Car was leaking coolant so I scheduled an appointment online and brought it in. When I got in I was told that they were booked out. I was told I had been emailed about it but never received this. Was asked to come in next week. Okay. I came in the next week, dropped the car off, and waited for 3 hours to hear back. When I finally got a call they told me they found the source and it was with the hybrid engine and they couldn t do anything and referred me to the dealership. I was charged $50 for them to look under the car and say they couldn t do anything. After waiting a week and wasting 3 hours of my time. All said it probably took 15 minutes and they were able to determine the source of the leak with a photo, which I could ve provided them a week ago had they explained that they couldn t deal with it under certain circumstances.

Great service! I recently moved to the area and had some work needing to be done on my vehicle that was well beyond my skill set. My Mechanic was highly recommended by coworkers and they gave me a decent quote. Turns out the fix was something much simpler than originally planned and they saved me $560. Definitely will continue to do business with these guys. Great outfit!

Wouldn't recommend this place to change a lug nut got charged almost $1,000 to literally get nothing done whatsoever I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemy after I got the vehicle back there was numerous plugs just unplugged and left that way it was a joke but I hope this helps others avoid the stress and financial loss with no results or gain

This company is great! I took my car to get some issues fixed and they were on it! They took the time to look things up to make sure they fixed the correct issue. They have great communication and are honest. Other shops in town just want to make up car issues to make you think more things are wrong. Not these guys, I will definitely recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Our breakdown turned in to a real good thing...We broke down just south of the Oregon border in California and, by chance, some guys were working on the railroad for Union Pacific. One of the guys said go to My Mechanic in K-Falls. So our tow took us there and we got there on a busy Friday and they fit us in. Erik, the manager was exceptionally helpful and his crew had us back on the road within two hours! The price was fair too. But the cool part was when the owner, Dale Eklund, showed us around the waiting room, which is really more of a really cool antique museum. Dale asked us where we were headed and we told him "north, with no particular destination". It was then he told us of a really cool place about an hour out of town where we could camp with our Westy. We camped at this amazingly cool place all by ourselves (and a few billion mosquitos!). We would never had known about it without Dale's hospitality. My Mechanic rocks. Great service, great price, and the greatest people!

Great work! They listened to the previous maintenance history and my suspicions about the service needed, got the parts in and installed with minimal muss and fuss! Greg was very communicative about what steps to take and what the costs and timeline would be. Saved me a ton of money over the dealership service, and I will certainly be coming back !

My Mechanic is under new ownership now, and extremely unsatisfied with their service with the new owner. Look up the new owner, George Merhoff Jr. And that will enlighten you with valuable insight . I will not return to My Mechanic after being charged hundreds of dollars for repairs they didn't fix. They even charged me for parts that were still good. I even got my vehicle back with parts missing, and the interior left soaking wet upon picking my vehicle up from My Mechanic. Don't let this place scam you, like they did me. I'm glad I walked away when I did. My Mechanic used to be a reputable shop during the previous ownership, and is sad to see the shop go down hill from here.

These guys made us feel confident driving off the lot. They manage to create a fun and comfortable environment whilst waiting for our very reasonably priced tune up! Dale the owner came out and talked with us, sharing our stories and adventures with each other - it made us feel that they definitely have the customers experience at the top of their priority list.Would recommend these guys for your mechanical needs. We will be back!

They have worked on my truck before and they are professional and trustworthy. As a retired commercial air conditioning and refrigeration mechanic I appreciate people that are skilled at what they do and take their work seriously. If you're looking for a discount backyard mechanic this isn't the place. If you want quality work and a solid warranty this is it.

I had my car towed in for a clutch and after looking at it they figured out that just the clutch cable broke. They replaced the cable and sent me on my way. I was bracing for a much larger repair billI so it's s really nice to find an honest mechanic who only replaces what is needed.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

First time I've had to have someone work on my car, so anxious to say the least. My fears were laid to rest quickly though, complete pros. Diagnosed and parts ordered in one day, vehicle ready for pickup the following morning. Stacey kept me updated from vehicles arrival with cost assessment, diagnosis progress, and needed repair. I am really, really pleased overall cost was so reasonable. Blessings of the season to you all!

My car was overheating, so I pulled into my mechanic.They were so good to me.They detected the issue, was a radiator problem. They did a pressure test, put more antifreeze in enough for me to get home.These people are wonderful and caring.Thank you so much for the help fellas.

They did a good job were pretty fast in getting it done but in the end i was way way over charged for what they did. Even the parts were double the price that i priced off the internet.. Unfortunately the place im living at doesn't allow you to work on your vehicle.. If you don't care about cost it's a great shop if you are like the rest of us i would shop around and price other shop's first.. Unfortunately i needed my car fixed ASAP..

Competely dissapointed. I spent over $1900 here on a new transmission and it immediately started leaking when I got my car back. I took it back in and they said it was a bad seal, they replaced the seal freebie charge and a couple miles later it was leaking again. They said that it had nothing to do with their work. This is not an honest shop and they definitely don't stand behind their work. I would highly recommend you save your money and don't waste your time here. They don't care about their customers, even when you're spending thousands.EDIT: You guys claim that I chose a used transmission over a rebuilt or new one even though that was never an option that was given to me. I fail to understand why that is even being brought up when the claim was that the driveline was the issue. This shop needs to get their story straight. I back my previous statement that you should save your money and go somewhere else.

These guys made my day! I was traveling through Klamath Falls and needed a repair in a crunch. They hustled to help me get it done very quickly and for a fair price. Justin went the extra mile to make sure I was good to go, and I was able to make it to Crater Lake for a sunset hike because of that, instead of being stranded overnight.

I do not trust our vehicles to anyone else but Eric and the guys at My Mechanic. No matter how big or small the issue is, they have always been there to give honest advice and service. Thank you once again Eric for going above and beyond to make sure our vehicles are safe for us to drive.

I had a check engine light and car was sputtering and stalling occasionally. Took my car to My Mechanic at 730. Got a call at 900 with the diagnosis. By 1030 I was called that my car was ready.. They replaced a sensor it has been over 2 weeks with no issues car is running fine.

My husband and I were traveling from Sonoma, CA to Bend, OR in June in our 15 year old camper van. On the second day of our trip, the car was overheating so we limped along, looked up a good mechanic in Klamath Falls and arrived midday without an appointment, at My Mechanic. The employees and the owner took over right away, fixed the problem while we were at lunch, and sent us on our way about 2 hours later. We couldn't have asked for better service and conscientious work, even photographing the problem before it was fixed. Thank you.

First time, we had the A/C compressor replaced with competitive pricing.Came back and replaced 5 door actuators, and a door checker. Had one faulty actuator came back replaced for free. The prices were decent, a big name dealership would have cost me a new used car.

They go the extra mile. I had an air condition problem, but it would be days before they could get the parts. I was on the road, so they set me up with an appointment in Reno, where parts were available. As I said, they go the extra mile. Also, can't beat the waiting area. Worth a visit just to check it out.

We were in the middle of fighting the Bootleg fires and need our truck fixed quick and My Mechanic was fantastically quick and completely professional, I have no problem at all recommending his service to anyone that needs it.

Good, fair prices, explains things so you can understand the process, and very thorough in their work.They did my timing belt for a 2006 Honda Ridgeline for 500 less than quoted at the Dealership. And the mechanic took his time, and ensured everything was put together the right way. Everyone was very friendly and patient (It was a long job, and I hung out most of the day LOL) and plenty of places to go chill around them while I wait.In a nutshell, I do a lot of my own work on my truck. With that being said, I am very careful who I pick to touch my truck. I am very glad I chose My Mechanic to do the work.

Used to like my mechanic and now not so much not going back sold my daughter fuel pump for 404 dollars from Napa I drove to Napa and same pump over the counter 265 dollars this is my second problem with them shame on me. As my wife and I moved two years ago to Klamath Falls, friends in Medford told me that for having our cars serviced, we would have to bring my wife s car to Medford and my Land Rover to Portland or Reno. They were wrong! MyMechanic here in Klamath Falls took and takes good care of both our cars! I can only complement MyMechanic on their professionalism and knowledgeable service/repair work, starting from Stacey and Greg in Service to all the Technicians involved in going the extra mile for their customers! Great customer service! Eric helped me above and beyond with my fuel sensor problem and worked with me on cost. They had me in and out in a quickly fashion. They have helped me now and in the past , I won t go anywhere else. Thanks
