Great FAST FRIENDLY AND AFFORDABLE PRICES. got a set of tires from them and installed all 4 tires in like 20 mins. All 3 guys working there on my visit were nice friendly and DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TIRE SHOP !!! GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL, THEY GOT NEW AND USED TIRES SHOULD NOT LOOK ELSE WHERE YOU WILL FIND TIRES AND GREAT SERVICE HERE!

Horrible place, they broke one of my lug bolts . Returned and when we tried to explain the situation they the manager told to "shut the f��k up". Bolt did not get fixed, wont waste my time trying to get them to fix it they are horrible at everything, customer service and all. Will not make the mistake of going back there again, stick to basin tire or les scwhab.

I am a big fan. An issue happened with a tire on my car. It happened at a very bad time. Made it to this business. I was at their mercy. Instead of charging me a lot I was so well taken care of and got such a good deal that 3.5 hours later and I'm still stunned and amazed at what transpired. To the guys at Ken's tire my deepest gratitude and thank you.

Had some terrible noise from my wheels. Ryan quickly diagnosed it as the red rock ice melt being stuck in my rotors. Cleared them out and helped me get on road again fast.Very friendly and transparent about the entire issue.Highly recommend!

Great group of guys that work at kens very professional very quick. If you need tires Or front end work like myself that's the place to go. They also have easy financing.

Perhaps not state of the art, the staff is friendly and willing to work with you making a good transaction. Tires Available on sight or can be ordered in. Good selection of brand names too. Give them a try... save some bucks.

Came in on the fly,They helped me find a set of used tires better than mine. Were very kind and would highly recommend! Extemely efficient. Did a great job and very polite! 5 out of 5 stars easily!

Ordered the tire on Friday. They had it delivered and mounted by Monday afternoon. Price was comparable to the agriculture store with the convenience of them mounting it.

I was driving threw Klamath falls and got a flat on my Cadillac and couldn't find a tire or a tire store in Klamath falls that had a tire or was willing to help find a tire for my car and I called kens affordable tires not only did they have a tire the tow truck was not able to get my car there on time and they were more than willing to go the extra mile to stay and help get my car back on the road. I will recommend them to everyone I know and use them instead of any of the tire stores in k Falls

Went in a while back to have snow tires swapped and when doing it they broke off one of the air stems causing the tire to deflate. Later found out the balance was all out of whack so now I need to spend more money to fix that

They were lifesavers with our flat tire today. Hole was too big to patch, and they didn t have a replacement of that size after looking, but they put on our spare and pointed us to another store that would have that size. Thanks guys!

Helped me out like I was family, got a flat tire that ruined my tire. These guys had a HUGE selection ( size variety) to get u back down the road at a more than reasonable price. GO HERE

They didn t no what quote they gave me, and told me they didn t have my size but when I show up they have my size and double the price, thought it was supposed to be affordable tires,Gave quote for used tires and not even right size and tell me it won t make much of a difference on the speed much but it did!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

A pretty dumpy place to buy your tires. Might be ok to fix a flat, but when a had a set mounted and balanced, they used old leaky valve stems so I had flat tires later. When I went back a few days later, they were closed even though it was during regular business hours all in all more than just pretty flaky. But, there is nothing else on that end of town I guess, just be careful and make sure you are getting what you think you are paying for.

I was in need of tires ASAP. Drove up from Weed, Ca and they gave me a fair price on a used set of tires and helped replace broken studs. Had TV for my munchkins to be entertained. Good experience.

Picked up a bolt in our tire on our way through town. Only tire shop we could find in Klamath falls that was open on Labor Day. not even the big corporate stores that say that they're there for you were open. Highly recommend

Service was fine. Disappointed, no one wearing masks. Masks should be worn to protect others from what you may be carrying, like covering your mouth when you sneeze. To not wear masks says you don't care what impact you might have on others.

I went one time a few years back and got a great deal I would ve given 5 stars but now I cannot get ahold of them. Their phone either rings constantly or it s out of order. Also every time I ve went there or drove by they re closed. If you re going to run a business answer your phone and be open when you say you re going to be open. Won t go back here again.

Wish i can do zero.. got financed threw them then ordered tires but never pick up or installed when they recieved them cause tireagent.com sells good name brand with extra warranty ontop of the tire 50 thousand miles warranty.. and kens was 900 and tireagent.com was 600 out the door with way better warranty and cheaper then kens plus bettwr then 160 per month for kens and tireagent.com was 120 out the door cheaper with way better warranty ontop warranty and name brand tires out the door plus they have no alignment at all now wouldnt u have that in a tire place make business... plus 1 guy only knows hows too take care of a flat if your a tire person u shouldbe trained in every aspects of the trade if u only deal with tires bad business seriously so ken refused to cancell my order and told me no i said yes got on tje phone with financial place 3way and ken told the financial place to cancell the order and ken did asap tell financial ok to return no lip but the customer gives a lip to and threaten to sue them terrible money hungry so ken finally cancelled the order and sent cancelled ordered to the financial place to refund me my deposit
