Do not waste your money on the extended warranty. We purchased one with our new RV last year and got all the bells and whistles. We live in Michigan, and on a trip to Tennessee. We stayed in one of the beautiful state parks. During a sudden windstorm, the pin in our motorized awning sheared, and the awning was in operable stuck open. We immediately called Bishes, and got no support or help. My husband and I had to rig the awning with ratchet straps and tools just to get it home ourselves. They told us they would fix it if we brought it to them in Michigan, which is fine we will do that but if you think you re going to get any service when you re actually camping, forget it. Save your money! We are very disappointed.

Had a great experience getting my RV serviced today. I recently purchased an Alliance Delta 262rb. I noticed that one of the underbelly lights was burned out, and it was still under warranty. They were so nice and professional. They made the experience pleasant and did a great job.

It was a pleasure working with Bish's RV Service Center to get my camper issues addressed. Kevin Cox made the process seamless while also keeping me in the loop as my issues were fixed which is greatly appreciated as I live a couple hours away. A thank you also goes out to the service tech, Trent Glover for his thoroughness with diagnosing and resolving the issues I brought the camper in for in addition to finding and fixing another issue I wasn't aware of.

Would like to commend Ryan Armstrong on his excellent customer service. He stepped right in when our service advisor had a medical emergency. He took his time with us and solved our issue. We just picked up our brand new 2021 Dutch Star and needed some help and his customer service was outstanding. Ryan is a great asset to Guaranty.

We recently bought a 1 year old motorhome from Bish. Unfortunately, the coach had some issues to be repaired. Bish could have said sorry, the coach was sold as is. But, Bish and Amanda Holmes went way above and made everything 100% right. I ve never had service as good as what Bish and Amanda Holmes provide- thank you very much.Todd O Connor Keizer, Oregon

We special-ordered a Newmar Bay Star 3124 several months ago, and drove away with it this past weekend. The entire experience ... start to finish ... was AWESOME. This is my 5th RV purchase over my life, and it was, from every vector and viewpoint, my very best experience (by far). The trade-in was easy and fair, the ordering was very flexible to our special needs, the financing was all set up in advance, the delivery was very thorough, and they even gave me an overnight in their connected RV park to get acquainted and ask questions.But the most amazing part of this experience was when something went horribly wrong. (I know how odd that sounds.) Here's the story:Almost all of the customizations (bunk-couch, free-standing table, power-seats, etc.) were for my wife. The ONLY thing I really wanted for the first time, was satellite TV. You can't imagine how excited I was to see the dish on the roof during the walk-through.What I didn't understand was that when you order the satellite TV, it doesn't come with a receiver. My fault for not asking or knowing that. So the first evening (in their RV Park on a Friday night), I bought a Dish receiver in their very well-equipped store. Then I spent Friday night and early Saturday morning trying to get it to work (and failing miserably). I finally pulled out the satellite user manual and figured out the under-dome switches default to DirecTV, not Dish. I knew I was in trouble ... it's a big motorhome and that satellite antenna is a long way up.I walked into the Service Department 9:00-ish on Saturday morning, and was lucky enough to meet Shane Pennebaker, one of their Service Advisers. He told me that he only had a couple of technicians, and Saturdays are "Appointment Only". I explained to him that I lived over 3-hours away, and if I took this problem home with me, I was really going to struggle to figure it out on my own. Shane immediately "got it", asked for my cell phone number, and told me he'd call shortly. 5-minutes later, my phone rang. 15-minutes later my RV was in the shop. 60-minutes later the Service Tech was showing me how to activate my Dish service with my WORKING SATELLITE TV.My sales experience was great. My service experience was AWESOME. These people actually care. It's not an act, it's not to get good marks on the Customer Satisfaction Survey that Newmar will undoubtedly send me. They really are (a) nice people, that are (b) good at their jobs, and (c) really want me to LOVE my new motorhome.I have learned that any "satisfied" customer will buy from any competitor given a reason to do so (price, availability, trade, etc.). But a "loyal" customer will drive over 3 hours across the mountains to go to the one and only team that they like and trust. I am "that" customer, and Guaranty has earned my loyalty. They responded to a situation where they could have easily justified telling me they set up an appointment and give me another 3-hour mountain drive. But instead they performed immmediate and unnatural acts to make sure I got what I needed to love both my RV, and my RV selection experience.Two pieces of advice: (1) Buy and service your RV ONLY at Guaranty, and (2) Seriously consider the Newmar Bay Star 3124 ... it's a terrific floor plan with premium features in a well-priced and easily-handled form-factor. We just love it, and feel like it's the nicest rig we've ever owned (by far). Photos attached. Beware and go elsewhere .Since it changed to Bish s I would never recommend this place. My purchase was February of 2022. It was a horrific experience! The motorhome had not even been checked out prior to us doing the walk through and multiple things did not work. The sales manager even told me you don t expect everything to work on a used rv? I said yes, I do and it s advertised with all these amenities. We had over 25 things not working. I have had to replace both roof top units which Bish s service department said they worked fine. I still have a light switch not working and still have a check engine light that they said there s no code. I have returned it 3 times and they still did not correctly fix all items.Also, I recently was told the frame is bent. I don t feel the service department has qualified workers. I am now doing this because I was told about the frame. I have contacted multiple people and my insurance company and my insurance company tried to get me to bring it there for insurance work. Instead I took it to camping world. Stay away and use another dealer. It s all about greed as I see it. They don t care if the RV has problems, they expect you to accept it. A very sad dealer. The level of customer service and the quality of the repair far exceeded my expectations. I live full time in my RV and The body shop team went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The friendly staff performed the repairs quickly and the quality of the repairs far exceeded my expectations. You would never know the unit had been damaged. The fiberglass work was flawless and the paint color match was perfect. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service and the quality of the repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Our orientation to our new coach was just fantastic. We are experienced RV owners, and Bret took that into account. We knew the coach inside and out and did not have to listen to stuff we already knew. Absolutely the best.

Casey at Bush s in Junction City, OR gave a clear description of the process for taking care of the awning recall fix. I was a walk in with no appointment and was thrilled when the job was able to be done. Casey was teaching a new hire and he explained the reasons for doing various steps. He is an excellent teacher, courteous, friendly, and professional. I will return to this service department in the future as needed. Highly recommend this Bish s.

Bishs was the third shop we tried to get our slide-out repaired. It was not cheap and it was not quick but their techs persisted and didn't give up until they had it fixed properly. Amanda, our service advisor was nothing short of amazing! She listened, she was knowledgeable, she kept us informed throughout the process, she was straight forward, she discussed costs in advance, she was responsive to our concerns, she went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied, and the list goes on. Further the office staff was friendly and helpful. We talked with a service tech who rushed out during lunch hour to make a minor adjustment. It's been a long time since we left any organization feeling like our business was really appreciated.

We have had such a wonderful experience at Bish s RV Service all thanks to Mandy. She is absolutely a treasure and the face of Bish s RV Service. The technicians did a fabulous job, but I can t thank her enough for being so wonderful. We had a terrible water leak in our trailer. It caused major water damage and I was completely freaking out. Mandy was so sweet and so knowledgeable, she educated us and definitely helped resolve our problem. We are first time trailer owners, and we were never educated on the process from the previous owners, but because of Mandy, we will come to Bish s RV Service for absolutely everything and we will request her every time. It s always a gamble when you call any service place, if you can trust them, but Mandy is fair and honest and she helped us throughout the whole process, start to finish. Mandy helped in such a supportive professional way, she was able to easily calm my fears and she was absolutely right. I was dreading the summer before the damage and now I m excited to get out and use our trailer and I feel better now that we are on a maintenance plan that the other company disappointed us in. She took care of us from start to finish and kept us updated as well. Now, we are super excited for the summer, and it s all thanks to Mandy. She deserves a big giant raise and to be recognized for how absolutely wonderful she is. She is a treasure. Thank you so much for hiring Mandy, you made a wonderful decision. Please keep her there for a very long time so we feel comfortable coming to Bish s RV Service so that we can tell our friends and family about her, they all have trailers and RVs and that this is a fantastic place to go for service and extremely trustworthy. Please do something to recognize her for giving above and beyond the call of duty. Maybe give her a day off of her choice and a big raise or something big because she deserves something BIG!!! She was such a BIG help and went above and beyond making this process, so smooth and easy. I can t say enough great things about Mandy, thank you for the opportunity for me to let somebody know how great she is. I purchased our 2022 Coachman Catalina from Bish's RV in January of this year. The sales and finance people made the entire experience easy and stress free. Over the last 9 months we've taken 6 camping trips, and our new trailer has handled all of them well. There have been a few warranty repairs, and a couple manufacturer recalls that have been needed, but the service department has handled all in a timely manner. They also worked with me to schedule things around my camping trips, so that any repairs were finished in time. I have dealt with Ashley Richter and the rest of the crew in service department, and would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

We bought our Sundance Travel Trailer at Bish's in Junction City,OR. Everyone we came into contact with was wonderful! We really appreciated Sierra in the Service Department. Sierra was friendly, thorough, obviously knew what she was doing, was clear and courteous in communicating with us and setting up our trailer!

We love our Newmar Ventana and the Newmar team at Guaranty RV, led by Sherry Rouillard. Though it took time and several visits, Sherry and her team were thorough and productive in the repairs/replacements that were needed on our vehicle. Her relationship with Newmar clearly represents the outstanding customer care that Newmar is known for. We have purchased other vehicles at Guaranty as well as having work done by Guaranty over years. To date, our experience with the Newmar team/Sherry Rouillard in particular, has been excellent. And, after several long trips in our Ventana, Newmar is the only brand RV we will own.

I had great service from Casey Mayhew and Ryan Williams. Casey kept me updated on the repairs needed and any status in parts needed. I had very easy access to Casey. Ryan helped on the spot on an unforseen battery issue at the last minute aside from the requested repairs. I will ask for them on future service for my motorhome. I was very happy with my service.
