Just went to Midas for some concerns with leaking oil and coolant leaking after buying a new car. After bringing it in they even saw me one hour early and only took a hour to diagnose and fix my oil leak issue. Turns out it was a loose oil filter from the last place not tightening it properly. The staff are so so nice and I m so grateful for their hospitality and affordable rates. All in all Juli the receptionist was super kind and great on the phone and make scheduling easy. CT the owner came and talked to me personally and let me know what was going on and shook my hand. I was out the door with no more concerns or confusion and only cost me $50 THANK YOU SO MUCH!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

Unfortunately we will NEVER come here again. They do not back or guarantee their work. Faulty power steering pump after less than one year. Rude know-it-all kid for customer service . The car was left at Midas for 2-3 days to fix the issue and as soon as it was driven home SAME PROBLEM!! We are having to watch YouTube videos to figure it out now! Ridiculous. Thanks Midas, bravo!! Update: we had to suction the power steering fluid out to change it and the fluid is dirty and only 1/2 water bottle AND The bolt on the bottom was barely tight. All This was after midas having the car in their possession for a week to find the problem.

CT takes pride in his business and does a wonderful job! Their team is extremely knowledgeable and they work hard to get you in and out and back on the road! After my usual mechanic was too busy, I was referred here, and pleasantly surprised by how amazing the service was!

Wonderful service CT and Julie were very friendly. CT fixed my AC in no time. They have reasonable prices. I checked My Mechanic and other places to see what their base price was and Midas was the cheapest $30 for a diagnostic text on my AC. He called me back immediately when he discovered the issue. My Ac relay was shot and luckily they had the part instock to replace it with a new one all together my total was $179. It's so nice to have my AC back thank you to the crew at midas! I WILL BE BACK.Service: A/C installation & repair

So far my husband and I have not been disappointed. As a matter of fact, because of CT's honesty, we've been there 3 times for various things. He never changed price and even saved us way more money than anticipated. He was honest enough to show us the parts from our car that he replaced as well. We will always be return customers. I walked out feeling safe and satisfied. We would recommend this Midas to family and friends alike :)Thumbs up

Made me priority to install my breaks and rotors because I had another appointment which was awesome thank you to the owner. Awesome customer service, I just think I was overcharged for the service, Almost 600 for my front rotors replaced and new brake pads on both axles. Probably wont go back.

Recommended, I went into Midas today for an oil change and when I got home I had a leak all over my driveway. I called and spoke to the owner he came over to my home right away, looked over my car took it back to Midas and let me know that it was actually antifreeze that was leaking from my car. He repaired it right away did not charge me, I really appreciate his customer service, so thank you CT and all your staff at Midas.Service: Oil change

Shady and dishonest. For many years, this Midas had a great reputation, but seems to have changed ownership recently, and it's a different story now. I had taken my truck to Lee's Automotive to get the ball joints replaced, and after they told me my lower joints were fine, they recommended Midas for the alignment. Midas advertises that they do a "complete inspection of all suspension components before performing alignments", and after an $80 alignment, it came to light that my lower joints were in very bad condition. I still have them..... they look like they could have fallen apart at any minute and caused an accident. I had them replaced (NOT at Lee's), then returned to Midas to get it realigned. They insisted that I pay a second time, regardless that they clearly didn't inspect anything before the first alignment. Not only is that shady, but they sent me out with a vehicle that was obviously unsafe. They did a quick job because no time was involved inspecting anything. They only get 2 "stars" for the friendly receptionist.

I've been to this location before and they were the best and quickest auto-shop in town. Turn Tom Point S was consistently goofing up every repair/replacement I had done at their shop, so I had to find some one else. That's when I found these guys. Yah, they were great; the staff was friendly and they were able to see me quickly. But something changed. I went to bring in my car, they were busy and said they were appointment only, which is strange because they had serviced me on a walk in without scheduling an appointment prior to the visit not that long ago. So they set me up with an appointment to address my exhaust system and a few other things because I have a bad exhaust leak. The appointment was scheduled 7 days later. That was fine, I didn't have a problem with that.I show up 7 days later. They see the car and they were quick. The guys who looked at my car were able to diagnose several problems with the vehicle. It was impressive, since no one else in town had picked up on these issues and I've taken the vehicle to several places in town to have it looked at. They said they needed to get parts to replace an exhaust manifold and extract 2 broken bolts. Not sure which manifold they meant since there's 2 of them on my vehicle. But that was fine. I just needed the work done because I'm getting ready to make a drive down to Los Angeles to pursue a higher education. I was hoping work could be done before the end of the month because I have to leave on the 30th of June to be there July 1st to meet my new landlord. They propose another appointment another week out for the 30th of June. I explain that I can't make it that day because I will be on my way down south that day. So then they propose the 29th, a Tuesday. I was okay with that, but I knew it would be a busy day because I had also planned a trip to Lake of the Woods that day and there were several other things I needed to get done on the 29th as well, but the car was more important. I agreed to the 29th, Tuesday. So here we are today, the 29th of June. I get in to drop off the vehicle and they said I was scheduled for the 28th on paper. I thought that was weird because I would have never agreed to that day because I needed the vehicle all day on the 28th for work. They said they were unable to see me and that I would have to wait yet another week. I declined because I will no longer be in town after the 30th. It's just strange that I was down on paper on the 28th after we planned for the 29th. I remember immediately after making the appointment for the 29th, I contacted a few people saying that I would be busy that morning because car repairs and fit the appointment in my schedule for the 29th. I know for certain we agreed on the 29th, not the 28th. Anyways, I didn't try to argue with them, because I felt they were taking me for a ride making me wait 2 weeks for any type of work, especially when they said they would have to order and wait for parts that were in stock at Napa, which is who delivers parts to Midas. I called Napa and confirmed this. Parts could have been delivered in minutes. And I told the people at Midas that I would never have agreed to the 28th, I don't know how it switched over because I made plans around the 29th with other people before I even left the parking lot of Midas. I know what I heard, because they wanted me in later on the 30th, and then pushed me forward 1 day to the 29th so I'm not sure what happened. However, I suspect that this was done intentionally, especially since they claimed they needed to wait a week for parts that were literally in stock at their main part supplier 5-10 minutes down the road. Yah, I won't be coming back here. I'm leaving for school, but I'm supposed to be coming back to this town after I finish my degrees, and when I come back I most certainly will not let the people at Midas waste my time like they certainly did for the last 2 weeks. Thanks a lot guys.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

We wanted a full set of tires, a new battery, and an oil change. We also wanted spark plugs and wires. We called around to all the shops, in Klamath Falls, that could provide these services, all in the same visit. We spoke with CT, when we called Midas. He gave us their quote. We said we would get back with him. We still had more places to call, at that point. Midas was comparable to the other service shops around town. Their tire prices were good for a brand new set, and the battery was a fair price. The oil change was at the standard going rate now. We decided to wait on the plugs and wires, since they were out of our budget. We were impressed, by the fact, that when we called back to Midas, CT still had his notes from our previous call. He set us up for an appointment, the very next day. We arrived early, and they started our repairs, fifteen minutes early. They didn't get the tires quoted to us, on the phone in, for our appointment. However, CT found us another brand, in the same size, that were $20 less, for the set, than we were quoted. CT also realized that once our car was there, we didn't need wires, we have the permanent kind. He gave us a much lower quote for the plugs. We had to wait on those though, because we already drew the money from the bank, for what services we were there for. We liked the fact that Midas did not try to sell us other things that we didn't ask for. It was a no pressure experience. We were there for about an hour. They made good on our tire needs and were very pleasant. The waiting area was clean and neat. They have free WiFi, as a courtesy, if you plan to wait there. We will go there again for any future repairs, since they are a bumper to bumper car care facility.

I had my rear brakes done cost $350. Ever since this there's a sound in the rear of something winding down when I go to stop. I went in and said something about it and was told that there fine. This isn't a normal sound and it doesn't seem fine. But ok your the professional. And I'm stuck hearing the wind down sound every time I stop in my car. ThanksService: Brakes

A gentleman named CT (if I remember correctly) fixed the AC in my vehicle earlier today. He was efficient, expedient, kind and professional. I came to Midas because a local shop gave me some jargon that sounded like it was gonna cost me a pretty penny. After trying several things, I knew it was an electrical problem and CT found the cut/torn wire. He was even kind enough to show it to me. Before I knew it, the problem was fixed and I was only charged 90 dollars. Service gets a 10/10 for me and I recommend bringing your vehicle here.P.S. It's by appointment and they're closed on weekends, which is why it missed the five star mark for me. Otherwise, great place!

Edit: After seeing the review below, the owner called. He apologized, realizing he had made mistakes, that he did not do due diligence assuming the tires were damaged, (paraphrase of his words). He seemed earnest, and regretted the situation I was placed in and frustration it caused. He offered to reimburse the full $50 cost to have the issue fixed after (there was water, a rather significant amount of water, sealed inside the tires- that was what made the car hard to control the faster it went) from the company that recognized the issue and fixed it. I gave Midas another star for having the greatness to say Hey, I missed up, I'll fix it. We all make mistakes - being human and all, but not all folks rise to amend them and learn from them. THAT is what grows a company into being great, a willingness to try, learn, and grow, while treating it's customers with dignity ~end updateThey swapped off my snow tires and did some brake work a few days ago. When I got my car back, it didn't handle like it had before. They said it might shudder over 55, they did their best but they couldn't do better... And it did shudder indeed - a lot, it was not ok. I called after and asked what options I had, and was told my tires must be damaged, I would need new ones! My freshly put on spring-fall tires are in great shape and were performing fine before.. so why, what, huh?!? This did not make sense. I paid $75 (most I've ever been charged by a longshot) just to have the tires swapped, and now my car handled awful.I went to another new place highly recommended for a second opinion, and for $50 they fixed it immediately, and it's perfect again. They said " I don't know where you went, but"... and then he shook his head, incredulous. The mistake Midas made was over the top dumb, and if I had kept trusting them I'd have new tires I didn't need now too.Trust your instincts.Wouldn't recommend them, not a great first impression on their tire skills. The brake work they did though seems fine and the people in the office though were really wonderful to talk to, so I gave them 2 stars because those folks were cool.

Just had a great experience here. We are traveling, got a check engine light and some noise from the truck. Brought it here, they diagnosed it as a minor issue known by Dodge and assured me the truck is fine for our trip. No games, extra cost or hassles. Now we are on our way again with piece of mind. Thanks Steve and team!

We go to midus for everything! They will do a car inspection for free and tell you everything that's wrong or that needs to be fixed soon. I used to work for a parts delivery company and they were always so excited to see me when I dropped off parts. This is hands down the place I'd go for any car issues! Keep up the great work guys!

I had never used Midas but when my son went to college and I knew he needed a front wheel bearing replaced I called Midas to see what they could do for him. They were wonderful from the start. They allowed him to drop the car off on his first day at college and they brought him back to his dorm. When the car was done they called me for payment and went to pick him up. It was a great experience all around and now I will use Midas wherever I can.

Having worked in a service station in my youth, you know great service when you experience it. We were desperate for Sprinter repair, and this shop stepped up. They are not a full blown Sprinter facility, but they do maintenance and diagnose problems. From a scan code they were able to go online and find the most common solution to the problem. With that information they checked my van an confirmed I had that problem. While on the phone with Steve, he even suggested it was something I could check out myself. I trust this shop.

Last fall they made a mistake, but I did like their office staff and due to a diagnostic mistake gave three stars. They called, owned the mistake, and apologized genuinely, with class, I raised it up a star for that. Much respect. They offered a refund and backed that up too. They showed much respect, earnest desire to get it right, or learn from mistakes (being human always has drawbacks), and have earned my trust and respect back in full. These qualities I hold above all else, do your best, if you make a mistake, own it and clear it up. Treat others with dignity. They came through on all counts.
