We had some paint damage done to our car and had to take it in for paint repair. We went back to caliber because they were so great years and years ago when we took our car in! They did not disappoint this time either. Great communication! They made the whole process very easy!

I had Caliber work on two of my cars this last winter, both insurance jobs. The first one was my 2021 Toyota 4Runner. They had it for a month but for three weeks it sat waiting, then they rushed the job which was a rather big job. No body work had to be done, just a repaint of the front, back and drivers side. The quality of the paint job is terrible. I had to take it back to them twice to redo some areas, but still the overall quality of the finish is bad and will dramatically reduce the value of my vehicle. This 4Runner was 2 and a half years old! My wife and I are so angry right now we are not sure what we are going to do next. I could write long description of every thing that was done, or not done, but in general Caliber Collision failed to deliver a quality paint job on my 4Runner. And the attention to detail was non existent. My second car is a Volvo XC70 that needed a few minor paint touch ups but I got the impression that they didn't want to do the job. They had my Volvo for over a month and after four weeks I called to find out what was going on, that's when they said the cost to do the work exceeded the value of the car, so the insurance company "totaled" the car. Not really the outcome I was hoping for.In general, I WOULD NOT RECOMEND this shop to anyone. As a side note, just this evening I removed the driver door panel because I was hearing some noise in the door. I found that two clips were missing and the three main screws for the door panel are stripped out. That makes me wonder how many other things I will find that are missing, damaged, or stripped out as time goes on.

Takes responsibility if anything happens to your vehicle while it's in the shop. Fast, Reliable, and Dependable. If anything happens to my vehicle, I will happily trust it in their hands! Thanks for all your hard work.

This place was recommended by USAA. I was hesitant at first because my car is brand new, but since my insurance backed Caliber. I went for it and took my chances with them. Let me tell you it was a long experience but well worth the wait! They kept me informed through an easy text and sometimes a quick phone call. Honestly, it was worth the wait because my tail gate/ trunk looks like glass again and can t even tell my three year old smashed it in with the garage door, haha. Anyways I am beyond grateful for the whole squad down at Caliber Collision. Ps the general manager is absolutely amazing at being a person and ensuring you are happy with the work! Thank you, so much. <3 :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everything was great to start with. Much better than the Albany shop. A few months after getting truck back I noticed that they had broken a hitch pin for 5th wheel hitch. They didn't notify me and they replaced it with the wrong pin which got wedged in the hitch. Plus they put 2 pins in backwards which made it extremely difficult to remove the hitch. Called, emailed, asked for a new correct pin, emailed corporate and have heard nothing. They got their money why should they care? Now I have to call insurance company. It may only be a 5$ part but at this point it is the principal of the thing!

Working with Caliber collision was an easy pleasure. One of the few places that I ve dealt with that there was no problem no attitude no come back. Working with Carie Hanson was a very wonderful experience. She is very professional, upbeat, and polite.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Okay I want to preface that I normally don't ever leave reviews but in this case I felt the need to.I brought my car in around the middle of July to get fixed after I was rear ended.everything was fine at first, they were communicative, texted me with updates along the process which I appreciated. Everyone was very polite as well.My car had gone into limp mode after the accident, I let them know and they said it was apparently not due to the accident and was a temp sensor and I would have to pay out of pocket for that. (cost me $286, they sent my car to T&R automotive for this) I didn't really feel like arguing this so I just said okay to get my car running.I picked my car up around the end of August, I was told everything was all good. Literally as I'm getting in my car to leave, the check engine light is on. I tried to get the gals attention who brought me to my car, she told me she doesn't know why as they fixed the problem and reset the light. Basically, not their problem now as they "fixed" it. I Drive away and now my air conditioning is not working, my temp Gauge isn't working and when I park the car at home and turn it off the engine fan turns on and stays on for about 5 minutes. I call 2 other mechanics I know and ask them what they think. They both tell me it sounds like the temp sensor that was apparently replaced. I Bring it in to one of them to look over as I have a long drive coming up in 2 days and I need a solid running car. I come back the next day after dropping it off and he tells me replaced the temp sensor and the "new" one did not look new. Hey my car is suddenly working now! So I spent $155 more to replace the sensor again. He called T&R automotive and talked to the gal there to see if they would do anything for me, she said she would call him back but never did. I know this is not calibers fault, but it makes them look bad and they should have done a better job at evaluating my car before sending me on my way. I did get an auto text from caliber that night asking how things were going. I responded about what I just dealt with and was not happy. The next Monday I get a call from the owner asking what happened and that he is sorry and he would look into it and get back to me. so lets move on to 3 days later on Thursday when it started raining, I turn on my back windshield wiper and to put the icing on the cake, they put the wiper on backwards. So rather than cleaning my window, its cleaning the emblem of my car. I also noticed they forgot to put on the plastic cover for my hitch that was damaged in the accident. I called to let them know and they said stop in and they would fix it. I stopped in the next week when I had time, while they were fixing all that I mentioned to the gals at the desk about all the issues and I haven't heard anything from the owner. she said she would send an email to him as I was asking and nobody has gotten in touch with me to try and remediate the problem.as far as the body work goes, its mostly fine. you can tell the paint doesn't match with the rest of the vehicle but I can get past that. I waited to write this review as I wanted to give them enough time to try and fix the issue but its now been 2 weeks which is more than enough time. I will not refer caliber or T&R Automotive to anyone in the future at this time.

Listen friends.......I normally do not post reviews of businesses in Salem unless I've truly been impressed. In this case I've got plenty to say. Short story is that I took a trip to California last month and on the return trip found myself avoiding a large Elk that ran into my path. I swerved and lost control. Went nose first into a ditch. Tore off the fiberglass bumper "lip" on my S10 Chevrolet custom pickup. Bent the bumper and buckled the right fender. When I got home I Googled repair shops. This led me to Caliber Collision in Keizer. My visit there turned into a welcoming experience. The estimate on all repairs was somewhat high for my budget because I was going to self pay for my indiscretions. (No Insurance you see?) I asked if it was possible to skip the paint job on the bumper lip and just install it straight from the factory? This would save me $400.00. I was assured that they could do this. We set a date and shook hands. I took my new estimate print out and returned home. On the day to drop my truck off I was greeted by a bright young man who gave me a ride home. (No Uber needed) I went to work that night and felt very comfortable with my decision to have these people fix my pride and joy. To my amazement the very next day a phone call came my way. The truck was ready for me. I rushed over there (Uber ofcourse) and found my truck being washed, vacuumed, and detailed. I payed my bill , with the $400.00 savings, and went out to look her over. Absolutely perfect workmanship. Fender damage gone. Bumper perfectly straight. Fender paint perfectly matched to the trucks original paint. And to my complete surprise the bumper "lip" had been painted black! Now WHO does that these days? You just can't find that kind of customer service anymore. I should know too. I've been around this world for 68 years. I recommend this company 100 percent. I hope I never need them again but I'll never forget them.

Caliber did a great job on my Kia K5. Quick to set up the appointment, quick to get me in a rental; overall, great experience. There were absolutely no delays in communication and everything was straight forward and to the point. I highly recommend that anyone go to Caliber to take care of their car troubles; they will steer you in the right direction hands down.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop was definitely sub-Caliber.This was a frustrating experience and I ended up getting additional repairs elsewhere after they repaired my vehicle. Staff did not seem very straightforward or transparent and I wouldn't trust my car to them again. Check your paperwork to make sure everything is correct and get everything in writing. You should also be aware that this shop does not take responsibility for anything that is not working when you get your car back unless you have another shop show that it was definitively caused by Caliber. I did reach out to the address provided in the reply and nothing ... no response.Service: Body & Trim

I had work done here and all I can say is, if I could give them higher than five stars, I would. The customer service was outstanding and the front desk crew was so accommodating and responsive to any questions I had. And my car was in and out in absolutely no time flat. I will be recommending to all my friends and family.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My car was done fast and looks like it was never rear-ended. All the sensors work like they should. Caliber kept me in the loop the whole time so I knew what was going on with my car, and it was ready when they said it would be. I would definitely use them again and I would 100% recommend them if you need collision repair on your vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

worst experience of my life, 1 of 2 things in my life I would change if I could (I'm 63), 6 visits, mold, mildew, 50-60 rock chips in paint, poor prep, garbage in truck, old parts reinstalled(after paying for new parts) , parts misaligned, tailgate rubbing on paint, wiring not hooked up, I could write pages with problems I had.

From my very first phone call on Monday, August 1st, to my first in office visit with Roman, and all during the repair process, I felt valued, cared for and appreciated. I really can t ask for a better experience. Not only would I highly recommend the team at Caliber in Keizer, (Magenta and Jill were awesome as well) but I am so very grateful for the care that I received. My wonderful little Honda car looks fantastic and ready to go another 200,000 miles! Thank you!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We were referred to Caliber Collision through USAA and the service provided was great. Caliber Collision communicated with us at every step of the process and our car was returned within two weeks of our initial estimate for repair. The paint matched well and they were informative on how to care for the vehicle for the next month.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber did an amazing job restoring my Subaru back to pre-accident condition. In fact, it s running better now than it was before the collision. There s not another shop in the area I d trust more with my family car than Caliber Keizer. I was kept informed and knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle throughout the entire repair. Definitely would return if the occasion ever arose.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding
