I have now purchased a total of 3 vehicles from Amy and Eric. If/when I ever buy another vehicle, Luxor will be my first stop. Never any high pressure, very straightforward. I brought up my concerns and they both took the time to answer my questions and they had no problem working with me to get me in the best vehicle for me! I'm so happy with my vehicle and very happy with the buying experience! Thank you Amy and Eric for an enjoyable experience in buying a vehicle, it's a big commitment and I'm glad that I could support a local family business!

I wouldn t even give this place one star if I didn t have to. Bought a Subaru from them, radiator was jerry rigged to just make it run, head gaskets are bad, cadalettic converter needs replaced.. 5200.00 worth of work that needs done. We have 3 kids and just needed a reliable car for my wife. What kind of people would sell this to someone? They told us there mechanics checked the whole car over and everything was great. Better send those mechanics back to school. And it s in my wife s name not mine. Why would I write a review on your business for no reason , come on now

We recently bought a used car down at Luxor, my daughter was on a budget and they helped us find something perfect for her price range , Eric and Amy were both so helpful throughout the whole process. Their website and online inventory make it easy to see what they have before you even get down there. Great vibe and atmosphere on the lot and in the sales office. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back next time we need another car!

Bought my new truck from Luxor a few weeks back and I can honestly say they did not disappoint. Eric and Amy were extremely helpful in my efforts to find a vehicle I would love. The car was super clean and exactly what I was looking for. The buying process was quick and headache-free, and I couldn't be happy to have chosen Luxor! Clean, fast, and friendly!

Originally I was super happy with this dealership and Eric (even gave a 5 star review). That was until the Yukon XL lost all oil pressure a month after purchasing it. After reaching out, they said they wanted to help and would reach out in 24hrs. After 2 weeks of them dodging my calls/texts. I gave up and took it to a mechanic. Apparently a sender was bad, the cams are super worn, and an oil screen was removed. I was told it was inspected thoroughly. Clearly it wasn t properly. If you get a vehicle here, have your own inspection done.

Not for me. I walked in to get a quote for a simple wash and the office was basically empty with only a single lady working, I thought I was in the wrong place. She was real nice and asked what kind of car I have. She then quotes me $200 for a full exterior detail of my Corolla without looking at it. I reiterated that I'm only looking for a wash, not a full detail. She says that $200 is the cheapest service they have, but it includes a full exterior cleaning with engine bay cleaning. I declined and told her that before moving to kfalls, I did this successfully in a bigger market while charging less- I was just looking to be lazy, but I'll do it myself. She was still nice and said Yeah sorry about that, we only offer what we offer.The good - The lady is nice- The prices/services are clearThe bad - Quotes without looking at the work- No options for services- Bad rate for services offeredBased on other reviews, I'm sure the work is good, but based on my experience, I'll pass.

I am extremely impressed by both Amy and Eric they both went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them! As for my car it is working like a charm I am so happy

By FAR the best customer service in town, they worked within my budget to get me into my new (new to me ) Mercury Mountaineer! A dash light came on prior to buying it, was told if I continued having issues to bring it back in and they would fix the issue, I am happy to say they did just that! Amazing crew they have down there! Eric, Amy, and Andy you guys are AMAZING! I have already referred so many people to them and will continue to do so!

After looking for weeks for my perfect car I came by a 07 grand Cherokee at this wonderful place. They were kind and it one of the best experiences I ve ever had buying a car. The Jeep had a couple of problems but these amazing people were on it and fixed them right away. If you are looking to buy a vehicle this is the place you want to go I literally can t say better things about these people.

We ve been looking for a van for about a year now and haven t been able to find one within our price range that had the features we were looking for. About the time I decided we needed to settle, we found a beautiful Kia Sedona at Luxor and Eric went above and beyond to make sure we could get what we wanted! Thank you to him and Amy for giving us and our 5 dogs the ride of our dreams! 10/10 would recommend!

Had the most amazing car buying experience from LuXor. The lot is well stocked with a variety of vehicles. The staff was very professional. Never did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Not only was the car buying experience amazing but the car was detailed so well it was like new. I would highly recommend LuXor to anyone looking for a like new, used vehicle you will not be disappointed!

Recently purchased a car at Luxor. I was given very professional and prompt service by Amy and Eric. I spent alot of time looking at cars and trucks on the lot. Eric was honest and willing to answer all 1000 questions I had on each vehicle. I was not bullied or misled on my purchase.It was a great buying experience.The detailer here is amazing as my car looked brand new inside and out. I would completely recommend Luxor to anyone looking for a great price, large selection and an honest company.

Eric and Amy are the best! I have been looking for a SUV for awhile. I had certain things I wanted in it and of course at a good price. They got me everything I wanted. Thank you for everything. I will recommend them to everyone with shouting distance.

Great place to buy something nice. They have quality used cars. The cars are so clean it feels like your buying a new car. I got a deal on the perfect little car for me. They had by far the best consumer serve. Helpful but not pushing. I m very please with my whole buying experience with Luxor Auto Sales

Luxor auto group is the best! I have been shopping around for a car for about 6 months and was having a hard time finding the right car until I found this gem in Klamath falls the sweetest people you could ask for such a nice family oriented establishment! I took my 87 year old grandpa with me and they were nothing but sweet and listen to all his story i would definitely go back and by a car anytime. They are 10 out of 10 in my book!

Fair price on vehicles and owned up to putting a heater in to my wife and daughters SUV because it didn't have one. If you want a good realible car I recommend them. Just not a big variety of vehicles is all.

Wow, where do I begin, my car was so dirty I brought it in and had the best experience ever. Eric and Amy treated me so nice. Driving around today I didn't feel like I was claustrophobic at all because the car was so clean. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the excellent service.

Amy and Eric have been great on the sale of my Honda civic they stand by all their vehicles. I had some issues/repairs come up after I got the Honda home and I called and they told me no problem we will get it taken care of . They both are on top of the messages always getting back to you . I took my daughter's Toyota Corolla to Luxor Auto Group for a detail. Wow!! We are so impressed...the car was spotless. We will definitely be using Luxor Auto Detailing again. we bought the 2005 Honda crv and from them for 5250 and came eith problems the blade in front of radiator not working hit a bump and here squeaking down were tires are at and here squeaking when going up a hill in the back I would not go to them we even test drove the car and came with check e gone light on to silornder head to misfire we had to replace spark plugs and coils as well they need to fix that before selling the car which they did not we ask them to if it came like that or could

Friendly staff, not too happy about an as is without disclosure but seeing them work to fix the problems I'm having and looking into other issues that popped up gave me the chance to improve my reviewUpdate the problems they fixed all but lasted a week take my advice don't waste your time here go to lithia

Took vehicle for detail in side 200.00 dollars didn't clean carpet well now there is a smell that I will have to take somewhere else...not worth it.

They were very freindly, and prices were fair. Also have a very good Detail shop in the back.
