We had a reefer unit 839287 PO # 2549956 go down. The Carrier Tech James was extremely helpful, professional, caring and kind. Extreme attention to detail. Went above and beyond with repair. The distance was far but he was willing to help and did it with a smile instead of anger and frustration. I cannot state more how much we need more techs like James in this industry. James is an excellent asset to your company and you are fortunate to have him.

Show up on Saturday at 0800Called and called.Later found out at 1200 they didn't have anyone to fix the trailer.If you don't work weekends put it on your site.

All we can say is WOW! Having broken down then finding Coast Truck Center was such a blessing!! Such wonderful service, and such kindness! When bad things happen to you on the road, it's nice to find good people!While waiting for parts they stored our Motorhome in their heated shop for 2 weeks! Kept it secure and plugged in and we really appreciated that! Thank you Mark and James, you guys did a great job!

I've had the same problem with my truck for about a year-and-a-half now. I've been to countless shops and spent thousands upon thousands of dollars to get it fixed. Everyone "knows" what the problem is until what they try doesn't work. I brought the truck to Coast Truck Center where I met James for the first time. He's one of the very few people that I've ever met in my life who can walk up to you with bright eyes and a big bright smile like he's known you all his life, shake your hand like he's your brother, and still hold the utmost level of professionalism at the same time. It took James all of 30 seconds to find a crack in my turbo that no one else had seen. He told me straight up that that was not my problem but that needed to be fixed before we could continue. When he gave me an idea of what he was pretty sure was wrong I misunderstood him and decided to run the truck until it died. I was done spending money. After a short time James contacted me in the evening on his own time. He asked me what I had done to repair the truck. When he found out that I hadn't done anything he wanted me to stop in again because he knew he could fix it. In just over a day all of the issues that I had were gone and he told me about a few issues that would be coming if we didn't take care of them soon. The truck is running better than ever and I've found not only an incredibly knowledgeable and talented mechanic but I found a new brother as well!

Went there with a failing refrigiation unit..left with a brother. Not everyday you can walk inn from nowhere and feel as if you've some how already been here. I was greeted by the shop foreman by way of call..didn't take long, James he said while shaking my hand..asked me a few questions..nodded his head an quickly went to work. Not only was his quality of service superior due to his work ethic, honesty, and personal integrity but he took the time to educate me on preventative maintenance that is not only cost effective but will save time and money in the near future..I wonder how such a young bother possessed so much with such skill..He's a VET..nuff said..still serving his country the honest way..the right way. Thank you.

Won't be so positive on this review. Truck located 1.4 miles away, needed a jumpstart. They requested $550 just to start with. Since there were no much options, agreed to set up the roadcall, but after overwhelming amount of unnecessary questions, like the zip code of the company location, fax number, truck number plates, trailer number plates, additional cell phone number and questions as "are your trailer loaded" (why) etc... had to refuse their service. Even TA Roadsquade is not asking that much of the info for a simple jumpstart. In the end, called the next company listed on NTTS, and got a fuss free jumpstart from some local shop for $140 flat. No stupid questions asked, just a location, truck type and color, and a phone number for the driver. Exactly as is should be.

Don't know what Mr tatu was experiencing but I had a good experience. I was very cautious because of his review of coast truck center. My truck is having a/c problems. Bob, the mechanic, looked at my truck, cleaned off debris from my radiator so my condenser can get the air it needed. Re-presssurized my r134aTo the right level which was 30 the low side.Mark has some stiff rules and is a little direct. But he does the work and try to help the owner operators out.Shop also makes you sign a indemnity contract with them, so you guys decide CAREFULLY what what level work you want. I would recommend them. Good people out of Oregon doing honest work.Also as a critique, i would say that communication is needed here. I didn't know that Bob was going to use pressurized air to clean off the Radiator. It would have been nice if Mark or someone told me what and how they were going to operate my truck. SO i would say as a word of advice to the Shop, is to communicate to the customer, so they know what is going on and what procedures will be done to the truck Before hand. Other than that, best of luck.

I had a awesome experience, James was very nice, informational, and prompt!!! He found the issue right away, and he fixed it very quickly! He also gave very good advice that will help me in the future! Thanks Coast to Coast for saving the morning!!!

We were passing thru Klamath Falls in our motorhome and the flex pipe from the exhaust broke. Mark & crew are our heroes! The customer service and repair were excellent. They worked us into their busy schedule. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We were back on the road in no time. Highly recommend Coast Truck Center Klamath Falls.

Mark is the man here, I towed my truck here and I needed overhaul but they kindly informed that, it could cost me a lot of many so, I should also look other options and I did, so they let me park on their yard for free few weeks. I can't thank you enough guys

Awesome crew, came to my rescue fast and got me to the nearest hotel while they took care of my vehicle. Kinda surprised at how good the service was.. wish every breakdown was near these guys... lol

I love coast trucking company! The staff is like a big family., mechanics fast and efficient! Manager friendly and helpful! If you need a big rig worked on coast is the place Togo.

I went to CTC to get my reefer unit repaired. Mark was the technician and immediately my reefer was up and running.

Stay the hell away!! Bunch of liers. They will try to sell you services you dont need. N tell you parts are not available while they runing all kinds of labour charges on you.. your original problem might not even end up fixed .
