My headlight died and needed to be replaced , I found the bulb on my own but had the counter confirm it was correct.The gentleman offered to change it out for me and I asked him to teach me so I know for next time.Cars are not my thing but having someone take the few moments to show me how to do this task was great learning experience!Thank you

Came in to get a new blinker and some cleaning stuff for the rig. Was met with immediate kindness and ample support. Love the crew! Especially Nicholas & Don. They even installed my blinker and I was back on the road as good as new! Thank you guys so much!

The Manager Nicholas at the Keizer OR location, helped me with my headlight bulbs after another shop couldn t figure it out. Didn t charge me anything for the service. LThis is truly a great example of customer service. This will be my go to store for any auto part needs I have in the future. Thank you

As almost always stood at counter for over 10 min (people behind me too), No one in site. Guy at commercial desk yelling to someone in back but both out of site. Finally guy at commercial counter comes over to get my prepaid part. I dont know why i went to Auto Zone, but i usually go to O'Reilly because much better customer service

I received some of the worst customer service from the Keizer AutoZone today. I ordered a part that was in stock at the South Salem store, they transferred my part to the Keizer store and called me to notify me that it had arrived, I asked them to put it in will call under my name and they agreed. Upon arrival to pick up my part I told them that I had a part in will call under my name, the attendant told me that they do not have will call and didn't hold parts, I notified him of the name of the attendant that had helped me and also called me the night before I arrived and he said that he was not working that day, I was very disappointed after he then raised his voice at me and wouldn't even look for my part. I thanked him kindly for his time and walked out. NAPA here I come!

What place of business has employees say "what do u want?" When u walk in. I'll tell u, AutoZone on river rd.Thank heavens for other kinder employees who made up for the poor customer service iexperienced.

These guys are pretty good. So I've had experiences in the past with some of their workers not being very nice or understanding. For the most part there are good people that work there and they will go out of their way to try to help you which is above and beyond the norm.

Called last week for a part, was told it was no problem to get it from another store, but since I didn't need it until this week, I was told to wait to ask for the transfer closer to pickup. Called again today and was told they couldn't transfer it because no store in the area had it. Online it says several stores have multiples of this part, employee told me to call them to see if they'd send them to their store. I asked for them to call them and ask for it directly and they refused. Most stores will call other locations for items, Gamestop, Petco, Walmart, etc, so I'm not sure why Autozone is unwilling to do that for their customers. Really disappointed at the lack of customer service and "mixed information" as the employee put it.

Employees who don't care or follow through. Called and asked them to order a part. Was told no problem and it would be there by 830 am. Showed up at 830 and was told things don't come in till 1030 and that the part was never ordered. Thanks for wasting my time.

Never met a more personality sharing bunch of people. These folks were as they say "a well oiled machine", working in collaboration to meet the needs of the customer. They made me feel as though my problems were something they could fix. They gave me the time i needed to understand. Highly recommend this one!

Unfortunately, the work that started was not completed. During work, another part of the machine was disabled. When we asked if they could fix and finish the job, the answer was "no". When we started talking to the manager, she very rudely replied that the work that they started could not be completed and what was disabled could not be fixed and we ourselves had to fix it. We left in a car that was not fixed but also with violations that the worker made. They didn't apologize.

Our experience here was AMAZING. Our caliper pins seized on our Honda civic and we needed to replace them. We got there around 6:30pm, were helped extensively by Roger S., and he even helped get the car running again after the store closed. We experienced the best customer service possible, they even let us borrow a few tools that we didn't have in our toolkit. I would recommend this location to anyone who asked.

Keizer, Oregon store has hit a home run with the help of Justin! Above and Beyond customer service with my Hydro Booster purchase and core return. My core had two crucial parts that needed to be installed on the new part! The push rods had to be swapped because of different lengths and the master cylinder mount bracket also had to be removed from my old part. Thanks again JUSTIN!!!

Long waits to get help or check out, usually have to order the parts I need because they don't carry it. Best to look up what you need online. Most the employees are friendly and helpful. Great about returns, helps me feel more confident in the parts I am buying. I have order parts on Amazon only to have them fail and have to start all over in the process again. Keep your eye open when you go in, sometimes they will have some great deals, it's rare buy worth it.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable here. After the purchase the sales representative volunteered that they Company was sponsoring a $25 rebate on the battery that I have already purchased. She did not have to do that because I had already made the purchase. The rebate was received in true form number of weeks later. I was impressed by the rep going that second mile.

Came in for wiper blade replacements for our 1974 Ford 250. Your nice young man Roni, not only helped me find the right size, he came out to the parking lot and installed them! Great customer service by one great employee! Thanks Roni! You have a permanent satisfied customer.

I want to thank the good Folks at AutoZone here for their integrity and Humanity. I left my wallet there overnight full of cash and I didn't realize it until the next day. I called this morning hoping it was there after looking everywhere else and to my surprise it was... every dollar and debit card in its place, sealed in plastic bag. They had even tried calling every phone number that was on my account from multiple states to reach me. These days stuff like this is so rare and unlikely to happen, so thank you folks, for demonstrating integrity and good will.
