These guys are a great team I won't go anywhere else to have my oil done. They quoted me a price to have a fuel filter changed while I was having my oil changed and when I came in the next day to do it they gave me a discount for coming back $50 cheaper. I highly recommend to everyone.

The guys are super friendly and cute. Great price and superb service. I went back because my "low tire pressure " light was on. The guy checked all tires and put air in the ones that needed it. No charge...he said "it's just air". I love this place.

Truck broke down and I needed a new fuel filter. They removed the bad part and replaced it while I waited and were more than friendly. They kept me updated the whole time and charged me far less than I think they could have. Great crew, highly recommended.

I've also been ripped off by this place! I recently went in to get my car serviced. All I asked for was a transmission fluid change and an oil change with changed filters. The guy working on my car saw the car seats in my car and started asking questions about any issues my car was having, he then said he needed to flush my radiator other wise my car was going to stall while driving and I could get in a wreck with my kids in the car because it would lock up my engine. Not knowing anything about cars I took his advice and had him do the radiator for the safety of my children. They ended up charging me $435 and didn't even do my transmission fluid and filter! They also said they cleaned and vacuumed my car and washed my windows which was not done (NO big deal, but why lie about it and say it was done??!!) My dad came to town and had asked me if I was keeping my car serviced and I showed him the receipt, he asked why I had the radiator done and I told him what the worker said and was informed that I was lied to. There was no need for the radiator flush! I feel like I was completely ripped off! The worker took advantage of the fact that I had kids to sell more services and lie to me about what issues would be caused if I didn't allow them to do said services. My dad and I took the receipt in, and the guy lied and said he never worked with me even tho I had my receipt with his name on it! When I spoke with the supervisor Steven he said he would get me a refund. I got a call this morning and they called me a liar and said they have to trust their employees and that the situation never happened so nothing will be done. That's $435 that could have gone to my kids for Christmas! COMPLETE RIP OFF!!

I usually change my own oil and using this shops services reminded me why I do that. Their guy unplugged my mass airflow sensor (wasn't necessary) then didn't plug it back in. That alone would be dumb enough, but then he failed reseat the air filter housing correctly, causing air to leak past my filter (!). To top it all off he cranked down on the housing bolts so hard I'm lucky he didn't crack the plastic. After all this, the owner of this business refused to refund me for the oil change despite clearly being in the wrong. I expect better nevermind the $50 price!I strongly recommend not using the services of these "technicians."

They happily accommodated our 32-ft motorhome. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and checked everything, including house batteries which we couldn't get to.Explained all services and didn't try to upsell as often happens with female drivers.Very impressive!!So glad we found this place to service the RV.

Explained things badly. Costs about $50 for the cheapest oil change. Charged $15 for an oil pan drain plug (the fault of previous oil change place), but still- they don t cost $15. Was also charged $15 for an oil filter when typically that s included in the $50 oil change. Not sure what happened there. Reached out to corporate, told the franchise owner will contact me about it. Mostly bad review for not explaining charges or why I was charged for the oil filter.

I went in for an oil and a transmission fluid change and got ripped off!! They said they cleaned my car, checked my tire pressure, cleaned the windows In side and out and none of it was done and they didnt change the oil filter they charged me for!! They ended up charging me over $400 saying the filter for the transmission was almost $200, when they quoted me that my total cost would be $300. Complete rip off and I will NEVER go back and I recommend the same for others

This place doesn't even deserve a star, I went here on Sunday at 12:00PM to get an oil change before driving to Roseburg, 2H later my oil light came out, the guys didn't replace the gasket it and before I could make it to to another mechanic a rod blew in my motor. I HAVE HAD 0 PROBLEMS with my car and this jiffy lube literally destroyed my engine. I asked them to do one thing and they destroyed my car. This place should be shut down.

Quick service, replaced tail light in 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Jiffy Lube well represented by the crew.

If I could rate them less I would. they overserviced my car and said it wasn't there fault. they wouldn't even refund me the service they did all they could do it give me a 20 dollar off coupon. would not ever recommend any of jiffy lubes service to anyone.

Awesome! They changed my oil, topped of so fluids including front and rear differentials. Gave me a lot of options, will be going there again.
