We were a victim of the black ice on hwy 97 on 2/2/24 at 8:30 at night. There was no way to recover the truck out of the canal until the next day. I called Art's towing around 6:30 in the morning. A nice lady answered who I obviously woke up, she was very friendly and told me someone would contact me soon. Within 45 minutes I received a call from one of their employees who said he was heading out to the site to evaluate the situation. This recovery required two rigs and a single lane closure on hwy 97. The next call I received was them telling me the truck was on the road and being put on a slide bed. We left Chiloquin to meet them at their yard to gather personal effects. It was Saturday and they waited while we emptied the truck. We were back in Chiloquin by 11:30 am. On Sunday I received a call stating they had found a note book that had been left behind. The employees who represent Art's towing are very professional. I would highly recommend Art's towing.

Mike was amazing!! My car ran out of gas on the way to class, so I decided to just walk the rest of the way. He passed my off duty driving his truck and gave me a lift to the gas station to fill and can and a lift back to my car. ALL FREE OF CHARGE. That's community. Thank you Arts Towing for caring!

My cars fuel pump went out 23 miles north of Klamath Falls on 3/27/22 at 11:00pm Sunday. Art's towing came to the rescue. Nothing makes you feel more vulnerable then breaking down in your vehicle out in the booneys. I called 911 and they gave me Art's number and advised me to make the call myself or it will cost much more. I called Art's and they dispatched a tow truck. The driver was incredible and took great care placing my 88 Tbird up onto the trucks bed. He drove me and the car into Klamath Falls and dropped car off at My Mechanic Auto Repair and then he drove me to a hotel to get a room. I expected a huge bill for towing on a Sunday at such a late hour but it was very reasonable. The tow truck driver was extremely helpful and courteous. Thank You to Art's Towing for saving me from being taken by an unworthy tow company. I recommend Art's for all your towing services. 5 stars to you.

I had a super PITA job I needed done. It was awkward, challenging, difficult, tight, did I say awkward? When I say it was unique, I mean it, but Melvin was a magician as he methodically and professionally got the job done. I am being vague because I don t want someone reading what he did for me and asking him to do it again. The complete experience was top notch and I would recommend Melvin and Arts towing to anyone who needs this service, just outstanding people all the way around.

Car broke down and I had no clue what to do. Called Art's towing and they came fairly quickly to give me a tow. It was an extremely fair price for it, and the worker, Tom, was super nice and helpful and caring! 10/10 would recommend them!

I broke down in middle of nowhere. A few kind locals called arts towing for me. He was prompt, personable, kind and genuine. He ensured that I was in a safe accessible location to hotel, mechanics shop, and food. Being a female alone from out of town I m thankful. I recommend this towing company

Not recommended. Owner did not pay attention during phone call, then made lame excuses about why he could not tow the vehicle with his rig, and then left after saying the quoted price was for cash only. Stupidly on my part, i called him back with cash in hand, again stating he would need his flat bed rig. Again showed up with regular tow truck, accepted cash then refused to tow it because it needed to be placed on a flat bed tow truck.
