Ray did an amazing job selling me some duralast gold front brake pads for my truck. He got me the brake lube bundle for my hardware and just incase I needed brake clean or brake fluid as well. Thank you very much Ray for the amazing customer service.

I didn't know there was an electric outlet on the backside of the building until yesterday. It's really good to know for when I'm on the move and unable to keep my cell charged.

Ray went over and above for me today. My battery died this morning, and once I was able to get it jumped I went to AutoZone to get a new one. Ray didn't try to upsell me. He was knowledgeable and put my new battery in for me as well. Thanks Ray!

Great place with helpful hint. Very educated staff. Went in with a question about how to clean my wheel wells, and they knew exactly what I needed. Also clean shocks and frame super well.

Ayden was my counter person. He put my wipers on for me and installed the new battery for my key fob. Thank god forthe great customer service! Oh and it was raining outside while he installed. He s a trooper

Ive been given the wrong part for my vehicle a few times, after having told the person which car I needed the part for. Happened on multiple different occasions, but maybe it was their computer's fault ?Who knows.Other than that, they're very helpful

I had the absolute pleasure of getting serviced by Raymond at AutoZone, and let me tell you, this guy is a rockstar! His work is nothing short of amazing. I mean, if there was an award for going above and beyond, Raymond would win it hands down. His dedication and attention to detail are so impressive that I'm convinced he has a secret superhero alter ego.Now, I don't want to cause any trouble, but I think it's only fair to let you in on a little secret. You see, Raymond's skills are so extraordinary that I'm pretty sure he's secretly training the cars in the parking lot to do the work themselves. I mean, who needs mechanics when you have Raymond, right?

Always depends on who's working and what product you buy on what your experience here will be. Just like any other autozone deserves 4 stars. Could offer more range of parts but has what most need

This might be the worst parts store I've ever had to deal with. They don't know how to order parts properly, they can't keep track of the money and receipts on the counter for a refund, They ripped me off for 25 bucks doing this. And they might have one of the worst, least helpful parts people I've ever came across. I can't wait to make another trip back after I find out which parts are wrong.

I took my mom's car into Autozone in Klamath Falls, we were helped by Ray, he went above and beyond to help change my mom's battery and cleaned years worth of corrosion from the old battery all while on a super hot day and with a smile. Thank you so much Ray for all of your help today!!

Came into Klamath Falls this morning looking for a new starter for my wife s 1980 Chevy Corvette. After numerous trips around town to different auto part stores with no luck. I was finally able to locate the starter for the car in stock at AutoZone. Love the friendly and helpful staff.

I stopped in yesterday when my dashboard suddenly lit up with I think every possible code available! A very friendly and knowledgeable associate came out to my car and used her code reader to determine I simply needed to either add a fuel additive or run a tank of high octane fuel. I went to gas station - filled up with supreme and all my codes disappeared. Thank you so much for your help.

Just as bad as any other Autozone. They get 2 stars because they actually had the 1-11/16 socket I needed when Napa didn t. The guy at the counter actually asked me what I was using it for. I then explained what sockets do.

I went in being a complete novice at all this car related. One representative went above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. If you need to stop in ask for Masson. Services with a smile and great customer service.
