Clinton came out to jump my battery this morning. Road side assistance said it would be an hour before he would be there, but he got here in about 15 minutes. Great and efficient customer service. Thank you Clinton!

After AAA left me stranded for over 2 hours with "no tow truck available" to get me, I called ACE and the girl was super helpful and nice. She sent a truck right away. Within 25 minutes he was there. Mike was wonderful. Super nice guy. Hooked us up and got us to the mechanic. They didn't even charge me alot. It was very reasonable. AAA called me while Mike was finishing up to tell me they can't send anyone because no one is available, Mike told us they are AAA contracted, but AAA never called them to help me.Thank you ACE for doing a great service for me.

After waiting an hour for AAA to show up, we were lucky to have a CHP officer stop to help. He got Ace to send someone out quickly; Henry was super friendly, helpful and professional, and even allowed my husband, dog and I to ride along, which is something another tow company had said they would not do (and since we were 15 miles from the nearest town, with 80+ degree temps, that was much appreciated)!Service: Car towing

Ace towing is the best at heavy vehicle recovery that I've seen. I had overturned my truck on US 97 in a snowstorm. They righted the truck with no additional damage to the truck, and the crew there was very professional and helpful with any questions I had.They had the right sized equipment to do the job that needed to be done. The office staff was also helpful in working out the details with insurance. I highly recommend them if you need towing in the Klamath Falls, OR area.

My car wouldn't start. After a failed jump I called Ace and the dispatcher said an hour. Then 5 minutes later the tow guys called and said they were on their way. They hauled it to the mechanic and even made sure it was lined up right for my turn in line. They were nice. I wanted to tip them. Decent price only 75 bucks for a 1.5 mile tow. It is worth it for an emergency mechanic visit for a non running car in my book.Service: Car towing

If I could rate 10 stars I would.Thank you Ace you are truly a Ace in the hole. The Rv was stuck deep in the mud and 30 feet out. When I called I told them we were helping a homeless family they refused payment and refuse a tip. The arrival time was very short, and they were very professional. THANK YOU sincerely Eddy

We have used Ace twice for our business and once for personal vehicle now. Every time the office staff have been friendly and helpful. The tow truck drivers have always been so nice and have gone above and beyond. The fact that they send a little business like ours a thank you card and a Christmas card speaks volumes. They truly value their customers. We will always recommend Ace and use them. If I could make it 10 stars, I would. I got stuck in the Albertsons parking lot with a bad fuel pump. I also had my 5 year old with me. Having an idea what might be wrong I knew that only one option remained. Thus, I called Ace towing. The gal on the phone was suuuuper nice and helpful. After a few short questions she confirmed that she would send someone out as soon as possible. Now here is where my review gets the 10 stars. Within 15 minutes (Has to be a record!) Mike showed up with a flat bed truck. This dude was absolutely amazing!!! Not only did he help me confirm that my fuel pump sounded funny, he was a Superhero to my five year old son. He even took the time to show my son how the controls work on the truck! On the way home, Mike was a great conversationalist with humor and great banter! Mike stole the show and made a bad situation seem like it was an everyday occurrence that anyone should go through. And I happen to agree. The cost was slightly more than a cab ride to be honest! Now that I think about it, they should do this service for people who cannot drive after a night out. Not only will they get home safe, but so will their vehicles!!!! Don t hold me to that idea though. I don t want to make anyone upset lol. Either way, I will continue to use Ace towing for all my Save a stranger needs. Locked my keys in the car on a Saturday at a hotel, on accident. Called all the locksmiths in the area with no luck. Decided to try a tow company to see if they could help. I m glad I found and called Ace! They came right away and the gentleman that helped was super friendly and got us on our way quick! If you need help with a locked car, call Ace! Got myself in a ugly situation this morning on 97. When my insurance didn't come through with the tow these guys came and were more than helpful. Very kind even when I was panicked. Ace Towing went above and beyond! I had a tire blowout and then had an issue with my lugnuts not freeing from my wheel. The staff did everything in their power to make sure I was taken care of. In the last 10 months, I needed to use Ace to get my motorcycle home. In both instances, I found them to be professional and courteous. I consider their rates to be reasonable and fair. if needed, I shall use them again. Thank you Ace for your great service.

While I hope I won't need to use their services anytime soon again, I absolutely know who to call if I need a tow. Huge shout out to Tom for being an amazing individual and a fantastic service worker, seriously he needs a raise. When I called for a tow my call was answered right away, I was told the wait time and that they would get to me as soon as possible. When Tom arrived he walked me through the procedure and sent me on my way to go get warm and wait for him to arrive at the place he was towing my car. He was extremely polite and friendly, he answered all of my questions with patience and care. Just an all around wonderful person, he was truly a shining light in a very stressful situation for me. Thank you to the entire Ace Towing team, but a special piece of gratitude and appreciation for Tom.

Beware! These guys put a pending charge on my card for a large amount stating I would get it back in 72 hours after I cancelled my tow. Now it's been 4 business days I am in the middle of a crisis and need that money and still haven't recieved it back. When I called the operator was rude af and kept saying "we didn't charge your account" Now the official story changed to 7-10 business days when I finally got a straight answer from her. They take it out instantly so why can't I get my money back instantly? F**k them. NEVER AGAIN!

Tried calling for a winch out, they told me I was out of their area and hung up on me. When I finally got another company out they asked why I hadn t used Ace since I was inside their zone would not recommend for any reason.

I've waited 20 hours for my insurance company to find a tow truck company for me.(insane )They failed.So I called Ace Towing and within 5 minutes Amy the All-Star had a truck lined up to get me at a reasonable out of pocket price. When I called she basically just shoved the amount I owed in my face 10 times in under minute when I intended to transfer the car to them instead. She continued to randomly put me and my family on hold. Probably the rudest people I could talk to the only nice people are the hourly that go and tow the cars.

I had a flat tire on my RV in the middle of nowhere. Ed and Ken came out and found me and had me back on the road very quickly. They were super nice guys and very helpful with all the questions that I had. I highly recommend this service.

Terrrible service. When I use a service such as Ace towing it s because I m in somewhat of a crisis and I expect people to be more professional than these disrespectful clowns. They acted as if I was a problem and that they were being inconvenienced. Terrible Company. If you have the opportunity to ask them to not be included in your choices when using AAA please do so. It ll just be a good option to not have them on your list with AAA I have AAA and I will be Lassen them is a terrible service when I get back on

Amy at Ace was very helpful! AAA was leaving us stranded with a 240 minute wait 40 minutes south of Klamath Falls with very little cell service. After 2 hours AAA still said 240 minute wait. I called Ace Towing, Amy got the car picked up within the hour. It was a complicated situation and Amy made it all work out! Thank you ACE.
