Bought a used Mahindra 5010 from FB marketplace with provided pictures and verbal descriptions from Keno Tractor Employees. Drove 150 miles pulling my trailer to pick it up. I knew the seat had issues and the left fender had a crack. As I looked at it, I noticed a very large area of the hood was missing paint and a dent, not happy about it, I decided to deal with it, it was the size and make I was looking for and had made the trip up.Got the tractor home, looking it over, something was off, realized the right side of the loader mount was not only bent, but had been welded and the ram was bent, it had been rolled. Called Keno Tractor, claimed they were as surprised as me. Told them they needed to send a driver down for a full refund, they said we'll take care of it and they would contact me the following morning. Received a call, they said a full refund was approved and I would receive it when I returned the tractor, needless to say, that don't fly!!! They said they had no ( drivers) that (he) was on vacation.I stood my ground, they said, let me make a (couple) calls. Driver showed later that day. Full refund was to be transferred to my account the next day, plus my credit card refunded for the deposit I requested $160 for my fuel expenses as well, see what we can do I was told. Received the wire transfer this afternoon, $25 short, yes they let the bank deduct the transfer cost out of my refund, no fuel refund, still waiting for my credit card refund! These guys are drinking the same kool-aid as rest of our Country! Zero Accountability, Zero Dignity or Self respect! I believe the owner, since I was being told was calling the shots, forgot where he came from, and or simply rode in on a shirt tail of no sweat and blood to build this company! He just doesn't understand how short the trip is to turn things upside-down and lose all Accountability and Reputation/Trust, in comparison to the Journey to build it !!! This review is simply the highlights of the whole story!Very Disappointed and Absolutely Discouraged that our fellow Countryman / Human Race are sinking to such a Blatant self absorbed Mentally!!!Pictures Speak Truth !Question is, How could it possibly pass Keno Tractors Certified Shop Mechanics inspection and Qualify to be Sold!After all, at least one of Kenos Mechanics spent a couple hours installing the 3rd function in that exact area...

Pre ordered 2 machines back in December of 2022 with pricing on my invoice. They wouldn t honor the advertised price from my pre order. When the machines finally arrived to Keno Tractors in October 2023, they wanted to charge me an additional $1,400 dollars in addition to $1,000 per machine to ship to me. There was zero communication on their end during the 10 month lead time of prices increasing and zero effort to absorb any of the price increase, just pushing it all on the customer. 0/10 do not recommend. Poor business practice. The salesman I dealt with was awful. He had zero answers, zero solutions, zero accountability, and zero empathy. I m a business owner myself and very reasonable, but his take it or leave it attitude was disappointing to say the least and not somebody I was willing to buy from. The owner responded below is lying. The sleds were included in the original price advertised. $500 dollars more per machine, $200 more per sled, 2 machines, equals a $1400 increase. These machines are in such high demand that you couldn t even fill a tractor trailer of these machines to ship to the east coast to cut shipping costs on the customers.

This was my first tractor purchase and I couldn t be more pleased with the Keno & Brandon brand. The customer service/support from Keno Tractors has exceeded my expectations. Not only are they the best price I could find in the Pacific Northwest, but hands down the most responsive to questions and follow through after the sale. George was even able to arrange shipping to Alaska. I ve talked with George, Nan and Tyler and the customer service is consistent throughout the buying experience. Highly recommend Keno Tractors for a quality experience with everything tractor.

If only I could give zero starts. I spoke to George on the phone almost 4 weeks ago about purchasing a tractor, also sent him an email. Still have not heard anything. Two weeks later I called and spoke to Trevor/Tyler? Gave him my info and asked for a quote. Never heard anything back either. These guys don't want to sell you a tractor.I called DAVES TRACTORS in Red Bluff, got three quotes on the same day. Justin called me and gave me several options, told me about potential discounts and even offered to deliver it me. I just spent $29k cash, don't waste your time here, just call Justin.

Very poor communication, left messages multiple times for Tyler to return my phone calls and he did not return calls. They charged me $10 for shipping the part and it didn t show up for almost 2 weeks. Then it was the wrong part and they could not figure out how to get the right part after almost 3 weeks I got my money back and order it from Northwest tractor in the correct park right in three days to my house.Save your time, go to a different dealership!

I had great experience with Tyler. Very knowledgeable and very helpfull. Tyler helped me to get all the parts to fix my tractor.When my mechanic had questions, Tyler give him all the details needed how to take it apart and fix the easiest way possible. And as a token of appreciation " Thank You"ps. My Chinese tractor runs better then John Deere

I bought a Branson tractor privately with 4hrs on it that came from Keno Tractor. I ordered parts for my 1st service and they took just under a month to arrive. I called many times only to find the shipping person "forgot" to ship the parts and only 2 arrived. Nan told me she emailed me my invoice then later she said I never gave here an email address. Shocking customer service. I tried to explain my experience to Nan the parts manager and she did not seem too concerned. I will NEVER deal with them again. There is a much better tractor repair store closer anyway that made a little effort to source the parts and to cross reference the missing parts.

I asked Tyler at Keno Tractors for help figuring out a mid-mount Power Take Off on my lightly used Branson Tractor. Firstly, Keno Tractors answers their phone, unlike many businesses that use an automated system. Secondly, Tyler put the time into my question and made certain that it got answered. Very impressive personal service.

Unbelievably good service. I recently had a return/exchange issue, and they took care of me without hesitation. And their product support is exceptional, you can see it in their series of YouTube videos. Also they are more than happy to answer questions and help you solve whatever issue that may arise. Overall this has been a great experience and well worth the drive!

I had a flat tire in their parking lot, one of my lug nuts would not come off. One of the mechanics helped us out! She was amazing and sweet! If I ever buy a tractor this is where I'll go!

I have been working with Nan at Keno tractor for a couple of months now fixing a lot of parts on an old tractor (very abused and now it time to fix her up). Nan has been spot on. Returning messages, fixing mishaps ect. I hear folks talk about shipping delays or parts delays, these things happen, usually at no fault of the store and they are just as frustrated as you are, its how a bussiness handles them. Keno has handled them very professionally. I currently have a part issue that I will need to get resolved (first time this has happened) and Im still giving 5 stars before I even talk to them about it.... why... I am confident in Keno and the way they do bussiness. Thanks Nan for all the help. I have a lot more to do to this old tractor, so you will need to tolerate me a bit longer.

I drive by there several times a week. I have never been in the business. But they do plow the road for their neighbors in the winter and maintain it in the summer. Nice to have them for neighbors.

The company I work for was doing maintenance on our forklift, after running into a problem finding a part and calling all over town to maybe get some help locating the last part needed, no one was helpful or seemed to care about helping. Finally when I called Keno Tractors they took the time to actually accommodate my needs! They actually seemed to care about what I was calling about, unlike all the other companies I called.. I didn t feel like I was a bother!So thank you Keno Tractors for taking the time to help me yesterday! The forklift is up and running today!

Simple rugged little tractor. Perfect for my 35 acre land in Colorado high country. I work this tractor hard. I also am very pleased with the customer service from Keno. I purchased a used 2006 knowing I would be doing repairs myself. The staff is very knowledgeable of their product and has been able to give very detailed technical information over the phone regarding repairs. Parts have been affordable and received in a timely manner. My only regret is that I don't have a legitimate excuse to purchase a second Jinma tractor.

Ordered an implement June 2nd. Was not told it was not in stock- no communication unless I call. Three weeks later still not shipped. Was promised shipping last week. Nope. Ruined hay crop thanks to missing implement ordered over three weeks ago. Thanks a bunch.Edited to add: while the initial experience was frustrating and their communication needed serious improvement, they did have reasonable customer service later calling to follow up on the purchase and answer questions. Raised my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

Parts Never calls you back. I do want to say that when I have spoken to the mechanics they have been great. Without their sage advice I would have never been able to repair my 3 point hitch. (Replaced the diverter valve then the distribution valve to finally get it to work). I am having trouble with the distribution valve again. Until the hydraulic fluid warms it doesn't want to work.Recently I shipped a hydraulic cylinder for my FEL because I couldn't identify which of two types I needed (One metric and the other not), and he told it be best I did that since there is a $100.00 core charge on it and I'd have send it anyway . Called last Friday to confirm they got it and that they had my contact information. He told me he had it and that he was busy and would call me and let me know . Waited until the following Tuesday and no call so I called again. I again told him about the cylinder and he gave me one of those "Oh yeah's". He ask me to hold while he went and got it . 3 minutes later I'm out $385.00 for the part and $30.00 for the shipping . They are good about talking to you on the phone . Honestly, there is next to no support for the Chinese tractors. There are only a couple places in the USA that even handle these things .If have any trouble with your tractor and you live beyond driving distance you can plan on being down for at least one to two weeks waiting on parts because they are in a rural location so you can automatically add additional day(s) on their receipt if you send anything and if they ship you anything.

Probably the best $50 grand I'll ever spend in my life!Highly recommend buying from Keno. They've taken the time to make sure I'm as satisfied as can be and have answered every last one of my (many, many) questions thoroughly and with respect. To be honest, this is my first tractor and spending this kind of serious money isn't easy to do - however, these guys and gals have treated me right and actually have me very happy with this huge purchase.Eric Nystrom worked with me for awesome 0% financing and I got everything I need (tractor-wise) to help make my upcoming vineyard/orchard/farm estate a successful endeavor!I am up in the northern Willamette Valley and while we have dealers here, the combination of exceptional price, old-school friendly customer service, and continual shop support with expedited shipping for the life of my tractor - have made me more than glad I found Keno!I would recommend buying from here to folks who want to save money and build a strong relationship with their tractor dealer - pretty much for life.I will always look to Eric and the folks at Keno for any of my future equipment purchases. Ordered a part paid $12 something for 3 day shipping got it in 4. Part came with a smashed and very dry rotted o ring and lots of dirt and Teflon tape tore and smashed in threads. When I called they were very rude and after multiple emails they sent a nasty one in a fake email address. Very poor business practices out of Tyler and Eric. Do not recommend dealing with this company. Would love to upload pictures but it won t let me.

Terrible service! Drove our tractor 2 hours for repair because we figured they would be the Mahindra experts. During repair, they broke the steering wheel, then tried to charge for repairing what they broke. When repairs were finally finished and we got the tractor home and started driving it, we noticed the hydraulic hoses were now routed differently and were dragging against the tractor tires. Called and spoke to The manager George who accused us of messing with the hydraulic hoses. Called again and requested to talk to the owner, George got on the phone and refused to allow a conversation with the owner. Do not take your tractor here for repair if you want it done properly and don t want to pay for what they damage.

Horrible customer service experience with this company. Being a business owner I would hope none of my employees speak to any of my customers the way Tyler did with me. Bought a part from them and when I received the part (Monday) the shaft was twisted. I called (Tuesday) asked for another shaft and they refused. Tyler than insisted it never left like that and was calling me a liar, saying that we twisted it. The part was never installed otherwise the shaft would be shinny. Even sent pictures! Worst customer service experience of my life! If you believe in your product you would have sent another shaft to resolve this issue!

I have an older Branson 3510 tractor. I have never been able to get my local dealer to help. I am in Waco,Texas and I decided to call Keno Tractors in Oregon. I am sure glad i did, Tyler, the inside salesman was able to help me with everything i needed. Parts were delivered on time, and at reasonable price. Dont hesitate to give them a call

Excellence people to deal with. We were coming from Sacramento,Ca to buy a used forklift from the Keno. After telling the owner that it took us 5hrs driving from Sac and it would cost $900 to do pick up, he gave me a break on the price even though the price already a great deal. Not only that, we were having trouble to get a trucking company to pick up the beast due to it's weight (22,000#s) and it was delayed for almost 10 days before finding a proper equipment to take care it. The staff there were patience enough to help us and provide an assistance for loading it up to a trailer. Great customer support!

Would rate ZERO if I could. Bait & switch with equipment rentals . Will not be spending my dollars at Mr Nystrom s place of business or other businesses that which pay rent $$ that reach Eric s pocket going forward!
