My car was hit by a truck in a parking garage. The guy hit the driver side front quarter panel and bent my front driver side wheel. Lithia Auto Body and Paint repaired my car to where it looks brand new. Their customer service is superb. This is the place where I decided to take my 2020 f250 after a deer got me they replaced the front passenger fender, door, and rear bedside.It looks great guys thanks for pushing me to get it in and taken care of. Deer got me in October this is my work truck so I'm so glad it's looking so much better

I had some warrantee work done and was extremely happy with the job. I don't know how they got all the dog hair out of the inside but the jeep was clean and hair free when I picked it up and they left me a cookie:)Service: PaintingService: Painting

Small town with limited body shops they feel like they can get away with being rude and taking forever to repair your vehicle. It took 2 month to replace a bumper and instead of me driving my vehicle waiting for the parts they held my vehicle. They also didn't fully assess my vehicle so I basically had to redo the assessment for the insurance claim.

They did an awesome job on painting the rear deck on my SUV. The problem I had was that it was suppose to be a 3 day repair, we went on a 10 day vacation the vehicle was suppose to be ready upon our return. It took them two extra days. It seems like they waited till we got back to start repairs. Again the repair was great, just took to long!!

I had an all around pleasant experience. I brought my truck in and they took the information and pictures, emailed the estimate along with the picture to our insurance agent. Made the appointment for the repair...took the truck in and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. The repair looked great. I will recommend these folks anytime!!

Horrible body shop! they had my car for 10 weeks and I was told it would only take 2 to 4 weeks to fix it. I had to keep calling them to check up on it and they said they would call me but they only called me 2 times the entire time. That s only because they were getting annoyed that I was calling to check up on my car. I would wait for them to call me for an entire week. I did call them every Friday. They also would tell me my car was only 1 day away from being done and then tell me no it wasn t done. This went on for several weeks. TEN weeks!I finally got my car back and they did NOT fix it. They just put a front bumper on it and fixed some sensors. The car is not safe to drive and they even said they test drove it. The whole front end it shaking really bad and pulling to both sides. There is also some very visible body damage they did not fix. I am taking my car to a different body shop to get it completed. I am also 8 months pregnant and only have the 1 vehicle to get me around. I was not satisfied with this body shot and would not recommend it to anyone.Also I went to get something out of my car when they had it and when they took me to my car the key was just sitting in the front seat. Someone could totally steal the car! It wasn t Inside their shop either. It was parked behind the building. I was not happy when I seen that. If there was a 0 star option I would give it.

Great customer service! When I wasn't getting anywhere with help elsewhere in town, Jantz at Lithia Body and Paint, listened to me, made phone calls, and set up everything to get my car taken care of. He didn't hesitate to take time out of his busy day and set everything up, so I wouldn't have to drive unsafely with my child. I will always go to this place for all of my body and paint needs in the future, and you should try them out as well.

Amazing! They did an unbelievable job. Far exceeded my expectations. I seriously cannot even tell where the dent was. Dropped off my truck and it was ready a couple of hours later. I will recommend them to EVERYONE. I give them a 20 on a 10 point scale.

Got my truck back after the did repairs from a accident. They burnt out the dash cluster and said it is common issue but it was working when dropped off. Refused to fix. Worst customer service! Do not use this buisness,I brought my car over a month ago,I keep getting different dates for when I can pick up my car.Now I get no communication at all,the receptionist/secretary, is extremely RUDE,don't know how she even works in the public.I have 2 witnesses on how she was extremely rude,I have gotten 5 to 6 excuses as to why we can't get our car yet,they have no integrity. They are not genuine,non reliable!Will not be back!!Service: Body & Trim

I'm very happy with my Lithia Dodge experience. My apportment was scheduled in a timely manor. The repairs made were done quicker then I was quoted. The waitin lounge was comfortable with TV, coffee and donuts. Thanks for the good work!

Everything went off as it was supposed to.I got a call asking if I wanted the air cleaner changed. I tried to return the call, but no one answered. Then I was called later and told the car was ready for pick up. Which made me wonder if the air cleaner was changed out or not. <y wife picked up the vehicle and I forgot to have her ask.

Went in to get an estimate and had Austin to help me. He said I was trying to screw over someone by getting a year old estimate redone. Austin acts like a moody teenage and he says he's the manager. Now do you want a 20 something that doesn't understanding how inflation works fixing your car???

When I couldn't get satisfactory service elsewhere, I found Lithia Body and Paint. They treated me very professional, knew their job and had my job done on time and looked better than I expected. Thank you Lithia Body and Paint. I'll be coming here for all my body and paint needs.

They were open but they would not answer the door due to COVID-19. After calling and asking for an appointment I was told that they could not do a simple estimate until the following week even after telling them that I was from outside the area.
