I had not been having a very positive experience with my local dealer, so I called Subaru of America and they recommended I reach out to Klamath Falls Subaru. I initially spoke to whom I believe was Chris on the phone and explained my needs and my frustration with the local dealer. He was not only understanding, but patiently answered all my questions and was very professional. I was already so impressed with his helpfulness that I thought to myself "this is too good to be true."On the day of my service I was greeted by Daniel. He too was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He treated me and my dog like family, and listened to my needs and explained everything in great detail. They took my car right in, performed the service, and addressed an ongoing concern I had with the brake system. Everything was perfect! Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and seemed to truly care about me and my car. The dealership, service area, and customer lounge are clean and comfortable. For the first time since buying my Subaru I truly felt taken care of and heard. They have restored my faith in Subaru.Although I am driving from Ashland, it is well worth the extra time and miles. Such service is rare these days, therefore I truly appreciate these guys. I am looking forward to many years of business with klamath Falls Subaru, and when the time comes I will definitely buy my next Subaru from them.Thank you Klamath Falls Subaru for being so awesome!

Alex Dodson and Spencer Hammond are the best. We went in there with a car that had knocking in the engine and a year of payments left on our focus. Didn't matter, they got us into a 2017 SUV. They are amazing over there and I will never forget the experience and professionalism they showed us. Thank you guys. Very happy

Thank you Gary, Daniel, and the team.Above and beyond standard. When you call Klamath Falls Subaru the message says, where we are comfortable, not corporate, and that is true. The atmosphere created is comfortable, considerate, efficient, and responsive. It is easy to talk with a real person. The service team is knowledgeable and proactive. We are a very active family with children and dogs and we put our Ascent through the true Subaru experience and they are always there to back us up get our vehicle top notch.Subaru family for life.

I recently financed a vehicle from these guys, my salesman Ramon was awesome. He worked a great deal with a great warranty and made the whole scary car lot experience as least stressful as it could ve been. About 2 months after getting my vehicle I noticed a pretty severe leak in the roof. I took it to Subaru and within in an hour they had it fixed and good to go. Everyone who looked at it, including the boss Andy were just about as concerned as I was about it. That was the most affordable and stress free shop visit ever. These guys are awesome! After watching my family deal with other lots in town I was dreading the car lot experience but the staff here has definitely made it worthwhile.

Unfortunately in the last 10 months I ve had to go to service 4 times, and I now need a fifth trip to service. I have had numerous of the same parts replaced to have the same issue weeks later. I try to call for help, but I get people who want to tell me how great of a shop they have. I don t doubt there are great people in there, but after all the time and money spent you d think I d have people who understand my frustrations. Unfortunately I ll have to take my buying of new cars, and service work I need done elsewhere.

We had the most excellent experience buying our new Outback from Klamath Falls Subaru...Michael Cheeseman was just wonderfull through the entire process...Letting us explore the different models and trim packages as well as answering our may questions and his attention to detail with those answers helped us tremendously to make a choice best for us...He was a such a pleasure to deal with..Spencer was wonderfull as well as we walked through the finance side of the deal...The entire process from start to finish flowed effortlessly.... Hats off to all the staff, they were very welcoming and friendly!

We spent several hours at the dealership test driving to make sure we got the car we wanted. Grant Baker was very knowledgeable and helpful. Low pressure. We got a fair price for our trade in and walked away with a beautiful new car at the price we wanted! The paper work was easy and straight forward, Drew Seater answered our questions and explained all the warranty and registration information. Thank you Klamath Falls Subaru.

Buyer beware! I went to buy a used car from this dealership and the experience was quite unsatisfactory. They only use ally bank for financing, I m assuming because they have a deal with them which is why the salesman told me it was not beneficial for them if I bought the car with cash instead of financing, which we all know to be untrue. Cash over a financed deal is always preferable. I ve bought many cars, and know firsthand how paying cash can affect the deal, and also have never been to a dealership that ONLY works with one financing company. They clearly are not interested in getting you, the customer, the best rate possible. Ally also pulls from a company called sagestream, which reported my boyfriend s credit score 260 points lower compared to Experian and Equifax. I guess it s because most creditors don t report to that company? Anyway, I m sure that obviously also had an effect on our rate. Ally also forces you to buy a warranty for the car that is unnecessary, just tacking on extra money to them, as well as requires your insurance deductible to be $1K or lower. They also wouldn t allow assets to be used to finance saying it wasn t allowed, which is also not true. Maybe not with ally, but it is absolutely allowed when financing a car. To top it all off they sold me a car that wasn t detailed when they specifically told me it would be by the time I came to look at the car (driving from Medford). They reluctantly (because I was wanting to put $10K down on card and they didn t want to pay the service fees over 5K) gave me a $150 credit to make up for it, which is not even enough to get it professionally detailed. There s dog hair stuck all in the carpets and food between the seats, a simple detail is not enough to clean the car the way it should ve been cleaned before sold to me. If I hadn t driven so far and could've found the used car elsewhere I 100% wouldn t have bought the car. In this case I would ve preferred corporate over comfortable.

If I could give zero stars, I would because Klamath Falls Subaru certainly does not deserve the single star I gave them. In August of 2022 my wife took her 2020 Subaru Outback in to be serviced. The service people talked her into doing an "engine flush". Subsequent to doing the engine flush, which neither I nor our regular mechanic would have recommended, a piece of silicone gasket sealant was dislodged from inside the engine, clogging the pickup tube to the oil sump-pump which starved the engine of oil causing the engine to seize and throw a rod through the side of the engine block. Since the car only came with a worthless 60000-mile warranty and since the Outback had 66000 miles on the odometer, the damage was not covered under warranty. We had the repair work done by our regular mechanic who testified that the damage was definitely caused by poorly applied gasket sealant from the factory, and that the engine flush, conducted by Subaru of Klamath Falls, was likely the cause of the sealant being dislodged from inside the engine. The repair work cost us $10,000.00 out-of-pocket. We have written twice to the Subaru Corporation, and have never received a response. So, not only would I NEVER again have our Subaru serviced at Klamath Falls Subaru, but I would also NEVER EVER buy another Subaru. I have read that this fault is not uncommon for Subarus. Sounds like the makings of a class-action suit. Any attorney's out there willing to take this on? Response to Subaru of Klamath Falls: It's under my wife's name, Hanlon-Abeita. If you don't have the equipment to conduct that service, than that is very strange, since you certainly DID perform the service, and an 'engine flush' is exactly what you called it. We have the receipts.

I was referred to this dealership for a warrenty repair for my 2016 crosstrek I purchased from lithia toyota of medford. They located the issue the same day i brought it in and notified me of other issues unrelated to the repair i requested. Most repairs were covered by my warrenty. They provided me with a loaner vehicle for the 2 weeks they had my vehicle, which i greatly appriciated i got my vehicle repaired through lithia for a month and i only got a loaner for a week! They helped me out with the cost to replace water pump and spark plugs aswell. After the vehicle was returned i had an issue with my clutch. I took it back in for inspection immediatly got a loaner car no questions asked, again floored by the generosity. They inspected the work, i had this clutch replaced through toyota 50 days after purchase and have only put 8k miles on it in 3 years, which cost me $1200. They were unsure about the actual cause but were certain it was either put in incorrectly or damaged when working on it. They replaced it for free!!! I was so certain i needed to pay for it, brought me and my wife to tears. I wouldn't have expected this especially having purchased my vehicle from a different dealership. I am looking forward to getting my loan paid down so i can get my next vehicle from them. Their advertisements about being treated as a person not a customer is on point. Thank you Brandon and your team for getting my car back in the road and i look forward to seeing you again!

Just got a new Subaru Crosstrek from Grant at Klamath Falls Subaru! Grant was super helpful and communicative throughout the whole car buying process! And honestly he s just a funny guy in general so makes him fun to talk to. I ended up custom ordering a car and got exactly what I wanted! Can t say enough positive things about this branch. Super honest people. Ask for Grant if you go in. My parents bought a car from him too!

I just purchased a 2022 Subaru Outback wilderness edition and I could not be more in love with a car. It is amazing and so is Klamath Subaru. Merrick Martius was my sales representative and even though he works more with the Honda side he was very knowledgeable about my outback and was great to work with. I felt like I was bugging him a lot but he always got right back to me with answers to my questions! Kyle Wolfram also assisted with the sale and again a great person to work with. I could not be happier check them out it s well worth it!

We had an excellent experience buying our first Subaru here. We worked with Ramon, who was patient, considerate, and very knowledgeable. We really love the new car and are super excited about having a local place with excellent service and car washes. It was so nice to not be pressured and to be treated fairly just a wonderful experience and we can't recommend it enough.

Had my car serviced yesterday and I'm so happy with the service! Daniel suggested that I add an oil supplement. I got all these extra benefits like 24 hour roadside assistance, 24 hour towing service, 24 hour jump start service, and the list just goes on and on. I am very grateful that Daniel took the time to explain to me all the benefits of the oil supplement and all the extra added benefits I got when I decided to put it in. Thank you Klamath Falls Subaru Service for your extra care and answering all my questions! He even helped me with the enrollment, which took less than 3 minutes to complete. Overall, if I could give the 10 stars, I would. Thank you! :)

We showed up to the lot around 5:30 pm wanting to look at a truck. We were only looking, not thinking we were going to buy as we have been looking for weeks. We saw Alex Dodson walking our way with a smile on his face. We apologized for showing up so late due to our work schedules, this didn't bother Alex at all. We took the truck for a test drive and wanted to see what kind of deal we could agree to. Alex was always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with us. We didn't feel ANY pressure to buy or felt they weren't willing to budge with our "back and fourths". We came up with a great deal, they gave us a fair purchase price for our trade-in, and we ended up purchasing that night. We then went to fill out paperwork with the finance director, Spencer Hammond, who was also super friendly and didn't pressure us to do anything we didn't want to do. Overall, this was the best buying experience we have ever had. This was the first time buying from Klamath Falls Subaru and we will definitely work with them again! #BOTW

My experience? I'd love to tell you about it. It started a few months ago when I went in for an oil change which turned into a drastic Les Schwab visit for new tires. I know typical, you go in for one thing and you end up spending more but honestly it didn't matter. Brandon in the service department really took It upon himself to call Les Schwab to make sure the tires they had fit which of course they didn't have the right size and he recommended a different size. A little bigger but it's still fit. When I showed up they already knew who I was and what I needed. It was awesome. A few weeks later my fiance's cars motor blew up. Luckily he did the recommended coverage and it was covered. Thanks to Brandon, (Yet again !!)going above and beyond we had a car we got to drive around until his car was fixed!! But wait there's more !! after everything was said and done. We were wanting to buy a newer car. We needed a bigger family car. Brandon recommended talking with Eric. Eric was wonderful. He was a pal. It felt like visiting a friend. He was the easiest sales person I think I have ever worked with. He never pressured us. He walked around we related to family things. He made a couple dad jokes and it was easy. He let us take the weekend to think about what our huge next step in our chapter for our family was. It was easy. We are proud to say we bought a car and it was the fourth Subaru for our family and the third Subaru we bought through Subaru of Klamath falls! I just want to acknowledge the kindness that we received, the patience as my one-year-old daughter continued to throw pens on Eric's desk as we chatted. They really made the logo that Subaru is all about which is love. They put it into it and in the end they made a forever customer out of us. Can't wait to see you guys next time. #BOTW If you're looking for friendly people who just honestly want to help you, go there. I guarantee you if you don't leave a new car, you'll definitely leave with a smile and you might even make a new friend. Thanks so much Subaru... These guys really are THE BEST OF THE WEST

I can only think of a couple of things that I dread most, one being spending the day at a car dealership. Klamath Falls Subaru is so different! They had the car we wanted and the trade-in price was a fair one. The staff was friendly and I could tell they were a close knit family. We drove a long distance to get there, and accidentally left our kindle in the car we traded in. They were kind enough to mail it back to us! I would highly recommend Dillan Farnam who helped us with the trade in and sold us the car we wanted. He was knowledgeable, fun, quick, and made the experience a great one! He also went the extra mile and mailed us back our kindle. Spencer Hammond tied the final knot on the deal and he too was a fantastic person to deal with. We drove 188.4 miles round trip to get a car from Klamath Falls Subaru, and I will drive there again for our next one!! Thank you guys, we love our Chevy Tahoe!!

I dealt with Des Oliver. Dez was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Dez asked what I was looking for and what I wanted it for. Dez told me what was available and informed me that what I shared with her that you had one vehicle she thought fit my needs over the rest. Dez was very open and honest with me and we had developed a relationship on another vehicle. I felt Dez went to work for me. Was not crazy about her having to get approval on every aspect. But I left her happy with the vehicle and trust her in assisting me on any issues with the vehicle. The vehicle was a very solid car and had more options on it than I ever thought I wanted.
