I bought a new set of tires because the last set I bought only lasted half their warranty. Sent my wife in to get them put on. They told her they could only warranty the back 2 because the other 2 were not worn down enough. She got all four put on and said we wanted to keep the two that were not worn down since they could not warranty them. When my wife picked up the car she was told the good older 2 were in the car (well they were not) she went back in and they had to look for the tires they removed. I got home from hunting today to find they gave us the two bald tires back not the ones with tread.

I had a vibration in my car and was told by Les Schwab I needed new tires because one of my tires had a bulge. It didn t solve the problem. I had to have a CV joint put on by a mechanic to solve the vibration problem. Since I couldn t afford new tires I didn t need, Josh, the Manager at the Washburn Way store in Klamath Falls, replaced the new ones for better ones than my old ones and refunded my money for the new ones. A much better solution than the one I imagined! My faith in Les Schwab is restored and I will recommend them to anyone -and it will be where I get these replaced when they wear out. Thank you Josh! That was amazing customer service!!

First time here. Jaqui, Dillon, Remy, are great to work. Cleanest shop I've been in. Fast service good workers. Inventory is easy and fast to get. They finance too. I'll buy my wheels and all terrain tires here for my 96 GMC SAFARI VAN. I may as well restore it right. Better than buying a new car.

This place is brand new which makes it nicer than most other Les Schwabs. For my routine changeover today, they didn t take my car back until over 20 minutes after my appointment time, only to tell me 2 of the snow tires they took off in the spring are now unusable and damaged. Why didn t they notice this when they took them off? One of them had an huge visible gash in it like it was cut by a knife. After I was annoyed, he then said only that one was unusable and he could salvage the other one. What s that about? It put such a bad taste in my mouth I m finding a new place to go. I feel like I can t trust them anymore.

Fantastic service! We had a flat tire on our return trip to Oregon. We called ahead to see if they could take us late on a Saturday afternoon. They were waiting for us when we got there and were able to quickly fix the flat and get us right back on the road. And they refused any payment we offered. Amazing service in this day and age. Les Schwab has always been top notch for us

Flat tire on vacation. They came highly recommended, so I took my tire to them. They were very professional, and had a table and wifi so I could do email, etc.However, before I knew it, they had it fixed. Plus, the tire made the 5 hour plus drive to Portland!On top of that, they wouldn't take payment. Javier and Les Schwab are awesome. In the future, I will seek them out for my business, and I will tell my friends about the experience.

If I could do negative stars, I would. Went in for an alignment. Was told a balance would fix the problem instead. Then was told my tires were too worn to be able to balance them and was quoted a price on tires. I paid for them, and the alignment, and walked and got food. An hour later I got a call and was told the tires they quoted me were not in stock and I would either have to wait a week to order them or pay double the quote for the next best tires which I couldn't afford so I got a refund, then got a quote from the manager that was reasonable and went for it. Low and behold, the money hadn't been refunded yet. This was a horrible experience and an inconvenience. I would recommend going anywhere but here.

This is, by far, the best Les Schwab we've been to. We had a worn out wheel bearing on the highway and were basically stranded. The manager was very kind and all the employees we encountered were highly professional. They were nice enough to give my family rides to the hotel and back when our vehicle was fixed the next day. Thankfully, we didn't have to wait long for the repairs to be made and we were on our way by the next morning. Truly a God-send!

Paid them to balance my tires fix a leak and alignment. There's still a screw in my tire and my truck pulls to the right. Also they put a slash in the sidewall and told me it was already there. I asked for a refund to take it somewhere else and have it done right the Manger refused.

Have had good and bad experiences with Les Schwab in the past so was hesitant and didn t think they would help my fianc� and I finance a set of tires that we needed unexpectedly. We are both working on our credit it s better but not up to par with what a business or sales people would like to see so we fully expected to get denied or have to have a co signor which we didn t want to rely on family. mikayla and her coworkers/managers went above and beyond for us and we couldn t be more grateful. I imagine she had to jump through a lot of hoops as it took over an hour to get the approval but when all was said and done we got tires ordered and scheduled an appointment for when they arrive and set up on a good payment plan. Thank you all sometimes you don t know how much just doing your job can impact the people you help and we are so grateful. Thank you again!

They were freaking awesome. One they helped us get back on the road in a pinch with my wife s mishap for a Friday afternoon and then we had my daughter s insulin they stored in their fridge so it would be good during the tire change. I cannot say enough good things about this experience despite it being a rough day in 102 degree weather. Also, plenty of jokes with the staff through it all which actually made it not seem as bad. As a side note they rotated the tires on my truck while we were waiting for my wife s jeep to get done.

I had them do my brakes yesterday. While doing the brakes, they damaged one of the tires. They made me pay for the replacement. Doesn't seem fair since they are the ones who did the damage.

Had some front end work done, place was recommended by a local parts store I work at. They didnt tell me how it went, didnt tell me about additional damage, I saw it on the alignment sheet. Total was $960. Was supposed to get a 5% discount, the first guy must have not liked that, redid the numbers for a total of $956, thanks for the 4 off. I hope they need it more than me at my $12.50 an hour

It s currently 110 degrees and I am stranded on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck! Why don t I just change my flat tire and get on my way? Oh because Les Schwab never put my wheel lock back in my car after my new tires and brakes. To say I m furious is an understatement. So now do I not only have to get my car towed, but I now have to go buy a new wheel lock from Mercedes!FURIOUSSSSSS

Went in for the third time because my tire pressure light was on. The last time I was in the fixed the tire pressure and said that it should reset the light when I drove a little bit. A week later the light was still on. Granted I don't drive very much but the light still should have gone off within a couple miles.When I took it in this time they did some checking on my tires and then came back and said I needed a new sensor. Why couldn't they have found that out the previous time I was there. They had to check all the tires including the one that was in my trunk, and they pulled everything out and made a mess. My car cover which had been folded up and placed in the trunk had been tossed out three times in order for them to get the tires to be relearned? Each time he would pull everything out of my trunk and then put it back in and test the other tires then pull out everything from my trunk again, three times. If I'd have known they needed to get into the trunk I would have removed everything before I went to Les Schwab. Now I have had to purchase the new sensor for $62.

I went in with a nail in my tire ...Turned out they were able to just remove it no plug needed. Customer service was great , friendly staff and in a timely manner at no cost ....thank you

Recently had a set of new shocks and an alignment done and it seemed to take a long time...4 hours of waiting in their lobby. Had an appointment and they got to my vehicle over an hour late. But all and all I'm pleased with their workmanship.

Passing through town on the way home to SoCal I came in for a flat repair. Never been a customer of this store or the chain. Left in an hour with a fixed tire and a bill of $0.00. Outstanding customer service like that will drive me to consider Les Schwab for my tire needs in the future. Wish I could do that for this store specifically.

I have been working with Les Schwab for years, ever since I got my first car. I have always had great experience and they have always been so helpful. NOT TODAY! I went to the new store in Klamath Falls because my car felt like something was wrong with the alignment. I was not greeted nor did the women behind the counter treat me very nicely. It was as if she was annoyed. I had an appointment at 2pm, but I waited an hour before I my car got in. Which is fine, they were busy and I could see that. When they called me up to the counter the man told me he tried to align my car but the tire on the right side would not align at all. He told me he believed my frame was probably bent. He informed me that there was nothing that he could do for it. Then he proceeded to charge me $110 dollars for an alignment which he was apparently unable to do. I called the other store in the area and they are getting me in for a second opinion. I should have just waited for an appointment at this store. They apologized for the new store and told me they would not charge me unless they could align my vehicle or if they needed to buy parts and they would speak with me prior to any purchases. I do not recommend using the new store. Stick with the Les Swab on south six or Merrill. I would have given them a half star if it would have let me.

I had a freak flat tire that punctured the tire and wheel. David and Mikayla moved mountains to help me come up with all sorts of options to get a wheel shipped in from Portland and replaced the wheel and tire as quickly as possible, as well as being value sensitive, so that I could get back on the road. They were kind and empathetic at each step of the way. I felt super cared for and trusted them with my car.
