If I could have given a zero Stars I would have they are the most money hungry and considerate, absolutely no feelings or regard for anybody else in any situation it doesn't matter what the situation is they only care about money and that's how they act and it's how they portray themselves if I ever had to volunteer choose a a tow company it would most definitely not be these guys I was in a very bad car accident they were selected by the police did told my vehicle and sew in doing so I asked if I could get my work stuff out they told me no and then took my vehicle I then went to the tow yard he tells me that my bills already $400 and that I can give him three and get some of my belongings however I wasn't to get any of my work stuff will now I've lost my job and I've got an eviction notice because I can't go to work do not trust these guys do not use these I highly recommend anybody and everybody who's had any kind of an issue with this company to please call the better Business bureau and report them like I did

My son's truck broke down and he pulled into the lot there at D&D on the corner. He calls and I go to get him. The serpentine belt had broken and it couldn't be driven, so, I called my Geico. Geico called Hugh's. We were given an ETA of 4:10pm. By 4:30 they're still not there and no call or text. So I call them. They'd never even left! Guy sounded really high and then made up a bunch of stuff not knowing Geico had us all on the line together when she spoke with him. They need a drug test!! I had Geico call Ace. Ace is the best in Klamath!!

Got into a pretty bad accident couple weeks ago passing by the area, they arrived at the scene quickly and pulled our car and trailer out of the water. They ve helped us so much - took us to get quick wash up, and even gave us a lift to the Uhaul.Totally huge help, best people ever!Thank you

My boyfriend and I live in a bus full time. While visiting Crater Lake National Park on Saturday night, our bus broke down. Thankfully we had just enough service to make a phone call to Hughes, whose number was provided by a park ranger. Since it was late on a Saturday and the park ranger already ok d us to camp overnight where we had broken down, Hughes said he would be there first thing in the morning to come get us and tow us to a recommended mechanic in Klamath Falls. Sure enough he was there bright and early! On the way out of the park, the dense fog/haze made it near impossible to see 20 feet in front of you. We felt more than comfortable/reassured when he wasn t bothered by this at all! He got us to town safely and promptly all for a very reasonable price! And the mechanic he recommended, we would now recommend too. Incredible experience and conversation with Hughes Towing!!

Great driver , helpful and careful . Moved my 33ft RV with care and delivered up a gravel road . He even took time to show me how to fix it .

One of our truck and trailers went off the side of the road and got stuck in some mud near Chiloquin, OR. We sent the company pictures and they estimated about 10k to get our driver back on the road. We decided to wait and see what they came up with when they saw it in person. They charged us $550 x2 trucks for 6 hrs each and $350 for 6 hrs totaling $9000. Our driver said it took 1.5 hrs to get him unstuck. We have done numerous tows over the years including rollovers, winch outs and long haul tows and never have we experienced such a high price for the service we received. I do not recommend them.

The guy was rude as heck! Overcharged horribly wouldn't let me get my things without charging me over $300! Mad me wait over 6hrs to find out how much and then wouldn't answer phone from 3pm til 5pm and I went out there and he tried to ignore me thru the window and even said they were closed even though it was a weekday and 330pm!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

My friend locked his keys in the car and Spencer was quick getting here and super fast getting the car unlocked for us! He is super nice and has great customer service I will definitely call Hughes towing again!!
