Me and my hubby went here to look for a large SUV because I needed a car with 4 wheel drive. We bought a GMC Yukon XL from them. John was super nice and answered all of our questions. Carol was like someone's grandma quilting in the office and was super sweet.A few things that we noticed about this place.1. They do business the old school way, if you want a car fax and everything to be perfect on the car go somewhere else like a ldealership. They deal with cars in a 'if it starts, turns and there's no sounds when driving were good" kind of way. So don't expect to not put in ANY money when buying a car from them.2. GET A PREBUYER INSPECTION on whatever car your looking at. The car we bought was cheap for what we got it so yes we had to put some work into it. We had to buy an air filter, an O2 sensor and hubs. So there's that.3. you get what you pay for. If you want a car dealership who will fix every little problem that a car has before you buy it, seriously GO TO AN ACTUAL DEALERSHIP. They are not a "dealership" they are a auto seller. There is a difference.Like I said the people are nice however if you are a smart buyer you will get a good experience. If you walk in thinking that everything is perfect on a car you're not coving yourself.

My daughter and son in law purchased a 2006 Ford f150 for 9000 dollars on 2/9/24. They drove the truck to Sacramento coming back on 2/11/24 the engine seized up. We had the truck towed back to Klamath falls. Bob and Carol would not stand by what they sold. They told the kids well you can take it to the mechanic we use but you are responsible for the repairs. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from these horrible people that won t stand by what they sell. Zero stars warning do not get anything from Bob and Carols family dealership they really don t care about family

My sister bought a car from there dealership and the vehicle s engine blew up after a day of driving it and they were left stranded on the side of the road if I could give this place a negative five star review I would

Bob and Carol are great! I ve purchased from them before. That said, the younger guy there is quite the opposite. Wasn t friendly at all. Wouldn t let you get a word in and came across like any opinion other than his own HAD to be wrong. I get the market for bigger SUVs has dropped over the last couple months, but to make a statement like bigger SUVs will never bounce back value wise is absolutely insane. This is sad because that place was incredible, but unfortunately I wouldn t recommend it to anyone. Go ANYWHERE else!

My husband and I brought our kids to this location with the intent of trading in our family mid-size suv for a full size one on their lot. After over 2+ hours of conversation and negotiating over a suburban they offered us a deal that was above sticker price.We declined, of course.At which point, the elderly couple who owns the place and whom we'd been dealing with the entire time, proceeded to argue with one another. The man was happy to carry out our transaction after our counter offer, however his wife was not.She argued with him in our presence and physically prevented him from carrying out the transaction, all while degrading the older gentleman the entire time.It was an awkward, embarrassing, and incredibly unprofessional situation to have been in.Upon leaving, other customers sensed our frustration and asked what was going on.We told them the same thing we will tell anyone who considers going here...Take your business elsewhere. Its not worth it here.

This is a GREAT place!!. Go outta there way to help u get the vehicle u need. Bring in cars almost daily. My niece just got a REALLY good deal. I believe it was an 2004 aerostar van . 163000 miles. Walking out door price ???? 2350. I believe she got a good deal

I have bought multiple Vehicles from here over the years. The service is always great and friendly. The prices are fair. I travel alot for work and have worked my cars and trucks hard and they are all still going strong. Never any major issues that you wouldn't expect with and car new or used. I would without hesitation buy from here again .

I'm part of google reviews. And after seeing my brother and his family post a review about this place it got removed by owner. Made me start wondering. So I did some research and found out a couple things.Thing one, this business has a lot of bad reviews, which should be a red flag for folks.And thing two. Arguing in front of other customersAnd another, they will delete reviews on their mistakes. So on behalf of google ad and reviews. This is not the place to buy any vehicle of any kind. They will argue and hassle. And if you want to buy a car. This isn't the place. It's going to be investigated by the better business bureau.

If I could give negative stars ,I would. Worst customer service. They sit in their office doing absolutely nothing,don t bother to come out and talk with you and ask what you need or are looking for. My wife and I looked for 20 minutes, and we agreed we liked a 2006 crv,which has been in their lot for MONTHS. I went in and made a reasonable cash offer. The wife and her husband smirked at me and simply just said, no . No counter offer,nothing. They re greedy,lazy people. Apparently they don t want to sell cars. That s fine,they permanently lost me and my families business. We ll go elsewhere.

Sold us a Suburban with a cracked head gasket. No warranty, should have read the reviews, now I am out 8k. Don't buy from here.

December 4, 2017 -- was interested in a PT Cruiser they have on the lot for $2900 - took it for a diagnostic and it will need $1000 worth of repair for a heater core and power steering cables. Offered them $1900 and he said (and yes, I quote) "Nah, I can get $2300 for it as it sits". I replied with "Even knowing it needs that repair?"... "Yep". Not even a counter offer. Not only was he unwilling to move on price or help with repairs, he was short and abrupt with me and really not even friendly.

I was stranded in Klamath Falls without a vehicle because I had gotten into an accident and totaled my Jeep on the 97 because I hit black ice so long story short I found Bob and Carol and they helped me get a car and get on the road they were very helpful they were very considerate they gave me a great price they sold me the vehicle as is and it made it all the way 600 miles home I think they are honest and upfront and what can I say they gave me a fantastic deal on a Ford Probe and I made it home couldn't have done it without them

My names Anthony, I m 19 and went over here to get my first rig out of a lot, I let them know that the tail lights weren t working (which is illegal) and they ignored me, I drove home, changed fuse like they recommend which blew again and so I called them to see what we could do about it and they said I need to find someone with a higher mechanical aptitude . My Dad, Uncle, and Grandpa are all mechanics. I wouldn t recommend this place at all. I understand that as is is as is but I brought it up to them before I made the purchase but a safety factor is a safety factor
