Place is clean , friendly staff . I buy basic parts for my bugs and van . I like their point program. But I can't ever use the 5 bucks coupon for some reason. I wish they were able to add to your account automatically and it would be a nice surprise

I wish I could give them a zero star because I was on hold for about 5 minutes, which isn't much, then somebody came on the line and asked for a Chuck. When I said hello I was hung up on. Then I called back and someone named Michelle answered. When I inquired about a part I was hung up on. Then I called a third time, it was answered and immediately hung up. Don't go to this place. Their customer service obviously is horrendous, and they have lost my business for sure.

Super super nice guy n very helpful!you just don t find customer service you know with any employees that are happy and enjoy their job anymore. It s a sad thing but it s it s reality. I appreciate it very much that I was treated with respect and just very very nice and I m gonna go there a lot more now instead of the AutoZone because they took the time to help me and didn t act like I was cramping your style not at all and I appreciate that very much. In my expirance the customer service was terrible, I went up to the counter like always gave my car info for an oil change. The rep went got the oil filter came back to the counter and expected me to go get the oil. So as i walked to get the oil i realized i dint know what kind of oil and why am i doing his job. Without finishing help me he was already helping some one else so i left.

Great help! Good service, almost always got the parts I m looking for. Jesus is a hard worker and very nice even when he s the only one working there sometimes, that guy should get a raise for all the hard work he he provides to customers.

These guys are the best. Not only do they have the best prices, but they are one of the few remaining auto parts stores that have employees who know a little about vehicles. Just the other day I heard Caitlyn (spelling?) Telling a client about the proper specifications for European vehicle motor oil. And Skyler is their resident Asian vehicle "Guru". Lacy is great work general automotive common sense (very impressive these days). Brian, well, what can I say, he's Brian ;).

I went here because my check engine light came on. The gentleman behind the desk explained what both codes meant and what parts I needed. We have the same truck so ge volunteered to swap the parts out for me He ended up not being able to as the model years were different but GREAT customer service!!!!

Nice store and its clean and well stocked . For the most part their prices are in line with the competition. The staff was helpful and there wasnt much of a wait in line. There hours seem to be different than they used to be and they have several locations in town that you can also go to. Its definitely wise to shop around for what you need because prices vary from one location to another.

I went there yesterday for help. I had a check engine light on. The guy handed me a thing ( not sure what it was ) . He told me to plug it in my car ( I had no clue what the thing was let alone know where to plug it in ). He got a little frustrated at me but came out. After he scanned the car he wasn't much help either with explaining , he stated I should just go to a mechanic and went back inside. After that I called my son in Silverton, he told me to drive to that O'reillys and he would meet me there . I drove a hour hour to get there but the NICEST guy Corbin helped us and explained EVERYTHING to us. I wont go back to the Keizer o'reillys but defiantly will go to the Silverton one.

Awesome customer service! I was there to get a bulb for my headlight. Brian helped me figure out what type of bulb I needed and even installed it for me! I highly recommend this store.

I was treated very well by the store associate that helped me! He went as far as to help me by replacing my wipers in the rain. He replaced the rear one as well! He even showed me the common mistakes people make when replacing wipers. I really appreciate business that will go that will go that extra mile to help you!

Fast Service, I bought some wipers and they asked if I needed some help with the install. I said yes. He did in 2 minutes what would have taken me 30 minutes. Thanks Nick, Store Manager!

I do not recommend this O'Reilly's the employees that work there...(as in multiple employees) are so incompetent It makes me sick, my three year old could have done a better job selling us car parts, not once but twice we were sold the wrong part... it doesn't take a rocket scientist to enter vehicle information into a computer, someone needs to seriously reevaluate the training they offer their employees. Not to mention when informed of their wrongdoing they had the audacity to try and say I gave them the wrong information about a vehicle I have owned for well over two years.

Juan helped me with my car that died in the O"Reilly store parking lot! He was so nice from start to finish. Great service, decent price for a new battery. So glad they were just down the road!
