The turbo on our vehicle gave out on our way to Mt. Hood from Southern California last summer. While on the road, stranded with my family, I called around to see if I could tow my car to repair shops in the area. Everyone said it would take a week or two for it to be seen. When I spoke to Eric, he told me to bring it in so he could look at it. It took a few days but Eric made the necessary repairs. Great work at a fair price! A job well done.

Our experience at Klamath Auto Repair was fantastic! Eric got my car in the same morning that I called, and we had it back in great shape two days later. Fairly priced and friendly service, really happy to have found our new go-to mechanic in Klamath!

Klamath Auto Repair is great! Affordable easy to work with plus quality work. All traits that are hard to come by at times. I accidentally called the wrong business to set up an appointment. When I showed up with no appointment they took it in stride and got me in anyway. Would recommend to anyone in Klamath Falls looking for quality auto repair.Service: Transmission repair

The owner originally claimed to have my vehicle repaired in three to four days. It took a whole month for him to complete it. I m all for taking a long time to complete good work, but the business as a whole was very unresponsive. It often took at least a week to have any sort of update from this place. After a month of waiting I decided to leave the vehicle there to just get a new one. I would definitely not recommend this place to any sensible customer.

We had been on the road from Anchorage, AK and taken our 2001 truck to numerous Ford Dealers and private shops alopng the way to be checked out due to it losing power and surging while driving up inclines and in the rain. None of these places could or would find the problem, most stating that they didn't work on vehicles "that old". Finally pulled into Klamath Auto Repair without an appointment and Eric and his team were more than happy to wiggle us in between appointments to try to find the problem. Within an hour of diagnostic testing, Eric had a good idea of what was wrong. He gave us a few options to get us back on the road. We chose the most extensive option as we still had 1000+ miles to go. This required that we camp out for awhile until the parts came in. When they came in he and his family worked tirelessly into the evening to get the truck up and running! We have had a smooth and easy trip back to Arizona and are looking forward to our next trip to Alaska!!! Thank you Eric, and your whole team! You guys are the best, most honest, and most knowledgable mechanics we have run into! Eric was awesome! My truck started making a grinding noise over the weekend and I was too anxious to drive it anywhere. Eric made the time to see me ASAP and did an inspection on my vehicle. The rotors and brakes needed to be replaced and I also requested a new air filter. He got the parts and finished the job in a timely manner. I was impressed with the level of customer service presented by both him and his wife. They offered great conversation to pass the time and made the experience a positive and comfortable one. I highly recommend Klamath Auto Repair to anyone needing their vehicle serviced.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!! Mechanic is a amateur and communication was a joke. Experience was soo bad I abandoned vehicle. They will further damage your ride. Did not trust his work. It was my sons vehicle and shop was aware and he held onto it for weeks without phone calls before supposedly being done w it. Also argued w me about his bad service cussing in front of my 6 year old. Very unproessional. Half a dozen better shops in town. 'My mechanic' auto shop in town is light-years ahead of this place.

We had engine issues, which were my doing, while driving through Kfalls, it was late Saturday afternoon, and all other mechanics and dealer's ships were closed. Klamath Auto Repair not only helped me out of my predicament, but he did it with a smile on his face while working till almost 10pm, on a Saturday.Above and beyond, that is all I can say. Chris was fantastic, explained everything he was doing and what the outcome should be. He paid attention to detail and made sure I was happy, and his work was done correctly. His family was at the shop, and they were all great. This is the best family-owned business to happen upon and I am so thankful for Chris and his work. Thanks for fixing my screw up and getting me back on the road. I am sure if it was any other shop my family would have been there till Monday evening. You guys' rock, I really appreciate you. Take care of those kids and I will see you down the road.

I was treated very well at Klamath Auto repair. The replaced a part in my car that was pouring oil and now I don't even have a drip. I'm so pleased with the work that I received on my car. Would give 0 stars if possible. They are the worst at communication, kept my car for months and kept making excuses as to why it wasn't repaired. Avoid at all costs.
