Jeremy is very nice and helpful. Won't fix something unless you give the go ahead. Quick and effective work. Able to get you in asap if need be. They are great.

Do not ever go to Bud's Repair Service. They are a complete joke. At first they said it would only cost $125-$175 for it to get done and everyrhing but in the end Paid over $600 dollars for them to replace a $50 hydrolic line.. just for it to not be fixed it is still leaking just like before and they wont help at all to get this resolved..... plus they have snotty attitudes.. Never again will I go there.

They have excellent knowledge. They were able to diagnose the issue over the phone based off the information I gave them and was able to fix it quickly. I was recommended to this shop and I would recommend them to others.

Tim and his crew are absolutely phenomenal with their customer service and professionalism. If you re on the road traveling and need an emergency repair, this will be your shop. Bud's is not your buddy,I've never felt more ripped off in my life went for the frist time my truck was smoking only 56000 miles on it told me I needed a new motor I said ok I guess said it would cost 6,000 when I got the truck back 5 months later cost 7,000 said they fixed the ac to and put new fuel injection system in it those things where just fixed a year ago the motor was a standard 4.6 liter gm motor should have took 2 days to replace I thought I was going to have to call police to get my truck back it took so long.

Bud was great! He tried to help but was overwhelmed with too much business and not enough employees. He hooked us up with a friend who did a great job and quickly. Bud probably is a very consciences mechanic and we are indebted to him!

I would not recommend Buds Repair service to anyone. I had a high pitched squeal on a turn to the right. (never to the left) in a used truck I purchased recently. I was told that Bud's was a good place to go.I went there and spoke to the manager/service writer (Owner?) about an analysis to find out what was the cause. He assured me that they would find it no matter what it was. I was told I had to pay for an hour for the analysis at a rate of $82+ . They make an appt for me the following week on A Wed. I showed up at the appointed time and was told that one of their mechanics had some unexpected medical problems and they needed to reschedule. Another week passes and I showed up at the appt. time. Doug now said that he would charge me a half hour and send a mechanic with me to listen. The mechanic took a lot of time wanting to hear it from the back seat and the bed of the truck. He took most of the half hour and said that he thought it may be in the rear differential. (right, it is only on a right turn, but it is in the rear differential.) So after arriving back he didn't put it up on the rack like he said he would and just wanted me to leave it for a day and I needed to pay another 2 hours (another $160) to put it up on the rack and tear the plate off the rear end and who knows what else. I feel like; I have been victimized on a "bait and switch" operation. They did nothing to find the problem but send a mechanic out for a ride. They put me off for 2 weeks. I feel they lied about what they would do and kept wanting more money for not doing the job. If you need mechanical help,,, go somewhere else This place is what gives mechanical shops a bad reputation for being rip off artists.

I took my wife's Fiesta here for a Crankshaft Position Sensor. They said they would try to squeeze it in sometime on Thursday or Friday. I dropped it off on Wednesday afternoon. Imagine my surprise when, first thing Thursday morning, I get a phone call saying my car was done! A great job, and very friendly people, are why I will be taking all of my vehicles here for repairs in the future! Thanks to Tim and the guys!

Well so far I believe there gonna do a good job there are so many people that have work being done there so it's taking a while for my small block Chevy to be rebuilt but they are knowledgeable in auto repair and have all the right equipment as far as I can tell

I spoke with Tim on behalf of my father about trade that my father had made with a friend who ended up screwing him over on the deal and he kept talking over me wouldn t want to hear any logic I had to tell him after spending $1500 to get his van fixed all we got was excuses to why it wasn t fixed and we re Told early on that it would be a while because they didn t have the time then when I spoke with Tim he said it was really just because they didn t want the headache of the van that they had previously worked on for the previous owner Really disappointed in the quality or lack of in their work for my personal experience
