in the area and O'Reilly's is by far the best. They get parts quickly when not in stock. My last trip there was due to a bad connection on my battery. Steve, I believe was his name, came out to the parking lot and fixed it for me at no charge! Friendly and super helpful.

Nick.... Was the punks name that repeatedly answered the phone and hung up on me from about 8:40 p.m. till 9 p.m., Nick, you have a job, you're getting paid to do it, DO IT!!!!!! YOU HAVE NO WORK ETHIC OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, IT'S ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! I'LL BE TALKING TO CORPORATE!!!!

Will never buy another thing at O'Reilly. Worst service I have ever had. Would not give a refund on a part because it had a couple of grease prints on it (that wiped off very easy) part was never installed. I told them that auto repaires usually had a bit of grease involved. Never again. Stay clear!!

Went in for oil and filter. Jacob with the red beard and glasses was absolutely awesome he was very kind, knowledgeable and prompt. He explained all my available options for parts and prices effectively and did his very best to provide me with stellar customer service. Alicia was also very nice and welcoming as she always is every time I see her. 10/10 would recommend

Lately always seem to have stuff in stock for my 300zx even though I'm like the only one in town!!!!! Much thanks to Robert the employee on the phone that I annoyed by asking to inspect a part and describe certain feature of it before using fuel to come buy it. It's nice to be certain it's the part I needed. Tha k you for going above and beyond at your job!

Jacob was exceptionally helpful and professional when assisting us with a battery replacement. He went above and beyond what I expected. His assistance and patience turned what would have normally been a frustrating experience into one of the better parts of our day. Thank you Jacob!

Robert, Cassie, and the employees that have been there a long time and actually know what you're talking about are great! However it can be frustrating when you get stuck with a new person that knows nothing about cars and cannot take direction. Great atmosphere and always helpful and make you feel comfortable.

Had another great experience at your k falls store yesterday. Had a battery 1 month out of warranty that was no good, couldn't be charged. A a man named Mark gave me a new battery. BTW mark is the district manager. Will diffently share my great experience with others.

Zero stars. They sold me used brake pads missing the hardware. When I called the manager Robert and told him it was unacceptable; and that I knew a lot of mechanic friends in Klamath that I will tell not to support this store, he said "He had a lot of friends too" then he hung up on me. Worthless. Never shop here. What a joke. Lost a customer and everyone we know will hear about your business

A week ago I stopped by but the store was filled. So I went to Napa to see if someone could help me with the arm to my rear window because it kept slipping down. A woman wouldn't help me tighten up the bolt which was tight. So a few days later March 15th I went back to You and a very kind gentleman came out and tightened it up. All was fixed just with a socket wrench . His name is Zeck. He was very courteous and happy to help me out. PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE... love this guy and exceptional customer service.

Ive been calling this place first for about 15 years. I used to really like the service Hector provided. Something happened and he stopped being as helpful but lately its gotten worse and worse. I just called and they picked it up and hung up. Ill call them last from now on.

Decent prices to give out a lot of discounts, veterans discounts, Old people discounts you know that stuff, actually their prices are pretty decent and their staff somewhat knowledgeable (ie. Robert) Great atmosphere, though Don't bother to call unless you want to be put on hold

I can't believe the attitude of Robert the asst. manager. They sold me a starter that worked great... for four days, anyway I called the store on Sunday, and told them what happened and the person I spoke to said they would have a replacement today. So I removed it, and took it back, but when I went to leave Robert said Ok, that will be $78.00, and when I explained to him it was a warranty, he said that I ordered a different type of starter on Sunday, and that was the only one he had, and indicated that I ordered the wrong one, not the person who looked up the replacement. Anyway an argument ensued, and after posturing to hit me with the starter, he threatened to call the police, and was going to "throw" me out of "HIS" store. I left, with a worthless starter, and I'm out $180.99.

Out in the middle of nowhere with a broken rig so I tried to call my local kfalls store because that's where I bought the part that broke phone rang until it cut the line off 3 times and I still have no answer what happened to the old manager....

Hands down, I LOVE THIS STORE! No, it's not only because they have saved me on multiple occasions, or saved my car from me I should say . It really is because they have the best employees and customer service of all time, always....I have never had a negative experience. Example: my most recent visit was grueling: 2 hours of me utilizing the parking lot as a mechanic shop, 3 times in the store, had my battery tested, 1 part return, 1 part ordered for a later pick up, had to have battery tested again and finally the gentleman that had been helping me all along came out and gave me a jumpstart . In all of this chaos I didn't catch this employees name but....hats off to you sir! Thank you for your kindness and patient demeanor! In my experience, all of these employees exemplify great customer service and the O'Reilly motto, "Professional Parts People"!!

Husband got screamed at by Robert the assistant manager for telling them to stop disrespecting another customer. Assistant manager started threatening to kick them both out of the store when the other customer just wanted both his numbers checked for warranty status and my husband told the employees to stop raising their voices and talking over the other patron. They were extremely unwilling to figure out the warranty issue for the other customer and wanted to belittle him in front of his daughter. He'll be taking the complaint to corporate.

Nice store and helpful staff. Fast delivery time if they don't have what you need. I think in some departments they could have a little more variety which is why I am giving 4 stars. There have been a few times where we had to order off Amazon because it's just a better option.
