Thank God they located this stop where they did...I think I pee here four times a year on the way to Sacramento. Friendly staff every time and full of snacks that are not overpriced like many small town stores. Great place to let the family out and stretch their legs.

To update, this is a Sinclair. Formulaicly Oregonianly friendly and helpful service at the gas station. I took pictures including time consuming selfies while they filled up my truck.

Great stop on your way to Reno when you have to release waste. Nice little store and friendly woman at counter.

Terrifying experience. I stopped here to get gas and use the bathroom (because I literally had no other option) and it is the worst, most unsafe bathroom I've ever been in. Super dirty, lots of people hanging around, the locks on both the women's and men's stalls were broken, and honestly it would have been safer and cleaner to use a ditch on the side of the highway. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

The bathrooms are disgusting and the doors do not lock. This is very unsafe, especially if you are traveling alone! The card readers weren t working on the gas pumps but there was no sign indicating to go pay inside. The station attendant was yelling at every customer, PUT YOUR CARD AWAY when they would try to pay at the pump. It was an odd experience. I just want to know who peed in that station attendant s cheerios that morning because he was horrible to customers.

The attendant was extremely rude to me when I had trouble paying at the pump. It is self serve so I was looking forward to paying and leaving without interaction which is rare in OR and I'm not a fan of their silly gas pumping law. Had to speak to someone and he acted like I killed his dog when all I needed was three minutes of his time at the pump to avoid point of sale prepay. This guy probably stands around doing nothing most of the time so heaven forbid a paying customer needed help. Just ridiculous. No gas for 150 miles and this Jerk is the first unfriendly face waiting to greet you in Jordan Valley when you're on empty. Unfortunately.

If you're the sort of person who's fascinated by the weird things one can find in a truck stop bathroom vending machine, this place will not disappoint. Your 75 cents will be well spent. The restrooms were definitely not clean, but I've seen worse (that would be a rest stop in Utah that just might rival the toilet in Trainspotting). Not much else I can really say, except I'm always grateful to find a gas station after driving a couple hundred miles.

I was so surprised when the owner Jim came up to say hello. Hello? I m from California my own kids don t always say hello! Super nice couple, 50 cents for a pop in the cooler. Old fashioned friendly service. I drew the orange truck facing Sinclair s while I waited for my friend s to call me back. Here is part of it.

I was driving down to California from northern Idaho and was planning on stopping in Boise, but all affordable rooms were booked so I was forced to continue on. I knew the Basque Inn was in Jordan Valley so I continued on hoping they'd be open. Unfortunately they weren't, but then I saw the sign for a motel down the street. I was a little sketched out (partly because it was midnight and partly because you check-in at the Shell), but too tired to care. The rooms were actually pretty spacious and clean, though could use some updating (everything looked pretty used). The air conditioner worked well and so did the cable. The water temperature was a little weird; it was really hot at first no matter what setting you turned it to, but then adjusted so it was ok. I thought the rate ($54/night) was a little high, but I guess beggars can't be choosers.I did go to the Basque Inn for a cheap and quick breakfast that was pretty good as well as stopping at the coffee shop at the south side of town before continuing on my journey. I'd recommend both.

The Shell station has now been changed to Sinclair gas. You can't pump your own fuel there, because of Oregon State laws. The idea behind that is, if you do pump your own fuel, you're taking a job away from someone, who might need employment! I'm good with that, especially at this station, as the folks that work there, are very courteous and knowledgeable! Plus, next door at Mrs D's convenience store, a large coffee, is $1.10! And it's good coffee! I always make it a point to stop at both businesses on my way through!

Washed my car here. Needs a sign on the pay machine that you have to go to the cashier. The machine won't take cash or cards. Only takes codes generated at the cashier.

This is a regular stop whenever I pass through Jordan valley. Good for a few snacks and a bathroom stop but you have to go next door to get any gas .

This is a good place to stop along the way. The restrooms need a lot more cleaning than they get!
