Swapped out to snow tires in 25 minutes!!Love these people I'm updating my review today after getting this nail repair completed in a timely and professional manner on 12/29/23.Thanks Guy's & Happy New Year!

I had just crossed over into California when the left tire on my 17-foot 1969 Terry camper trailer blew! Thankfully there was a good spot to get off the highway. I was stranded there for 3 days & 2 nights before being able to make a plan. Had a buddy from Sprague River come out to me and collect the flat, and the spare to take to Les Schwab. My spare tire was at least 20 years old and a tube type, so I couldn't use it. But the rim looked fantastic. Whereas the rim with the blown tire had a couple flaws by way of lug holes going out of round.The shop took the spare off and put on a new tire to spec. The price, I suppose, was reasonable. I don't buy tires much. They were friendly, helpful, concerned, and willing to help any way possible. And it's nice to know some businesses still have staff that know what they're doing.Thanks y'all.

Took a few minutes to get my trailer tire pressures checked, but it was well worth the wait to be reassured that things weren't as bad as I thought they might be. Quick check, aired up to spec and on my way. Always appreciate their advice and good service!

Thank you for all your help the Les Schwab on 6th Street is way more affordable than the Les Schwab on Washburn way . I took my truck to the store on Washburn way and asked a technician to put air in my tires he put 35 lbs of air in my load range E tires and when I looked at the max tire pressure on the side of my tires it said 80 lbs I'm thinking 55 to 80 lbs would have been better than 32 lbs

Always great service. I just stopped for air in tires and they got it done quick. Over the years, they have repaired tire punctures for free, sold me chains for winter driving and had a great selection of tires. Always reliable quality and service.

We like to think that all truck drivers are the back bone of America. We are what keeps this country going. But let me tell you this one thing. I was trucking through Klamath falls on my way to California when one of my inner trailer tires blew up. I took the next exit off 97 and pulled into this here Les Schwabs. Luckily, I had a spare on my truck and in less than 40 mins I was already rolling down the highway. These guys were not only helpful, but it was their professionalism and kindness that makes me say, I hope I blow another tire next time I truck through Klamath falls. Never forget about the men who help us stay rolling.

I don't believe I received the best tire value according to the owner! I bought 4 new semi tires ran them afew months and the lugs in the treads began to separate, I had them dismounted in Utah and sent back to Klamath Falls hoping for some sort of a refund due to bad tires? Only to wait a couple more months to then find out sorry there's nothing we can do. Talk about standing behind your product . I will take my business elsewhere!

Ordered new tires, after taking the old ones out they realized that new ones were never ordered and I need to leave my car behind for 2 days, the only one I have to keep my business running and help my customers. Finally they put old tires (wrong size), low tire pressure codes, missing valve caps...They said that was impossible to get my tires from a near place and they already called to all possible places.I went to the Les Schwab in Washburn and had it done the same day in 2 hours, alignment included without a previous order or appointments. Tires were on stock.Thanks for showing me the right place.

Best quality and value for tires. I have tried to save money at other places to end up spending more in the long run. Les Schwab has the best security in my opinion. They are located everywhere in the West, so if something goes wrong, you can get help and not have to get warranty at one specific store in one specific town--any Les Schwab will honor it. Great place for tires, batteries and more.

I've been buying my tires from Les Schwab for 50 years and at the Klamath Falls 6th street installation for almost 20 years! You can't beat the service, prices or product quality. They are a great team that still know how to hustle. I'm always impressed with that. You don't see that work ethic all that much these days.

I had a tire blowout on a RV and they came out quickly. Tony got there and did a great job. He was quick, friendly courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend them to all my transport buddies!!

I LOVE les schwab! if you need tires they always have thrm. they finance and they also do batteries. yes they are spendy, but... their warranty doesn't pro rate and that is amazing! I love my batteries, snow chains and tires. be ready for a wait. They are busy because they are the best! free popcorn! friendly people and they care. stop in, you will be won over!

They diagnosed my issue, but couldn't repair because it is beyond their capacity. Not their fault that my vehicle is beyond the standard repair. I appreciate the time they took to look at it and explain the problem thoroughly. I dropped my vehicle off so they could take their time, but received a call within 2 hours or less. Very honest & timely.

Needed new set of tires they had what we needed in stock and took our car in right away. They got the job done quickly and professionally. We were also going to get a 4 wheel alignment because lithia dodge told us we needed one they took the car back for that and said everything was fine with the alignment and did not charge us for a half hour to forty five minutes work. Very happy and will be going back when we need tires or an alignment do with our car.

Hit some Nasty potholes on hwy 140. I went straight to Les Schwab in Klamath Falls. Unfortunately I had a bent wheel, but the crew there got me all fixed up and back on the road. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive folks. Thank you!

Always excellent service! Today I stopped by to get some air in my tires which was done promptly. However an hour later one of my tires is sitting on its rim! I call and they send out Luis in under 30mins who lets me know my valve stem blew out and I wouldn t make it back to the store; so right there in my works parking lot, he takes my tire off, replaces my valve stem with a new one, sticks the tire back on good as new quickly without charging me a dime. LUIS WAS INCREDIBLE! I ll never stop going to this Les Schwab!

I called Louis because I had a problem With my tire and he went above and beyond and helped me out I can't even say how much his help Meant to me thank you Les Schwab and you have a great guy working there I think it's Louis That made me realize there are still good people out They're in the world :)

Remodeled the front and still enjoy the fresh helpful staff. Prompt and attentive. Dropped in to get my tires sipped, they did them in less time and I was back on my way. Thanks guys!!

Mark was injured for a while. Injured off-work with his pinkie in a cast. He turned out to be my favorite counter person. I would definitely put this guy in a managerial position in about 2 seconds. I watched him help 4 people in the most efficient and fair way. One lady was coming in "HOT" and he totally defused the situation and she walked out a "better person." I am getting my second pair of Open Range tires. I would pay any price for that quality, but Mark is what made my experience six star and beyond.

Josh and the other gentlemen at Les Schwab are outstanding. I came in at closing with an unrepairable flat tire. They helped me get the best price on a new set of tires and ensured I had a ride home. They are an outstanding staff and have amazing customer service!
