Great place to do business with. They even went out of their way and worked after hours to help me with one of my plows. The guy at the front desk is willing to help in anyway he can, great guy!!

You can always expect to leave d&d seeds with a smile service there just is uplifting and positive they have answers to a lot of distant questions and most of the time I have everything you're looking for in one place

Two experiences with warranty repairs, chainsaw and lawnmower. No Hassel, no fuss, quick repair and second event was minor fix, didn't even charge minimum service fee. Nice folks.

So I need to share a story that restored my faith in humanity quite a bit - right here in Klamath Falls.I was recently hauling some cabinets and a countertop from Home Depot- in Klamath Falls in the back of the pickup (tailgate down) when my husband's chain saw somehow slid straight out of the back and into the road. Very much preventable- I KNOW . But I didn't notice it...The next day I receive a message on my Facebook account from someone asking if I lost a chainsaw? And I realized I HAD!Incredibly it had slid out directly in front of D&D Seeds heading out of town! And the employee working there had watched it fall, and ran to the road, to get it out of traffic right when a pickup smoked the side of it and damaged it. .Long story short, they HAPPEN TO BE A CHAINSAW REPAIR SHOP as well!! Which I honestly never knew! I had bought this chainsaw for my husband and didn't know my name was registered to it. The employee had the knowledge and kindness to find the name it is registered to and contact me on Facebook (!) and then proceeded to FIX the whole thing with parts they had, and THEN wouldn't even take my money to pay for it!!I still can't believe how this unfolded and it makes my heart so happy that people still do this kind of thing!!! He could have kept-fixed- and sold it so easily and we would still be wondering what happened to it!!So if you are looking for an extremely HONEST, UPSTANDING business to buy a lawn mower from, get your chainsaw repaired, or buy your next one from-PLEASE pull into our LOCAL D&D Seeds next to the AMA on S 6th first.Stuff like this needs to be acknowledged and talked about! THANK YOU!!!
