I am new to town and was looking for a competent and fair mechanic. Mike and his crew quickly evaluated and repaired my coolant leak and even dropped me off and picked me up. Quality work, honest appraisal and a shop that I will do business with well into the future! Soccer mom Vans rule!

I bought a used car a couple of years ago and my AC had never really ran right since I bought it. This summer the AC completely died in my car, so late this spring I started taking it in to get it fixed. I took it to another shop about 4 times over 2 months, and while they did a great job, my issue still wasn t fixed. The other shop told me it was my evaporator and that they couldn t work on it because they would have to take apart my entire dash to replace it.My husband called Klamath Car Care and asked them if this was a service they did in their shop and they said yes, they gave us a quote and quickly put us on the books. I dropped off the car to them first thing in the morning on a Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon, they called to let us know it was done, and that it was a completely different issue that cost me about half of what we were originally quoted and the dash didn t need to be taken apart at all! The AC now blows colder and stronger than it ever has!Everyone we dealt with at this shop was so kind, and very professional! I will definitely be back for any future repairs I may need! Thank you!

Fast, great service, and very friendly! My girlfriend and I were on a road trip when the hood of our car started flapping scarily in strong winds. We took it to Klamath Car Care and they were able to find some bolts that had fallen out and get them tightened in just a few minutes. They even gave us some good recommendations for the rest of our road trip! I wish I lived nearby so I could make them my regular mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mike and company at Klamath car care saved us. We were driving through to a reunion and noticed a crack in the radiator. Called this shop that night, they got us in the next morning and fixed the radiator for less time and for less money than they quoted us. Wow! As a person who is new to town I was super nervous to find a mechanic I could trust. I was able to bring my car in next day and have them look at it. Unfortunately the noise I was hearing was no longer there, however they still looked it over and said if it comes back I can drop it back off. I was so impressed with their honesty, efficiency, and kindness. Definitely will be going back for all my car needs! Klamath Car Care is the BEST place I have ever taken my (sons) car to get fixed!! They are honest and affordable!! I wouldn't take our cars anywhere else! They have great communication and are always very fast with their jobs!!

Mike did a fantastic job of diagnosing my chevy astro power issues and had me back on the road within a day of looking at it. So refreshing to have a skilled mechanic who knows his business when broken down far away from home! His prices were really fair and I would give him 10 out of 5 stars if possible. Highly recommend Klamath Car Care!!!

How more people don't know about this place is beyond me! I've never had an auto repair shop do outstanding work at a fair price PLUS you can tell they are genuinely good hearted people. Like walking into a friend's house! I dropped my car off and most other auto places make you find your own ride home. Not here Stacy gave me a ride and even took me to get coffee since I forgot to get some before I dropped my car off. We talked the entire time it was great. I'm thankful for a place that makes me feel safe and taken care of. I'll take my car here again and again. Thank you guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Affordable, great and honest is 3 words I d use to mention this business and it s staff! They were able to get me in right away and get the oil changed. They also checked out my check engine light and gave me an honest and fair price for the repair as well as recommendations. Hard to come by honest mechanics with affordable prices who don t just care about $$. I d recommend these guys to anyone and they will continue to have my business.

So thankful for my mechanic! Mike has cared for my partner and I's vehicles for years! We never purchase new vehicles without taking them by Mike's shop, and we routinely bring our vehicles to him for maintenance. Best service care I've ever had in Klamath. Subaru was giving me the run around. With Klamath Car Care I got my car fixed at a great price and didn't take long! My car is fixed and doing better than I bought it! They went above and beyond! Thank you so much!

These guys were able to completely remove and install a new windshield in my 2015 Subaru in what seemed like less than 30 minutes. And they did an awesome job doing it too! Not only did they do a great job but it came with a great price. thank you guys U saved me a couple hundred dollars..

Mike is a good mechanic and will tell and show you exactly what's going on with your vehicle. I have been taking my car to him for 3+years and am not changing anytime soon. Amazing friendly staff, GREAT service, quality work.

A hidden gem among this city is Klamath Car Care. You very rarely have the opportunity to meet someone who is as honest and genuine as Mike is. Armed with a depth of knowledge, Mike has correctly diagnosed and repaired various issues over the years for my families vehicles.I have never once felt let down by Mikes service and communications. He is very prompt and charges a very fair rate for an incredible quality of care. I have never experienced any recurrring issue and knowing my problems will be taken care of without any hassle takes away half the stress.I appreciate all the hard work Mike puts into every project!

Helped me in a pinch! On a road trip and, got a check engine light. Had called about 8 other places in town. They were all days to weeks out! These fellas were able to get me in same day, and back on the road. Fair price and straight forward. Thank you!

I pulled out of my own place of work at 5:00pm and all of a sudden my car started making an awful screeching and scraping noise. I called up Klamath Car Care and asked if they could look at my car to tell me if it was a danger to drive or could safely be fixed in a couple of days. I drove up and they came right out to meet me (the screeching could be heard from inside the shop), diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed on a matter of minutes. Fantastic!

You wrote a review for Klamath Car Care One minute ago5.0 star rating 5/11/2018I have now had another happy experience with Klamath Car Care. My Mazda was rear-ended in early March; insurance totaled it. I found a 1997 Subaru wagon that fitted my needs, but the person said it had an electrical problem that comes and goes and nobody has been able to figure out the problem. This kind of worried me because I know electrical problems can be very difficult and very expensive to locate because there are just SO many wires in a car. However, the fellow gave me a good deal on the car, so I had room left for repair. What was happening was one day it would be sort of okay. The next day, the engine would shake wildly and it would take forever to gain any speed, then it would SMACK into 2nd gear at around 4k rpms.I took it over to Mike at Klamath Car Care on Boardman and Altamont. He had done a small job for me previously. He did something to read the computer (don't ask me, I don't know). He said the computer was saying one thing but Mike thought there was more to the problem. Anyway, I told him I would bring it in on Monday and I didn't need it until Friday.I picked it up today and it is purring like a kitten. He told me about rewiring this and that and something to do with cylinders and I forget what else. I know he worked on it all week (probably between other jobs that were urgent for people). I know this because he texted me updates. How cool is that?Still, I was wondering how much it was going to cost. Last time I had any electrical work done, it was over $500 at Babcock's. I didn't even pay half of that.I LOVE KLAMATH CAR CARE.
