After having learned of this company through interactions I've had with Hanson's Tires while having my tires serviced on my company vehicle, I couldn't be any more pleased. Not only do they offer some of the best customer service in Klamath Falls, they operate with honesty, integrity, and patience while provided best in class service, highly skilled employees, and competitive pricing. This is the kind of company that needs to expand as their ability to facilitate character, service, and affordability are unmatched and deserve the business of anyone in need of mechanic services within their offered services! Thank you guys again for making sure I am safe on the road and I hope this review can be satisfactory in my expression of gratitude!

Everyone in town told me it would be hours and hours waiting to get my tires done but I showed up here at 3 in the afternoon and they got my tires put on in less than 15 minutes and for a super cheap price too.

Great service, great prices and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had new tires and a new battery installed. They had ordered the wrong battery but replaced it with the right one in a very short time and didn t charge me the difference. I truly appreciated their honesty and integrity. This was the best experience I ve had with any shop here in Klamath Falls. Will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding. I called and got a quote for some new tires on my truck, hoping they could be put on the same day. I had a detailed conversation with the man (I wish I could remember his name) that helped me. He asked about what type of driving I do, what I was looking for, etc. Their price was by far the best in town, and not for cheap or cruddy tires by any stretch. They estimated a time of three hours to have the work completed, and called me back in only one hour saying they were done. On a busy day too! When I arrived to pick up my truck, the kind man told me they had gone ahead and done the siping for FREE since I was concerned about having good traction. I have been a long time Basin Tire customer, but after several less than ideal experiences within the past year or so, and the unbelievably fantastic experience I had with Hanson s, there s no question. We will be bringing our family and business vehicles here from now on, as well as recommending Hanson s to everyone! What a stellar local shop, I could not recommend this place enough!!

Great service and friendly people. Saved money going here for all season 70k mile tires and they also offer rotation and brake services here too. They have coffee on hand and just a pleasurable experience it was. Thank you Hanson Tire ... my go to place now.

Edited on 10/31/2022Came by at lunch time with a screw in my tire, they got me right in. Nice conversations, friendly people, and fast turn around. Fair pricing - all round great place.Amazing shop with compassionate, loyal gentleman working there. Visited today 6/15/2021 with a flat tire, they pulled me directly inside, made me feel at home, patched the tire, and had me out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this shop, I will be using them going forward. I will be purchasing all further needs through these guys!!!!

Everyone I have worked with has been extremely friendly and helpful. They are very patient when I have questions, and they don't talk down to me when responding. They have even gone out of their way to double-check things when I have had concerns. They speak to me, even if my husband is along to give me a ride after dropping off my vehicle. Fast and reasonably priced. We always recommend them to friends and family.

Hands down the best tire center in town!!! I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner Bret at my place of business and after sharing with him my bad luck with tires and how I had to buy 4 new tires when I popped one on my brand new jeep because les schwab wouldn't sell me only one tire and they also wouldn't buy the three other brand new tires from me. He told me about his shop which I hadn't even heard of before and said next time you need tires you come on down and we will take care of you I went there yesterday and got new tires for my jeep for a third of the cost les schwab charged 2 years ago and they had said they were a little behind (understandable) and said they would call me when they are don't. Me thinking it'll take awhile as they had a few other cars they had to do first I get a call not even 2 hours later saying it was done i am more then pleased with their customer service and the work they did!!! I will from now on always take my cars back to them!! Thank you so much Hanson tires you're the best!!!

This place was recommended to me by a couple of different people, which is good because it's off the beaten path. I stopped in to get pricing and availability for the tires I needed. They had them in stock and worked me in right after they finished with the guy ahead of me. The pricing was fair, service done quickly, and owner and staff pleasant. They mounted and balanced all four tires and I was out in under an hour or so. I recommend that you check them out when you need tires.

A quick diagnosis from staff found that the bearing/spring on the front end struts had warn down. I asked for an estimate on parts and was quoted over $1000 excluding labor. The technician stated that price was for the low end of Napa s selection. I understand that parts are difficult to come by and prices are increasing daily but, this didn t seem right. After visiting another local shop (4 Wheel Drive Center on E. Main) I was quoted under $400 for parts and labor for the same job using Napa stock with next day service installation. As I said, I understand shops are struggling to maintain inventory while prices increase. I m glad to support local business but, at more than double the price of other shops, I ll gladly drive by this place for future needs.

These guys were terrific! I was just traveling through town when I had a flat and had to replace a tire. I called them, they had to order it but it was in the next day. I was in and out of there in less than half an hour and the prices were very good.

These guys were great. Very fast on getting my vehicle in after it was involved in an accident. They got it fixed and got me back on the road so quickly.Price was great. Very professional.

Best service, best prices.... I came back for a second set of tires, this time for my truck!! My car is a Jetta and I'm super satisfied with the winter tires, been driving in the snow and ice and am amazed at the difference tires make. Thank you for superior service! Safety first then team work!

Very nice workers. They even knew it wasn t an alignment issue but more of a torque pull(transmission problem) thank you guys!! I ll be back.

Very nice guys, hard working, and get your job done and done right.They are located across the street from Cash and Carry in that sort of industrial park area. For me, they are an easy walk to Walmart in case you want to leave your car and go for a walk.For us, we have bought new tires here, had flat tires repaired, and they have mounted and balanced used tires we bought elsewhere. I like these guys.

I made an appointment for an alignment and had to wait 2 weeks to get in and had to take work off to get there and they said they couldn't do it that day and would have to wait another 2 weeks. They did not even apologize. They said they tried calling the day before but they wrote my number down wrong. I will never give them my business again.
