Found this tire and mechanic shop by accident. Being a retired automotive industry employee for over 40 years, I am particular about who touches my cars. After having them fix a flat tire for me, about a year ago, Tim, the owner, impressed me with his honesty, knowledge and desire to work hard for your business. I was checking into tire replacement, and wanted a good price. You don't need to hit Walmart, or Les Schwab, or some other chain store. He went over prices, optional sizes, got the tires in 2 days, and installed quickly and efficiently. K Falls is not that large, and to get some items, you usually think of going to Medford. If I lived in Medford, I'd really consider driving to K Falls to see them. Yes, they are that good!

Extremely disappointed with their unprofessional service. Went to get tires changed for winter on a separate set of rims and the mechanics told me my other set didn t fit even though I had used them for 2 other winter seasons. They failed to notice rubber spacers. Once they realized the problem they changed the tires and then failed give two of them back to me. Then, I just realized when changing back to my all season tires that they took my other lug nuts. When I called for info and support they were very unaccommodating and didn t agree to refund me for the lost lug nuts. Overall these people costed me money and didn t seem like they re very competent. Definitely don t recommend!

Tim and his "Team" are my go to guys for any auto repair or tires. the have worked on my Wife's car and mine. They are always fair and they are the only shop to offer back rubs while you wait! (I recommend the deep tissue massage) Thanks again!! A++++

Awesome experience here I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced they got me in and out very quickly. Great price and great customer service. Will be going back here often

I called about service and within 90 minutes of my call they were already done. Quick oil change and tire swap for a good price, and no wait time. Will come here again.

Great place to have your oil changed. My dad is handicapped and they allow him to sit in the car while he gets his car serviced. Very nice staff. Highly recommend High Country Tire!!

I was referred by a local ham radio operator on the local Repeater. Great prices he did not have my tires in but he was getting a delivery call them they were there in 2 hours

I go to the place for ANYTHING I have wrong. If I wanna buy a new car I take it there to be evaluated. Nice family atmosphere. Etc etc

Needed to get the studded tires off and while Les Schwab had a 5 hour wait, High Country got me in immediately with great service.
