We took our sons car there because of a noise that kept getting louder. The diagnosis they provide is very detailed, from what is good on the car, to what needs fixed, to this needs immediate attention. Jeff was patient and explained what they found and was very kind in answering all the various questions I had. He was not pushy and gladly gave me the time to talk over the situation to decide what to do. I would highly recommend Sun Automotive and will be using them in the future.

Really efficient and super friendly. The report they give you is genius. Pictures, video even, of the problem they are diagnosing. Was recommended to me to try them out, and I don't think I will take my cars anywhere else.

So appreciated that I was able to get my car in the same day for service. Had a long trip in front of me & I wanted to make sure all the bells, sensors were good on my vehicle. Jeff & his dedicated team did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of what was going on. They even vacuumed out the car & offered me a free car wash. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I am grateful I found them!!!!

Excellent experience at Sun Automotive. We were kept well informed on what was needed with the vehicle, and they were happy to work with us on prioritizing the necessities to help us stay within our budget. My alternator died and a friend recommended Sun. I had heard they had a good reputation so I had my car towed there. Jeff was great. I ended up getting a tune up as well as the alternator.The services were performed timely and the cost was less than originally quoted!!I will use them again!Service: Vehicle maintenance

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reliable mechanic that could appreciate the value and attachment I have to my 87 MR2. Without fall Sun Automotive in Junction City has been there for me from a head gasket replacement to electrical and a lot in between. I trust them whole heartily with my classic car and will continue to take it exclusively to them, along with all of my other vehicles

Paid $1200 for complete AC repair with a 3 yr warranty. A year and a half later I have no AC again and they want over $1000 to fix it. Worthless warranty... I'll never go back. I recharged my system myself for $40... ice cold.

Super nice people who treat you with respect. I don t let anyone work on my car, but there are some things I can t do, which I can trust sun automotive to do! They replaced my rack and pinion in a timely manner and had great communication. $1800 for a single wheel bearing and rear brakes. $450 for JUST labor on a half brake job. You be the judge.

Did what they said they would, when they said they'd do it. Fair pricing and know their profession. If you're looking for an honest mechanic, look no further. They'll have my business for all my rigs.

They are fair with pricing. Did a safety check on my car and found routine maintenance items that need done. Some are mileage things and some were just things needing done because of age. They walk you through the items needing done. I've been happy with the work they have done. They were recommended by some coworkers that have been there.Service: Oil change

Jeff has been so helpful. I brought it in when I broke down on the freeway during my cross state move. They were very quick and had great communication. I'm extremely lucky to have chanced onto an honest business when I wouldn't have been able to do anything about it. I'm very happy with the service.

Highly recommend going somewhere else or at least getting a second opinion before agreeing to getting work done here, a dealership did the exact same job for $1000 less than this business! Will never be coming back.

This is the first time we've had to depend on a company to service one of our vehicles. My husband has some dementia now. He's always been "my guy Friday" for all our vehicles and household maintenance. We've been to Sun Automotive twice now. Jeff has been very clear about work to be done, kept me updated on any changes and also the costs involved. We appreciate his estimates, which are very clear. Also Jeff, thank you for your patience. I don't understand all this automotive stuff, and my guy doesn't put 2+2 together so quickly anymore. And thanks to whomever worked on our car! We'll be back...Service: General repairs & maintenance

Amazing customer service! The manager Jeff went above and beyond to be sure everything was right. He even gave me a ride to pick up my Vehicle on his own time, so I would not be without it for the weekend. Sun does Quality work and on time. I highly recommend them.

Jeff has went above and beyond to help me! I don't live in the area, and have been stressed out about dealing with car issues from 400 miles away. His honesty and helpful demeanor have really put my mind at ease, and he has accommodated me on every request. Highly recommend this shop!

Sun Automotive was great. We dropped the vehicle off with no notice and they were able to fit us in. Prices were fair and Jeff did a great job of communicating what was wrong and what was needed to get our vehicle functioning again.
