I went here back in September to get my cracked windshield on my Subaru Impresa replaced so I could sell my subaru to my mother. The window somehow was not installed properly, so when my mother got it in Vegas, part of the window came apart, and she had to go to another window install company to fix it. The guys at Epic Glass were very friendly and very quick to get the problem resolved and reimbursed so that my mother could be driving around safe in her Subaru. I'm very impressed with the guys there, and I would definitely recommend them as they stand by their product and installation, no matter what, and that's hard to find.

Went to service my Chevy S10 s Windshield and the whole process was smooth very friendly guys felt like family, a little incident occurred where one of the guys accidentally broke a part on my truck and I went to the shop about 5 mins before they close and one of them gladly came right out and the issue was resolved free of charge in seconds. 100% Recommended Epic Glass if your rides glass needs some love!

Waited about 3 months to write a review to make sure I had no issues or that if I did they would resolve themI have been happily recommending this place! No bubbles after a couple weeks (poor time of year to get this done)All I can say is they did spectacular!Appointment wasn't super far out, didn't take a whole week like the last place I went for a sedan plus i had to take that one back to have tint fixed twice then went elsewhere. I cannot speak to if they will resolve an issue, but I can say i had no need to call and ask for my tint be fixed.

Traveling thru K Falls from AZ. Drivers side window went down but not up. Rain storms coming. Called Epic for help. Got me right in and fixed the problem and got me back on the road in an hour. Super service by great people.

I was driving past a guy weedwhacking along the road and heard that familiar "crack" of a rock hitting my car. I took my car in to these guys who were happy to fit me in immediately. However, apparently the chip on the passenger side of my windshield was an old chip I'd had repaired 5+ years ago and had forgotten existed. They could have told me they'd fixed it and charged me and I would probably never have realized, but they were honest (and probably a bit confused as to what I expected them to do lol). Despite my embarrassment, I feel comfortable taking my car back here in the future should I ever need any of their services.

You want your tint job done right? Go here. Fantastic customer service. Prompt response. They listen to what you want and do it wonderfully. They broke a little trim piece because my car is a Honda and Honda interior panels are fit together like those thin Legos that you have to pry apart with a special Lego tool when they go together. They already had it ordered when I walked in to pick up the car. I even got a coupon for a discounted pizza! That may not be forever just a disclaimer.

For the most part the work was done nicely but we have scratches in our window and another scratch appeared on our car that was not there before, They may get in to big of a hurry . They said they would take care of the scratches on the tint job but now I have to address our other scratch . All my work in the past at epic class has been done well . This is pretty much an isolated incident. Update they took care of the problem.

Epic glass answered my calls and gave me an honest and fast quote over the phone to have my windshield replaced. When I brought in my vehicle at the scheduled appointment time they were ready for me and had the service completed when promised, on Friday.On the weekend I drove the car again and had a strange whistle/gusty sound coming from the windshield area and called Epic to see if they could take a look. They asked me to bring it up to them the next day to check it out and I did just that. They first checked the seals for leaks and couldn't find any. Then, one of their tech's got in the car so he could hear exactly what I was hearing. After confirming the potential leak they scheduled me for their next opening to re-diagnose the problem.After I left them I did my own work, adjusting my light bar and applying armor-all to my seals of the removeable top. When driving up to Epic for my appointment I noticed that the noises had stopped. I explained what happened to their team and they were happy that the issue was resolved without having to re-remove the windshield (which they offered to do for no extra charge).Highly recommended!!!!Thanks Epic Glass!

They replaced the windshield, then the fluid from the washer wouldn't squirt, took it back, and now the wipers will not move just they clunk when starting the car. Have an appointment with Subaru to correct their poor workmanship.

My car got broken into and the drivers side window got smashed. Epic got me in quickly and replaced the window super fast. They even tinted it to match the other windows, replaced my wiper blades, AND vacuumed out all the broken glass. They were kind, professional, and did a quality job. Great service. Took our vehicle in as we thought we had a new chip, turns out it had already been filled. They took a look and didn't charge us anything. I feel most places would have taken to the shop let it there for 30 or 40 minutes then come or and billed us for the full cost of a repair. So super happy with these folks.

This was the easiest windshield replacement experience I ve ever had and my car has been through 4! They were courteous, speedy and the quality of work is fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Yesterday, I asked for a quote. Today, I have a new windshield. They picked up the vehicle, in town, for no extra charge, and returned it with an American made windshield with the upper shade bar. Installation costs included: lifetime warranty on the seal, free repair of the first chip, glass cleaner, and a coupon for a delicious mini pizza. They arrived and return at the times they said they would. Great experience. I would highly recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience today with Epic Glass! I called yesterday and they were able to order me a new windshield as mine as cracked and get it here tofay. They installed it in less than two hours and did a great job. The staff was friendly and even fixed one of my broken windshield wipers so I didn't have to buy a new one. It was cheaper than expected and overall such a great experience.

This place showed me excellent service, and I feel proud to have a place like this in Klamath Falls. I got my new windshield on Monday after calling on Friday. I called a hit after hours to pick up my car since I had to walk, and they actually came, picked me up, reopened, and got me my car. I am very grateful, and think people like these deserve all the business available. Thanks again!

Save yourself the time and money and get your windows tinted here! Had our car's two back windows and the rear window tinted, and they did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. I've tinted windows before, and knew the time it would take me. My time is money in my pocket, so I'd just rather pay someone else to do a professional job and their warranty on top of it. Was just looking for their contact online, and thought I'd leave a comment from their work a few years ago. They did a great job! Thanks!!

[2017 bmw 330i windshield replacement ]Was skeptical of using this place and not the dealer.... But they got me a oem windshield , they even got my insurance to pay for the oem replacement. Even after i was coming off as an annoying customer they were still very polite and answered all my questions . Good job boys and thank you !!!!

Stopped by after work with no appointment and they prevented a crack from getting any larger in my windshield. I was in and out in less than a half an hour. Great service!

I walked in got a great deal with tint all the way around the car. And they fixed my rear veiw mirror for me. Really professional high quality job with great workmanship. And the tint makes a huge difference in your ride. Would recomend Epic Glass over anyone else in the area.
