Thank you Jose for doing a wonderful job. I appreciate you and your crew finding my size tires in the pit and giving me a lil discount too. They still have great tread on them too. It s awesome that you guys mounted & balanced 2 tires, top off air on all four, and rotated them as well I will definitely be recommending you to my family and friends!

I bought wheels and tires from them and after they mounting the tires I asked if they had tpms sensors to make sure and he said they did. Only for me later to find out later that they didn t. I contacted them and asked for them to make it right which they just played dumb and said it s sold as is.Very disappointed in how they conduct business

Great people thanks Jose for helping out my wife with a tire that was messed up from hitting a pothole he quickly repaired it and got her back on the road I will be referring all my clients and friends to you guys great tire store

This place is by far one of my favorite tire shops to go to find awesome quality tires for a great price! The people who work there are super knowledgeable and friendly. Jos� helped me this time with my Honda and he even rotated two of my tires for free. And when part of my brake pad stated rubbing against my rim he helped me remove the clip for free. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!

I got commuter car last week & thought I needed new tires. Jose looked at my tires & said I don t need tires right now he put more air in tires then gave me referrals to others for tint, decal etc. I will definitely be back for my tires, wheel etc . Best customer service! I highly recommend them!

We've had a few times we needed a quick replacement tire and they were affordable and convienient. this past summer we were in dire need of new tires on a recent purchase, and they were right there with affordable new tires and got us on the road quickly. They are really good people and work hard to minimize your wait. I recommend them to everyone I can.

Jose was amazing! Super customer service and good prices. They were very friendly and got me in without much of a wait. Jose even asked if I was hungry and gave me an extra chicken teryaki meal that he had from a local restuarant! Ha! I'm definitely going back here again. Work was great. Very satisified.

I bought a used tire here that two to three weeks later went completely flat so much that I didn't even know it and almost ruined my rim and these guys replaced it free of charge and they even waited for me to get there past closing time. Thank you so much!!!. All used tires are bought AS IS, pretty much so for them to just do that it's very considerate, courteous and just plain good customer service and to wait past closing time I will always give them 5 stars!!!

I had a tire completely burst and a rim bend from a dumb move hitting a curb. I was completely stressed out because of the lack of funds and how I would be able to get to work. I called Martinez Tires to see if they had my sized tire that was used and they did! They gave me a great price for the tire and a rim and replaced it right then and there. They saved my life!! Thank you so much!!

Recently had a flat, with something stuck in the sidewall. We went to Les Schwab, Discount Tires, Firestone and Skyline Ford. None of them had the tire in stock although they were all happy to order it for $230! Stopped by Martinez. He made a phone call and within 15 minutes had the tire changed on my car - for $50!!! Very happy with their service, highly recommend them!!

These guys are great, they always give me a good price on everything I get - best price for used, and services. I usually come here for everything because I don't want to wait for 2 hours before the "other" tire place can even work on my car.

Paid for new wheels and was definitely cheaper than most places but on the side of a wheel there was a huge gaping hole. Reassured me that it wouldn't affect anything... doesn't matter looks terrible and not likely was this a new tire. Shady.

Very disappointed. They put a tire on, and 3 days later it came off the rim.. there was no damage to the tire causing a flat, it just came off.. one moment it's fine, next thing I know my rim was on the ground.. I asked them to come change it for me.. they refused.. I had to change the tire myself and when I asked for some type of compensation for the aggravation and poor workmanship they refused, saying it was just a flat tire.. it wasn't, they did a poor job.. never in my 38 yrs have I seen a tire come off a rim with no damage to it.. flats are usually a slow leak.. not completely off the rim in a span of hours, with zero damage to it.. this is what you get when kids do the job and run the show.. any type of simple compensation would have made me happy, but their refusal to take responsibility for the aggravation they caused is unacceptable... 2 stars b/c I've been here before and it was fine, but not again.
