I've been looking for a very specific used truck, Ram ecodiesel crew cab with 6'4" bed. Not very many available in the whole country with reasonable miles and reasonable price. Lithia of Klamath Falls had one that checked my boxes. I called and talked to Doug Byrum (sales rep) who looked up the info on the truck instead of trying to BS. I told him I would be down to look at it the next day but that I was coming from a few hours away so please let me know if there's anything off. He took the time to go check over the truck, start it up, look for signs it had been owned by a smoker, etc...Got there the next day, Doug was quick to help, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy in the slightest. After a short drive with Doug it took about 3 minutes to get paperwork approved so I could take it out with just my family.I decided to purchase the truck. Negotiations were clear, open, and I believe totally honest and in good faith. Travis Howard, one of the managers, facilitated and approved the deal. Financing was also quick and painless handled by Michael Cheeseman.They also made sure it was washed and the tank was filled.I read someone else's negative review about upselling and pushing the extended service contracts. That was not my experience at all. I was considering purchasing one since the truck was outside of the manufacturer's warranty and I was paying over $30k. I decided it didn't fit with what I was looking for and there was no push-back at all.Good experience all around.
