We are full-time travelers in our Newmar motorhome. We originally went to Bish s for service on the RV. We had to wait a few days for parts to come in, so we inquired about their paint/body shop service. We actually were planning on getting a repair done on a known defect of the paint on the motorhome. Within a couple of hours, Craig, the body shop manager came to talk with us. At the end of the day, Alex had an estimate for us to review. We had learned that the paint/body shop techs had many years of experience between them, and that they did good work. Craig also worked with us to give us the best price possible. We agreed to the estimate, and then they put us in the front of the line, since we were full timers living in our rig. Craig also made sure that we were comfortable in our rig, giving us 50 amp power and water hook up and we could stay in our rig for as long as needed during the painting process which extended over a few days. The team was very pleasant and professional, and kept us updated every step of the way. They actually finished the job a little early than scheduled. We were very pleased with the job Robert (The paint technician) did. They even gave us some touchup paint as a bonus gift. I highly recommend the paint/body shop at Bish s RV!

I want to note the exemplary customer service provided by Craig Flippen and his team at Bish s RV in Junction City. Craig and his team have exceeded my wildest expectations of what service can be. They have been warm, friendly, and repaired my damaged motorhome to like new condition.Later I damaged my motorhome while parking. Once the damage was reported Craig drove over and applied collision tape to assure no further damage occurred from the weather. I have never experienced this level of customer service.Today you seldom find people that really care about the customer and do a outstanding job. Having been in customer service for 40 years I know what outstanding customer service looks like and this is the highest level of customer service I have experienced.It has been a few weeks and I have had a chance to wash the motorhome and I am very impressed with the repairs. The color match is perfect and the fiberglass work is so good you can t tell there was ever any damage. Living full time in the motorhome makes repairs a real challenge. I wanted to thank Craig, Sue, Doug, Robert, and Jeff for accomodating me while the repairs were made. The team made this a pleasant experience. When I first damaged the motorhome I had visions of the repairs taking weeks to months to be scheduled and completed. The Bish's Body Shop team saw that the repairs were made in just a few days and accommodated my full timing lifestyle. I am very happy with the repairs and the very impressed with the level of service.

Top notch! Body and paint work was done beautifully. The people were friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommendthem or use them again, should the need arise.

We had a body man (Jake) work on our car. He did too notch work!! The paint was blended perfectly!!! I highly recommend Jake for painting your auto.

WOW is all I can say!! my truck looks 10000% better, thanks to Clay Flippen, Alex Lawson, Trey Smith and Jacob Huuki, I am a very happy, happy man!!! so mush more that I was asking for !!!!!

Jacob Huuki did amazing work. He was very thorough. I am very impressed. I would definitely recommend the body shop.

We are very pleased with the repairs completed by the body shop on the stress cracks in the fiberglass rear cap of our 5th wheel. The work was done within a couple days and on budget. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

This review is for the body shop. We found the entire team to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The body repair looks great, was done in a timely manner and we couldn t be happier. Thank you Sue, Robert and all that had a hand in the body work on our Dutchstar.

Very Deceitful , if you have insurance and need work done , don't have your insurance company mail the check to them . They lied to me , charged my insurance an extra $500.00 above my quoted price ... ( Original Quote $1,500.00 , charged to insurance $2,095.00 paid in full as my bill states ) .... the itemized bill that showed all the work paid for , they told me that was the final price . Then behind my back sent another bill for $908.67 to my insurance , if the insurance company didn't notify me of all payments , I would have not known about the charge . I feel Bish's is not to be trusted , they are very deceitful . The work done was O.K. ......In response to Bishe's answer which adds to their deceit , they knew the cost , the billing was submitted prior , I got the bill that stated " everything done , paid in full " with all work that was done stated , they knew darn well the final cost and if it weren't for Liberty mutual sending me the extra billing no one would ever know , and if the wanted me to know they were free to send me an e-mail ... so I call BS on there answer !!!

I called on my way back from a trip to see if I could get a "Recall" fixed. Sherry said to stop by and Davon could take care of it while I waited. This was very convenient not having to make a special trip.Thank You Again for the Great Newmar Service........
