DO NOT bring your vehicles here. Service is so slow!! Owner is super rude and not at all helpful or understanding. Customer service and knowledgeable mechanics do not exist here. I paid for my vehicle to be fixed and not only did they did not fix the issue but they are not willing to offer immediate help to fix the issue that I paid for. Would not recommend. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

All I can say is Wow! After calling around trying to find a shop that would diagnose some issues with one of my work trucks, they all wanted between 90-160 per hour just for diagnostic charge!! And in most cases are 15-30 days out!I called Mark from a friend who referred me, I asked about the diagnostic charge, he told me that as long as I had them repair it the diagnostic charge is free.I asked him how far out they were for repair, he said he could get me in in a couple of days. I took my truck down there, he called me next morning, told me what was wrong with it, gave me a quote and then told me they could do it in two days. I left it with him and he did it in one.Very impressed with him and his guys. No nonsense and just a very honest old time guy that believes in giving quality service for a fair price. Will never use another shop for as long as he's around! A+++++

We were on vacation and on the 2nd day out had a really loud noise. We talked to all the mechanics in Klamath Falls and Altamont and they were booked til the end of the month and it was only the 6th. Bud's talked Marky into fitting us in and he saved.our vacation even fixed an extra minor thing for us. They were wonderful.

I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone that loves and misses the kind of shop grandpa used to go to. Real honest fair service and pricing. Hands down the best over all!
