I went in for an oil change on a holiday weekend. Even though it was incredibly busy, they had my vehicle ready to go ahead of the estimated time. Daniel Bridgeman, my go-to Service Advisor, was running an efficient crew from his desk. He is always on the ball, knowledgeable, and helpful each time I go in. For service on our Camry, I will only go to this shop.Service: Oil change

I can't say enough good things about this car dealer and everyone that works at this location.I've been a car broker for over 10 years I've negotiated and purchased more cars then I can count. I've always had issues with every dealer 90% are dishonest some can't figure out how the paperwork works.But Klamath Falls Toyota has been the first dealer that I can't find one thing they did wrong. Smooth purches from beginning to end.I found them online, called them made the deal over text and phone call. I took a plane and they sent a driver to pick me up from over an hour drive.After arriving the car was waiting up front, clean, full of gas and all the paperwork ready to be signed. I was in and out in less then 30 min.Amazing service by Juan Lopez Sales Advisor, loans Advisor and the the driver sent out to pick me up.I will definitely make them my go to dealer for new and used cars and I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Dave Delaney was a super employee in Sales. He made all work for me and the Service Dept along with parts are A1. They really do go the extra mile which is rare in todays world.

Daniel Bridgeman has provided me with the best quality service. I have taken my car to this Lithia several times and everytime Daniel has gone above and beyond to help me and make sure I am well taken care of. VERY RUSHED DID NOT BREAK DOWN ALL OF THE ITEMS THAT WERE DONE WITH NO EXPLANATION. WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SERVICE DEPT. THE HIGH RATINGS ARE NOT REAL REVIEWS. DON'T BELIEVE ALL THAT YOU READ. VERY VERY RUSHED. I just talked to a specialist about putting a power steering pump in a Toyota Highlander 2004 and he got pretty snotty with me when I didn't want to do the rack and pinion and I told him that I would do it myself and he said good luck buddy
