I've used Lee's for auto repairs for the last few years. Good service at a fair price. Well, day before yesterday, one of my windshield wipers wasn't working due to the nut working itself loose. I couldn't figure out how to get the cover open to tighten the nut, and the last time this happened I took it to Cascade Chevrolet and it took three mechanics 45 minutes to figure out how to fix it. Well, one of the mechanics at Lee's took one look at it, grabbed a bent screwdriver, popped the cover open and tightened the nut in less time that it took to write about it. He wouldn't accept payment, either! Thanks, guys! You do good work!

My vehicle broke down last week and Lee's was very nice to let me keep it in their parking lot until it can be picked up by a tow from my dealership, they didnt have to keep it parked there, but they are and I sincerely appreciate that kind of customer service. Thank you so much for your very kind assistance I appreciate it! And thank you to Gabe for assisting me in a kind curteous manner each time we spoke. I am working hard to figure out what is currently going on with the mail so the keys can be recieved to you guys today. Thank you again!!

Had them check my gear shifter. Claimed it was "just old"; charged $100. When I picked up my vehicle, they had forgotten to secure two screws in the dash, at steering column and hook up my gauges. Gabe thought it was okay for me to drive it like that. I said no.

Went in and had brakes checked. Turns out master cylinder was going out - They recommended I leave the car and they could get it fixed up ASAP. Left the car on Thursday and it was finished by Monday! I appreciate their hard work and prompt action to work with me on the issue.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Lee's Automotive is my 'go to' place for everything with my car. Having confidence in quality of workmanship and honest inspections of my cars over the years has been great. I can depend on them for honest evaluations and repair/maintenance of my car. As a female that has spent tons of time on both the DIY and service sides of the counter, I will no longer recommend this shop to others. Simply because attention to detail does not exist with this establishment.

1st time Lee s customer and was very pleased with the service performed. Great communication as they worked through the repair. I made an appointment for A C repair and they got me in and I developed a coolant leak the day before. They diagnosed it as a water pump. Got both done the same day. Great job . Lee's Automotive was honest, reliable, and fast. We arrived in town for a week long visit, when our truck's alternator went out. They got us in within 4 hours when the dealership couldn't get us in for weeks. They had our truck fixed within 24 hours. It sounds and runs like a charm. Josh and Russell were amazing and kept us updated each step of the way and providing us all our options up front. Thanks guys for the amazing work and getting us running again!

Service was excellent. Josh and Russel at the front desk kept me informed and updated as work on my 1994 Geo Metro was performed. Routine maintenance was quick and efficient as usual. I have had starting problems which they found was due to a wiring problem in my steering column. This was good to know. They showed me how to start my car more quickly and I can start it in 1 or 2 tries now. I have set up an appointment to have steering column wiring work done.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We have been very pleased with our service at Lee's. They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have been honest. They are great at warranting their work. I'm not happy about having to write this review, because Lee's has enjoyed a pretty good reputation, and that's why I chose them to perform the work I needed, but I find it would be irresponsible to not publish these facts. I took my truck to them to have my ball joints replaced. If a ball joint fails, your front suspension will collapse. After they got under it, they replaced the upper joints and told me that the lowers were fine, and sent me off to get an alignment. As it became clear afterward, the lower ball joints were in very poor condition and should have been replaced before getting an alignment. After having the lower ball joints replaced (not by Lee's), I'm now on the hook to pay for an alignment a second time. I brought this to Lee's attention and was advised that they would "talk to the tech that did the work" and get back to me. They never bothered. It's bad enough that they cost me unnecessary work by their negligence, but they were willing to (and did) send me out on the road with an unsafe vehicle. Poor form, Lee's..... I stay loyal to honest businesses. You're apparently not on of them.

I needed an engine light diagnostics check coming up through California headed into Seattle. They were honest throughout the entire experience, and had my car fixed the next morning (I have a Volvo so parts needed to be shipped in). Very friendly people, great customer service, and they came in under the estimated time and price. Very trustworthy, exactly what I look for in an automotive shop. Thank you again Myron and Vanessa!

Brought my old car that had never given me problems here and told them I'm pretty sure it was the distributor so if they could look at that just charge me for the part and the labor as I don't have the time because I'll be at work and they agreed. Come to find out I was right and they said they still have to charge me the 100 lookover fee and on top of that $216 for the part and the labor. I said no I'll just buy the part and do it myself so I went in with a new part and as I was putting it in I noticed they had my car blocked in and ALL of the fluids were drained out under it. Not a good business at all from what I've experienced and at this point I just want my car back. Also they haven't called to let me know how my car is in a week and a half.

Thank you to Lee's for all the help you gave us.We had issues getting the right parts and they allowed us to leave the car there for some time while we brought our own parts to be repaired.They were so patient and did a great job for us.

My wife's 1985 LTD blew a rear main seal, and Lee's got the car in and out quick with a good repair and a fair price. My Jeep Cherokee is going in today for a weird noise coming from the engine, and I have confidence that they will help me again.

Just left Lees and always love finding awesome mechanic shops!! It was $85 just to get my window rolled back up, which seems a bit much. I was there for maybe 20 mins. But they got me in and out and didnt waste my time!! Their service is very sweet and straight forward and I recommend them to anyone

Price for labor was fair, and work time was very quick! Great customer service as well. Any questions I had about my install were promptly answered with professionalism and knowledge. Definitely reccomended!

WARNING: Do not have Lee's Automotive work on you car or truck!!! And dont buy from Luxor Auto Group. They're selling cars that they know have problems then Eric at Luxor will have you take it to them like they're going to check and fix your car which they don't do. Then they will hand over the keys to Eric where he takes it back to Luxor instead of calling you to come pick up YOUR vehicle. They're scamming people together 100%!!! Save your cash and go somewhere else.

We finally found a local shop that we can rely on. They have found our problems and made spot on repairs. We don't have to worry about them trying to talk us into more work than is needed. Their charges are extremely fair. Nice bunch of folks.
