When there s a sign on the door warning you to remove valuables because they don t trust their mechanics, that s also a sign to not do business with them.I went to Valvoline in town and got the same service faster for less money.

Second car I've got there great friendly service KEP. Is just a great guy no pushers they just wanted to help me get what I was looking for. Fair and friendly I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting to purchase a used car.

Had to get a new battery after sitting there 2 hers they ask me to come tomorrow so I went across the street to Klamath Subaru they check around got the correct battery installed. It and had me back home. Early, need to mention I have cancer going thrue chem

It's nice to buy a new car, even better when you buy two. They give you 5 gold star service even if it's an oil change. They tell you the price up front no hidden charges. My advice to anyone is get the oil for life option. Great job to all at Lithia Ford, Klamath Falls.

Lee In the parts room is super knowledgeable on the Ford parts , the service shop did a wonderful job programming the new remote and retrieving the door code.
