Terrible. 10/10 Would NOT recommend.Staff is rude, doesn't tell you anything about your car, and doesn't listen very well either.The prices on their website mean nothing.The website shows four different options, they offered us one option: the most expensive one.I asked about the oil that was used with that option; is it for high mileage, synthetic? He said 5/30 weight. That's it. I asked if he had any more information and he just repeated 5/30. I should have left, but we have slim options in this town for getting your car serviced.They don't fill your radiator fluid, something that has always been apart of getting an oil change, in my experience. They didn't even tell us it was low actually. I overheard them discussing it, I also overheard something about an oil leak, neither of which were we told about in the brief words that were exchanged. It wasn't on the receipt we almost didn't get either.So if you want to be ignored when you ask a question, charged extra for less service, and not getting any information about the status of your car, this is the place!If you want a good experience, decent pricing, and to be treated with respect, definitely go somewhere else.Do better.

We went there to get my oil changed, $50 just for 10 minutes of labor the total came out to $154. I can get my oil changed at Walmart for $60. The whole time we were there it felt passive aggressive so customer service wasn't good either. Waste of money to go there.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Same deal, should've read previous reviews. $120 full synth oil change for a 2010 accord. Same thing is $45 at Walmart. If this is how they get business, as in overcharging one time customers, they got me pegged - not coming again.

This location is privately owned and has the freedom to do many things non-standard from normal jiffy lube locations. I'm not joking, they quoted me $244 for my Jetta for an oil change. I went down the street to Valvoline who charged me 88 - Full synthetic. This place is a scam and I highly recommend alternative solutions.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I can in one day as a customer and had the best friendliest customer service I had to say no to some manufactured recommendations services at that time because it wasn t in my budget. They gave me a estimate on them for a reminder and my cabin air filter I didn t know my car had was showed to me and I couldn t believe how much it helped the circulation of my ax and heater now.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Didn't go there I could change my oil with top of the line oil and filter twice for what they charge . Go AMS OIL

Professional group of guys, did a good job, checked all the fluids and lubed the chassis, changed the oil and filter. Pretty straight. Expensive though. Even at today's prices. The other place in town was super busy. Maybe that's why?

The staff seemed nice enough, but they were trying to charge $160 for an oil change. Swear to god. Their employers should send them ski masks as part of the uniform with that kind of robbery. It s not the staffs fault, but that kind of price gouging is shameful and the people responsible should be jailed. I ended up getting what I needed done at Wal Mart for $40.

Always helpful and respectful. Did have an issue once but they corrected it. Last time (2 weeks ago) they topped off the oil, they asked to check my tires to ensure a safe trip that I was leaving for, which I appreciated. Only suggestions would be to make it more welcoming by putting some luxury recliners in the waiting room :)

Stay away from these guys. Not only did they charge me $200 for oil change and air filter. But my vehicle started showing check engine light for oil sending unit that was fixed by another oil change 500 miles later at a jiffy lube in Bend. I m not sure what s going on at this Jiffy Lube. I never paid more than $80 at locations in California (which is normally always more expensive than OR). But this location charges $140. Thankfully they have good employees who told me the price before starting. Giving one star purely for the price.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went to Jiffy Lube in Klamath Falls. Quoted me $140 for basic oil change. Never asked what I wanted. Didn't seem to have a clue about oil or cars. Went 5 minutes down the street and got oil changed at Valvoline (full synthetic) for $65 (with $7 coupon).

I understand its about making money but when my wife took the rig in to get an oil change dude wants to try to only sell her the most expensive option possible and tell her that its the only option until she pressed the issue. So you wanna care only about making one good sale than keeping a return customer? Taking peoples kindness for weakness is low and for what a few bucks. Just because a woman is the customer doesn't mean you get to take advantage.

Pulled in for an oil change with Mobil 1 Synthetic - after having been quoted one price over the phone the previous day, I was then quoted two more and different prices with-in a matter of 5 minutes and neither we're anywhere close to the quote from the day before. Left and went to Subaru of Klamath Falls and had our Outback promptly and professionally serviced at a very reasonable price.

Nice bunch of guys work there. They jump right on getting your oil changed and get you on your way. Very respectful and very informed on auto maintenace. Definitely would recommend going here to get your oil changed.

Pulled in for an oil change. It was done in less than 5 minutes, which I didn't believe.2 months later my oil pressure sensor comes on and oil is coming out of my exhaust.I was suspicious when I left and regret trusting these guys, who are clearly rushing jobs to meet quotas.

Took my 97 OBS in there when I was in a bind for time and they took excellent care of me and my pickup. Staff was kind and had me in and out in 5 maybe 6 minutes. Needless to say I was impressed and very thankful.

These guys are fast & friendly! They made sure we knew that they even had free services, sick as to pressure checks, etc. I leave there, always feeling assured I'm ready to go!

Lines were a mile long and they couldn't figure out how to change our windshield wipers. Otherwise, the service was good enough.

Over charged my wife for an oil filter that is included in the oil change service. Also never reset the oil life in the vehicle so we had to go back in.

Awesome crew! My oil stick broke and they replaced it without a doubt and free! Thanks fellas you guys are the best!
