Replaced all 3 window wiper blades. Had all 3 sizes in stock. Everyone was so helpful. For under $49.00 for 3 wipers and installation. Chatted with the cashier while blades were being installed. Everyone seemed to like their job!!! That is a plus anymore.

Friendly people and great customer service. They could have sold me a battery but tested it over night and said I didn't need one. When I do, I will be buying it here.

I went in looking for a special part which was an O ring and with model or part number the counter tech was able to get me a part that was pretty close I haven't installed it yet but I'm pretty sure it will work. Nice place to shop.

Very nice parts store, Dustan and Candy know their parts and are not afraid to open a book and help figure it out. Highly recommend.

This is one of the automotive stores in town that I don't dread going to. Unlike other places I have been to, the staff here are friendly, helpful as well as knowledgeable. If they are not certain about a topic they will try and find an answer or at the very least point you in the right direction to start. They mostly have always had what was needed in stock and when I have had to order something it was there quickly and the order was correct!

Very knowledgeable people been shopping here for my Ford they have had everything either on hand or the next day these guys are on the ball. Priced a little higher than most but willing to make that sacrifice when you get the right part the first time.

The sales people are always very helpful, there also seems to be many of them so I have yet to wait a long time before I get help and no matter what I am looking for they try their best to get me what I want or something very close to it if they can. They do try hard and work with you to satisfy you.

Well it always seems like I have to wait. when I go in to get help I always have to wait for the counter help. I usually have to stand there and wait. And some height to find a part is a little bit slow. However they do offer lot but definitely could add more to their floors.

Great experience. After leaving O'Riley's next door after being ignored, I walked into NAPA. The helpful employees greeted and took the best care of me. They put on my wiper blades without being asked to do so, very much appreciated.

Went there to assist my elderly father in getting a new wiper blade. The guy behind the back counter was uncooperative in helping me and my dad. Very disappointed. The young lady working at the cash register was very nice though! Feel free to contact me if you want more details.

Fantastic help! They had 95% of what I needed, then sent me to a competitor to get the part(s) they didn t have. So rare today to find someone that will do that, everyone is about money only. They helped me get everything I needed, even though it meant sending me somewhere else, then helped me trouble shoot the SUV I was working on. I highly recommend them!!

Staff is knowledgeable and nice. Love that they will help you install your wiper blades. They have a good selection of items you need and can order almost anything vehicle related for you. The store is clean.

Horrible customer service. No eye contact, no greeting, no concern or knowledge. I walk in asking for something specific and they can't even find where to look and I have to show them in their own cabinet where too look. "Parts manager" couldn't even figure out the part I needed. This is why these stores need to be privatized, at least there; they care about actual customer service not just sales.

My BMW motorcycle needs a new battery. The 18 year old motorcycle needed a special order. The NAPA associates found one and I will get it today (September 1, 2021) I can continue to head south tomorrow!The battery wasn't shipped! I asked about a small booster battery..the associate headed back into the storage aisles, came out with a battery for an electric wheelchair. Perfect! $20 less than missing battery.I had to get longer bolts.. everything is tight! Thanks for the added effort!

Great place. It is nice to go to a place that actually knows cars and they are able to help me. I have a dune buggy with a 1961 frame a body from the 80s and an engine from 1970. They are always able and willing to help me get what I need.

They have signs up to maintain 6 feet from people. They are very careful to do this. They however they don't wear masks or gloves. The girls at the front counter don't stay 6 feet from each other. They also have to come within a foot of you if you are paying with a card while using a cash register 6 feet away because the card machine is right in front of the customer counter. The 6 feet is very important to them and they feel free to yell "6 feet!" at people. Also, why are those girls there at all? They don't know anything. I know this because I walked up to them and they turned their backs to me and I attempted to get their attention at which point they said "we don't know anything". I'm just glad they are the first people you meet on entering the front door.

The only friendly person there was the cashier, maybe the rest of the crew was having a bad day. However, I don't plan on going back anytime soon.

Gotta love Napa, especially this one. A lot of the staff members there have been doing their job for a long time and know how to get you what you need at a reasonable price. Its also conveniently located by other parts stores so they do good at keeping it competitive with great service.

I lost a windshield wiper mid-drive and decided to stop by. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and even installed the new wiper without even asking. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely go back.

I've been looking all over for a 160 degree thermostat because I put an Isky 9k roller cam in my truck and need a lower cooling temperature and not even Autozone had it. These guys had it in stock and are super knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I was talking about. I'll be going here from now on.

Went in to store for part, no one would wait on us. Looked to be 10-15 employees not doing anything. After 10 minutes finally some one asked if we needed help. Then his attitude was short and curt. Think twice before going to Napa.

Very forgiving staff especially when was unable to make appointment to run vehicle until the next day great vehicles to choose from all are clean good gas mileage and all around good service

The staff is helpful and friendly. On point most of the time with what you are looking for, as with any complex business like auto parts mistakes can happen once in a while but what makes the difference is they are eager to correct a mistakes if it occurs....

Biggest bunch of lying jerks ever. Especially the fat punk Monty.You can smell the stench of anus when you open the door. Much better service is at Stateline Napa by Tulelake. At least there they don't refuse your lifetime warranty reciept. The owner Randy is a douche. Ask the Napa in Cental Point, they can't stand the owner Randy either. Any good reviews are local frauds. If you ask around people hate this Napa. They all go to Baxters, O'Reilly or AutoZone.
