Always great service and high demand. Definitely the best in the basin. Kevin and the rest of the staff always take great care of us. I was shocked that the staff remembered who I was and which car was mine since I don't make it in really often. But it's a testament to how much they care.With how popular they are, I do recommend getting there close to opening at 0800 since they service so many vehicles every day.March 2024 update - had to drop in mid afternoon to get a screw removed from a tire. Waited for my car and it took less than an hour. Thanks!

I got an estimate from Basin and someone else to do front end work. The other shop said I only needed about half the work. I knew Basin Tire had a good reputation. I asked them to show me why all of it needed to be replaced. They put it back on the lift and showed me. I had an electronic sensor issue afterwards due to the realignment and they listened to me on how to correct it and they got it done right. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to you.

I was traveling home from Montana, really having a bad day, I had 2 tires separate on my trip, when I pulled in at 445pm Kevin saw my frustration, he had my size tires in stock. Kevin and the 2 techs that worked on my truck were professional and top notch! I left 40 minutes later , satisfied and happy.

Kevin and the entire team at Basin Tire for years has been the best experience you could ever ask for any tire shop. They are one of the few places that treat customers as if they are family. Back when I saved up money for my very first (used)pick up and didn t have enough to buy a set of tires the next week, they worked with me on a handshake deal to pay them following week once I got paid from my job at the mill. Our relationship has grown over the years and circumstances have changed but one thing has always stay the same and that is Service, prices and friendship. Everyone I seem to have talked to over the years in Klamath Falls has always had the same story. first rate service, pricing and care. I can t recommend them enough.

Amazing service, very fast and helpful. Great prices! On a trip up from Phoenix had tire issues, got hooked up with a great deal on a used tire, and all new lugs. Highly recommend, tried Les Schwab first they wanted $318 for a new tire and I had to wait for it to come in.

This afternoon, on our son s way to work (about 10 minutes north of Loves), a rear tire blew on our truck. He had no spare or jack. My husband called Basin Tire, who sprung into action found a tire and rim, took it out to my son and installed it.Thank you Basin Tire!

Went in today with a broken valve stem and the team worked right away to get me fixed up with a replacement valve with a relentless determination. Five star service no doubt.

I was extremely impressed with my entire experience here. This was the first time I have ever lifted a truck and the sales associate was extremely helpful in helping me pick a lift kit and tires. They are very reasonably priced and work was done quickly and as far as I can tell very well! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for lifts, wheels, or tires! (6" BDS lift, 20x9 fuel tinted black blitz wheels, and 36" BFG KO2's)

Be careful. I was told that they don't replace worn parts that need replacement, because it cost more than buying a complete front end assembly. So the customer winds up paying for a complete replacement and in my case, $1289.I should have been told about thier process before, and not after.I referred 2 others and they were also told the entire front end needed replacement. Can't believe every part needed to be replaced, and I don't believe it cost more to replace only worn parts. 2 weeks later my truck started shimying again. I had to lose work to take it in again. They told me the tracking bar was bad. Hey replaced it, no charge. SO, IF THE TRACKING BAR CAUSED THE PROBLEM, WHY DID I HAVE TO REPLACE THE WHOLE FRONT END?I also had a bad experience with a brake repair. I was told i needed to replace all 4 rotors. I had to go back 3 times because the calipers were coming loose and vibrating. Sure they fixed it each time, but i lost work each time. It seems like Basin tire does not replace broken parts, but are in the business of selling everything thats not needed. They like to say they have to do this for the customers safety. Plan on spending for than you would elswhere. Get a second opinion!!!!!!! Be careful! Don't be taken like me. Go someplace else.

My daughter's jeep was sent there after an accident and they repaired it. Less than 50 miles later it had to be brought back as the repair failed.

I'd like to thank Kevin and Luis for helping dreams come true. Used wheels and tires available here. It's no doubt how busy it gets with the affordable quality to offer. i was told approx 45 minutes. i waited and waited while people who came in after me came and went. it took almost 3 hours to get a tire change from snow tires back to my regular tires. I then find out not only did they they take 3 hours but they damaged a wheel stud and didn't put a lug nut on. It was NOT like that before coming here.

I wish these guys weren't far away because I'd keep coming back if I could.Had a hell-of-a-screwover at Pegoraro Auto Repair in Vancouver, Washington. Those guys sent us off worst than we came in and put myself and my second drive in danger 4 hours after leaving Peg.Joe - with just 10 days left from retirement - welcomed us despite the busy day and managed to problem solve quickly with the team about what was happening. They found out that Peg didn't do the job like they should have and not only fixed our skoolie, but called Peg Auto Repair to confront the issue. Joe and the other men walked me through all the parts and reasons why they were doing what they were doing. I learned so much and felt really cared for. They could have shooed us off, but they saw we really needed help and treated us like part of the family. Forever grateful. This was more than a repair, it really showed how great a community can be.

I went there with no idea what my issue was, the issue ended up just being a silly bent plate, which they fixed, free of charge! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel taken care of. Highly recommend, and I ll definitely be returning!

Had lowest price on my tire and was able to get it taken care of next morning.Update, had to get another tire, lost debit card, sales guy spent so much time helping me find it and moving cars to look under, another customer helped and debit card was found

Basin Tire is the best tire shop in town, with quality workmanship and unbeatable prices. They quoted me about 40% less than Les Schwab for a set of all weather tires and had the job done in less than 2 hours from the time I dropped off my truck.

Had a flat. Just moved up from California. Basin was recommended by my daughter. Fixed my flat in a reasonable time without an appointment and when I went to pay (I was quoted 20.00 over the phone) they said no charge just think of us when you need tires or service. Indeed I will be returning!
