Having done auto body work, I've replaced a couple of windshields. And I'm going to tell you these guys are the most polite and efficient that I've ever seen on a windshield install. I appreciate seeing a flawless removal, and the prep job was A1. The windshield went on with a perfect bead. An hour and a half later, I was driving with no problems,

Well where do I begin, the fact these guys jump right into action the second I called, the fact they located and had the windshield glass within hours and willing to install at my soonest convenience. Or the fact they worked with how my billing is and THIER willingness to make whatever option I had work. From Mike to Jeff and staff this was by far the easiest company to work for and as a fleet manager I will be turning all my future business to these guys. Definitely FIRST CLASS. THANKS Y'ALL

Jeff and his team were great! We needed an emergency window replacement while we were driving through and they worked with us to get the windshield to Klamath Falls and install it all within 4 hours! No one else in town could do it for us. Jeff and his son were really kind, flexible, and understanding of our situation as we were on a time crunch. Super quick and professional. needed a windshield for my 2000 gt mustang. BAM! in stock and done to perfection. ow er is super friendly, prices are awesome and he cares about your car. make sure you tip for his awesome service! oh, he does window tinting and vehicle wrapping too!

Needed my windshield replaced. Called these guys one afternoon and they were at my home replacing it the next morning. Within 25 minutes they were done. These guys are spot on! Professional, efficient, speedy, and mostly they provide a lifetime warranty for a fraction of the cost of other places. Definitely recommend!

This company was fast, courteous and extremely professional from start to finish! I called and was set up with next day appointment and the came to me! Very friendly and got the job done in about 30 minutes. Have them on speed dial just in case!

I recently had my windshield cracked while driving on the highway. I contacted my insurance and within an hour of calling them Jeff called me and ordered the windshield and had it installed the very next day at my work even. They did a great job and got the job done quick.

They were absolutely polite and came at the time they said they would. They were efficient and I highly recommend them. They came ALL the way from Klamath Falls to Lakeview, which is quite a drive, and they were just wonderful all around. The price was also reasonable. I would definitely call them again in the event of needing a new windshield.

My windshield was totally unsafe to drive with anymore, having accumulated thousands of tiny chips. Jeff came out to my location in Lakeview and replaced the windshield quickly and didn't leave any garbage in my car like the last place I had replace my glass. The installation has been great so far, however a 16 inch long scratch appeared on my car during the service, along the top edge of the windshield. After calling and talking with Jeff and showing him where the damage happened, he sent me a check which I am currently using to repair the damage. Thanks!

My brothers hood came open on his truck and broke his windshield. Called Jeff on Monday and windshield arrived Tuesday. They came and got the truck and 10 minutes later they returned the truck with a new windshield. The cost was so reasonable. We were so satisfied with with company. You will not be sorry doing business with this company.

Jeff was Fast, Friendly and Mobile. My window was so bad, it was impossible to see through. So driving across town to a shop was out of the question. I Called 1st Class Auto Glass and Jeff answered right away. A few questions and answers later I had an appointment the next day! He came to my house and fixed my Front Windshield. Thank you Jeff! Quick and Easy. If you need your Windshield replaced call 1st Class Auto Glass!

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job on my windshield!! They cane and picked up my truck, got the windshield replaced and recalibrated then brought it back to me looking like brand new!!! Thank you guys so much for the great work and promt service!!

I would recommend them highly. The two gentleman were professional and polite. They came to my work picked up my Jeep and had it back to me way before I got off work. They also took special care to get me an actual mopar windshield. I appreciate them having gone above and beyond.

I would highly recommend this shop for your windshield needs. We had a nasty rock chip they were able to fill (I was shocked) and they even put up with the moronic third party my insurance company contracts with for windshield service. I ll be a return customer (calling today for a full replacement in fact). They travel to Lakeview and make it easy.

My son is a new student at OIT in Klamath Falls. So when he called me and said a rock had hit the windshield of his car. I was unsure if it was in need of repair, and with him being new to the area. I was not comfortable with him going and looking for a glass repair shop. Jeff was willing to meet him any time at the college. And after inspection Jeff assured me that there was no damage to the window and would not need any repair. All for no charge. Thanks Jeff

I have had several windshields replaced by first class Auto Glass they do a fine job although my last vehicle they're unable to procure a windshield due to the scarcity of that particular windshield the rates are reasonable.

Met us at tinting place. Had windshield tinted ahead of time. Installed windshield right there. Fast and friendly.
