We called Basin Glass after waiting two weeks for another repairman to get back to us with when they would be able to come out. An entrance door to the business was not working correctly and the situation was getting worse as we waited. They sent their repairman, Travis, out that same day. Not only did he fix the issue but he also did maintenance on the adjoining door to make sure we didn't have any issues arise with it. Travis was very professional and thorough. Basin Glass and Travis will be our "go to" from now on.

We love our new glass! Now I can ID the birds at the feeder. The installers were professional and personable. Local and half the cost of window replacement. Thank you Basin Glass.

I just hired Basin Glass to replace all the windows on my cabin. They gave a fair estimate and found the crew to be very professional and the office staff was very communicative. I will be using them again without question.

We have been waiting for a screen door for two weeks. Of course they're closed on Sat & Sun. Let's see if they can show up. No phonecall, update on installing . So far not happy. I could have went to home depot but my Dad chose this co. not sure why.

They were amazing people to work with! My wife dropped off our fireplace door to have the glass repaired after it shattered on us before a big storm, and they got it done right away and for a great price. Their customer service is horrible. They made a mistake on the type of glass they used on one window and refused to do a thing to correct it. They were also rude and disrespectful to my mother. Been waiting 3 and a half weeks for 4 small windows screens to be rescreened. Called to ask about them on Friday around 11 am, no one picked up.

Very nice people and good service. This is the best glass shop in Klamath Falls, especially for quality sliding doors, bath/shower doors etc.They have a small parking lot and there is typically good street parking too.They do home window screen fittings or bring yours to them. Glass install when it finally happened was great except when they finished they left without final clean up...windows were very dirty with hand prints all around the outside and rectangle suction cup marks all over.Took em several weeks to get glass and then a few more weeks to install glass.

I called them this past tuesday for a quote to replace the windshield on my car was told by the person I talked to that someone was on machine she needed to give a quote but she would call me back in an hour This is saturdy at 6PM no call, no missed call no message no text tired of waiting will try someone else who wants my business

Had a tractor window installed, glass left everywhere in a livestock facility sad for a 1100 charge to install 2 guys took 5 hours. Also could see where they snooped around our facility.

I called trying to get all my house windows replaced. They said they would call back when they were not busy, in a week. It's been three months now and they never returned my calls. Bad customer service for sure.
